I've got the Tim Hortons bug. I can't explain it but my Large coffee with 2 creams and toasted everything bagel with cream cheese is the anytime pick me up. Why does Tim Hortons coffee taste so good? The service at this location is hit and miss though. Sometimes I get happy and other times I get "is that it" pull forward. I've never had my order wrong though so that's a big plus. The parking lot, inside and drive through is clean. The location is convenient for me because it's on my way to work and on my way home from work. Easy in and out of the parking lot as well. I like that the line inside and at the drive through moves quickly as well. They have just enough people working or that extra worker bee to keep the coffee and food choices flowing well to the customers. I was surprised not to see more photos as well when I checked in. I'll fix that on my next visit. Give them a shot and you'll enjoy all the menu has to offer. read more

I love this Timmies. Super speedy drive-through, great smiley employees. I've become a regular, so I feel like this is a consistent thing. I've gotten food, especially breakfast and bagels, hot and cold drinks of all types, and even a few treats. All have been tasty. Even my complicated orders have been made correctly. I look forward to my mornings at Tim's, and my coworkers look forward to having me show up on time fully caffeinated and fed. read more

To whom it may concern, I am a staunch consumer of Tim Horton's since 2004. In 2018, my one and only son began working at Tim Horton's store #1147, located at 34441 Michigan Ave, Wayne MI 48184. The store manager was not only rude, verbally abusive to the younger staff, but showed signs of being racist towards non-Caucasian (both employees and customers), also, her comments were very inappropriate and sexual in nature towards the minor boys, including the African Americans. My son being African American, honor student and drumline member at his high school found it difficult and offensive working in such a hostile and inappropriate environment. My husband and I decided my son should quit his employment. After my son quit working at this location, he began working at another Tim Horton's located at 7070 Middlebelt Rd, Romulus MI 48174 store # 1662. My son worked at this location until he graduated and went off to the Marines where he has made a career. However, ever since my son quit the Time Horton's in Wayne MI on Mi Ave store # 1147, the store manager has become rude, nasty, disrespectful, verbally abusive and insulting to all the members of my family in retaliation. We all initially tried to ignore her behavior and limited the times we go to this location, although this location is the closest to our home and the manager does not live in the area. On May 23, 2025, at 9:05 am, my family stopped by Tim Horton's store #1147 in Wayne MI on Mi Ave for breakfast before leaving for our family vacation. After placing our order, we were patiently waiting, when the store manager began talking and cursing very loudly about my family, without looking at us or stating our name. The store manager did, however, describe our clothing to ensure we and everyone in the store, including the other consumers and employees knew exactly whom she was talking about. When we didn't feed into her drama and chaos especially since we have already paid and the cashier had begun making our food and drinks. She then grabbed our food and drinks from the cashier who was a minor and very nice, the manager then said very loudly to the cashier, "they are not getting anything until the park their car correctly, because it is on the white line in the parking spot. That was when my family had reached its limits, and requested our money be refunded. The manager in her fit of anger gave us $20 over what we initially paid and then told us "We were not welcomed in her store every again, since we told her son to quit on her for no reason!" My family did not respond; we are Christians and we genuinely felt sadden for the manager who appear to suffer from self-esteem and emotional issues, and only God knows what other issues can motivate such hostility, hatred, perverseness, and rage from a middle-aged female. I spoke with the store owner previously in the past when the manager was being sexually inappropriate with my son and verbally abusive. The owner who also owns another location nearby this location, promise to discuss the matter with the manager; but clearly nothing changed and actually became worse. I tried calling Tim Horton's customer service line; but the calls are routed out of the country to India, and the language barriers did not allow for me to share my concerns adequately. I have also made a complaint with the BBB and other government and agency. This manager should not be allowed to continue to treat individuals, customers, staff or anyone in this horrible manner without facing some sort of consequences. Also, as a side note the manager and the assistant manager go on the website and create fake profiles and write positive feedback and case comments to offset the negative comments. It is disgusting. I won't tell anyone where to spend their money but just know you have been warned. The store cameras will support everything I stated. read more

Order 20 Tim bits chocolate birthday cake, and glazed. Got only glazed and were smashed down to the bottom of the box. Asked for a refund and got immediate attitude from the cashier. I told her it's not that hard to read an order and not smash the food to the bottom of the box. She then replies "sorry sir we're busy and human we make mistakes" and tells me she coming to my job to make sure I don't make a mistake. Ok smashing someone's food in the bottom of the box is not an excuse for busy...we're human kinda mistake. That's just laziness and disrespectful way of not caring for what people order. My husband ask for the correction on the price only to be rudely talked down to by the dictator Debra. He left after a small argument. They shut the sign off and told me that they closed just as I was about to place my order at 9:55pm. The manager told me that after they get rid of the pot of coffee they aren't allowed to make another. I guess the night shift crew just make their own hours and leave whenever they want. They're line is extremely slow. At 10am your average wait will be at least 10 minutes in the drive thru. And you can't go inside... and once you're in line you can't leave. Went there for a sandwich and coffee. I waited 10 minutes to order (with no one else in line at all). Then as I went to order she said "we can't sell food right now". Then I went to order my coffee and she said "we can't do coffee right now". Then I proceeded to ask, what can you do right now? She said give me a minute and was gone for another 10 minutes. She asked if all I wanted was the coffee and I said yes so I get to the second window to wait another 10 minutes (mind you there's still no one else in front of me or behind me). She finally hands me my coffee and says "that will be 9.23" and I'm like THERES NO WAY A SMALL COFFEE IS 9.23!! So after a mini argument of how much a small coffee should be I made her look at the register and says they charged me for a sandwich. So I tell her, I wanted a sandwich but while I was ordering you guys said you couldn't sell food. So she aggressively takes it off and I paid like 3.00 which is normal to me and left. After going past this Tim Hortons for literally a year on the way to work, I decided to stop for hot tea and a bagel. Once I got to work and opened the cream cheese, I was totally grossed out. Parts of the cream cheese were dried up and there were specks of crumbs in it. I'm so glad I asked for it on the side as I wouldn't have noticed if it had been put on bagel by them. I went to their website and reported it. I'm sure whoever put that cream cheese in the container had to see the crumbs, etc. and just didn't care. read more

The staff at this location is exceptional, which is rare to find at most fast food joints. This Tim Hortons location has decaf coffee which is great since I can't have a lot of caffeine intake. One of the Tim Hortons in Canton told me they can't make iced decaf coffee which I thought was hilarious(just throw some ice cubes in, thanks!) So I definitely appreciated that. My brother and mom both ordered hot coffee on this trip and they opened them immediately to take a sip and my moms was lukewarm, my brothers was cold. My hash browns that I ordered were also cold and tasted like they had been sitting for hours so I didn't even finish them. This location has the potential to be better, but they need to care about what they give to paying customers. read more

This is a great place to meet and gets documents signed over coffee or tea and a great donut or sandwich. Place is small so if you have more than 15 people this won't work but for a one on one meeting to get docs signed or for referral exchange, this is it! BUYER BEWARE.......I ordered thru the drive thru and witnessed an employee hold up my Credit Card as another employee took a picture of it. I went inside to inform the manager and the employee disappeared to the back of the house. I asked for the Franchise Directors number and the only thing the manager would do is allow me to leave my name for the owner to call me.
