When I write a review for a fast food chain like McDonald's it's a little different than writing one for a regular restaurant. The three stars I am giving reflect how well this location delivers on the McDonald's experience. First, my fries were perfect - meaning they were piping hot and properly salted. This alone would have been five stars. However, the double cheeseburger was served lukewarm. The cheese hadn't melted. I didn't finish it. This really is the last time. I quit McD's but the boys still think it's the only place to get food. Tonight I broke down and ordered a BigMac meal along with my grandson and my other grandson ordered a 6 pc chicken meal. Grandson #1 was fine. He inhaled his burger before we even got ours open. My Big Mac consisted of 1 patty on a quarter pounder bun - period. Grandson#2 was the final straw. He didn't get his drink, he didn't get his fries and his first nugget was missing a bite. These are the kind of employees who feel they deserve a "living wage". Food/Service like this doesn't need to be an n business. Sorry. Not sorry. What am I supposed to do? The people at the window got my order wrong, nothing was as I requested. Double cheeseburger plain came with all condiments. No hi-C orange was available. There was also a group of teenagers in front of me , out of their cars and talking to/surrounding the window person which wasted time because they were goofing around. read more

I ordered a Bic Mac, sandwich only. First of all, the Bic Mac was all out of alignment, like the buns and burgers were just tossed in the box without any regard to eating this mess, not to mention I had to scrape of approximately 3 tablespoons of special sauce. While working in Michigan I saw advertisements for the "Grand Mac", basically a large Big Mac. I had to try one! It literally was just like a Big Mac but larger as advertised. I would say the buns were too big for the meat ratio. But again, it is McDonalds. It wasn't bad though. In the future, if the Grand Mac makes it to So Cal, I will stick to a regular Big Mac. read more

Hmm. This was a tough experience. Pros: The staff were very courteous. They were helpful and knowledgeable about what was out of stock. Some employees were wearing masks properly due to the COVID 19 pandemic Cons: They were out of a lot and many of their machines were broken. One employee was definitely not wearing a mask due to COVID 19 properly. We waited a long time for our food. We have stopped here several times to pick up a bite between family members houses. This time, the ice cream machine was broken. The latte machine was broken. They were out of the first two food items I tried to order. The staff was nice about it, but I should have just left. Instead, I ordered some sandwiches. Then, I waited. And waited. And my wait are up nearly all of my kids nap time. About 25 minutes later, I received my food. The first thing about this place that really disappointed me was when I placed a order and requested a water and a regular cup and they wanted to charge me for it. they charge $.10 for small cup $.20 for medium cup and $.40 for a large cup of water that every other restaurant will give you for free. I know Covid has changed a lot of things but please what fast food restaurant closes at 9 o'clock on a Saturday. Especially when your sign says you close at a different later time. I am completely Appalled from this McDonald's. After a long shift at work I come threw the drive threw to get me and my daughter something to eat. My daughter got a 10 piece chicken nugget meal and I got two McDoubles. We proceeded to go home and when we got home I was hungry and ate my first McDouble, Than went to open the second and to my surprise I find a DEAD fly which appears to be covered with grease like my food was on a dirty grill. I have stopped inside this McDonald's twice.  It is kept fairly clean but not spotless.  They have all the modern contrivances including the self-serve kiosk but customer service at the counter is not quite up to par.  You will generally get what you ask for it but it's not quite a light and breezy interaction. The interaction at the drive-thru is normally pleasant.  They don't always get the order right, however, though they seem to be trying awful hard.  At time when you go to this location they do not accept credit card payments, which is an inconvenience.  It is difficulty to enter the parking lot via Wayne Road and to get into it from Michigan Avenue you either need to use Wayne Road or the first road just past the lot.  Exiting also take caution and sometimes patience.  Be careful in the parking lot as it is cramped.  If you are driving there are distracted pedestrians.  If you are a pedestrian there are cars moving a little too fast. read more

SAFETY HAZARD- From the Grease covered floor, to the soda machines that coat the counter and floor: this establishment appears to careless about its customers safety. I fell immediately after walking off the mat at the front door. We ordered our food and upon filling the soda I purchased was sprayed with soda. After telling the manager on duty they needed to clean the floor with a degreasing agent, she sent someone out to mop with hot water. Once the floor was dry ANOTHER customer slipped in the same place. As if that wasn't enough - condiments weren't filled, customer service was abysmal, and the seven employees were far more concerned with their conversation behind the counter than actually cleaning or serving the customer. read more

Every time I decide to give this McDonald's a chance, they disappointe. I was served spoiled meat in my big Mac. I never really matters what burger you order, they never cook the meat properly. Pleasantly surprised at this convenient location on my way home from my gym. Went inside because the DT line wasn't really moving and inside the cashier welcomed me and smiled and even told me my dressing choice was a good choice and that she liked it as well. Today was a rough day for my family, so we ended up having to cancel Easter plans and had to grab food on-the-go twice. First was McDonald's because my mom wanted a double cheeseburger. They were pretty quick and friendly, but our food was disgusting, even by fast food standards. The fries were COLD and our milkshakes (one vanilla, one chocolate) tasted weird in a way I can't really explain. My mom didn't say anything about the cheeseburger, so I'll assume it was tolerable.
