There are a LOT of American choices on here (like sugary pancakes) but a third of the menu consists of Yemeni food. I got a traditional Yemeni tea ($4.50) and my boyfriend sipped on a smooth matcha latte ($6.50). We had a big breakfast that morning, so we chose to just share the lahm sighar ($20), which comes with a piece of khuba bread, and also order an additional khuba bread ($2). About 15 minutes later, our food was ready and after taking the necessary pictures, we dug in! Needless to say, the extra bread was not necessary. I don't know what we were thinking but we assumed a piece of khuba was small. Nope! Each piece is the size of my 17-inch computer. Anyway, we used bits of the khuba as silverware to pick up the deliciously tender lahm sighar, something I saw others do when I went inside to use the bathroom and nosily looked around. I must mention that the BATHROOM HAS A BIDET. I REPEAT. BATHROOM HAS A BIDET!!!! Hehe :) seeing it just made me happy lol. So anyway, I saw that the coffee section of Dellah is set up inside like a traditional coffee shop where you can grab and go some coffee, tea, and pastries if you'd like. I did grab my bf, dog, and I some water from the coffee counter, which is self-service. We didn't leave a crumb behind and loved our food here. I would happily come back again!
