Fresh mozzarella slice, tomato and lettuce with ample turkey. The atmosphere walking in was warm and welcoming even though quite spacious, from large windows on 2 walls and unique light fixtures hanging from ceiling. Ample seating at tables for parties of 3, some for 4, some with comfy chairs or booth seat option. There's a large screen TV that was off but a gal put on cafe style music. It advertises as a great place to study and there were some people with laptops. It wasn't busy for dinner time on a Thursday but I was comfortable and happy to linger while trying to get every last boba! Staff were very friendly, helpful and patient as I explained it was my 1st time there. They answered my questions and made great recommendations! The prices were appropriate $-$$ for the high quality of food and drink I received. I will definitely be back and spread the word to friends and colleagues. We had a big breakfast that morning, so we chose to just share the lahm sighar ($20), which comes with a piece of khuba bread, and also order an additional khuba bread ($2). About 15 minutes later, our food was ready and after taking the necessary pictures, we dug in! Needless to say, the extra bread was not necessary. I don't know what we were thinking but we assumed a piece of khuba was small. Nope! Each piece is the size of my 17-inch computer. Anyway, we used bits of the khuba as silverware to pick up the deliciously tender lahm sighar, something I saw others do when I went inside to use the bathroom and nosily looked around. I must mention that the BATHROOM HAS A BIDET. I REPEAT. BATHROOM HAS A BIDET!!!! Hehe :) seeing it just made me happy lol. The place had four dedicated parking spaces behind the building and then you could use a rear door to enter the premises. The inside had two countertops for seating near the front windows and some small round tables in an area around the corner from the service counter. Baked goods were on display in a glass case at the counter. I placed an order for a Strawberry Muffin, which was not a common flavor, and a Mango Refresher. The muffin was moist while the refresher was made up using a base of coconut milk blended with natural mango flavor infused with coconut water, electrolytes, essential vitamins, minerals, and green coffee extract. I think in hindsight a base of lemonade would have tasted more refreshing as the coconut milk didn't have the same effect. While waiting for my items, I sat at a countertop and did some laptop work using their free WiFi signal. The place was fairly cozy for a coffee shop although its location was not prominent like near a major intersection. The ladies who staffed the counter were very pleasant. I gave my visit to Neighborhood Sip a four star rating.
