They supply a decent variety, so you can satisfy the most finicky of palates. With the help of the lovely Anna, I constructed my own personalized Steak bowl and Mrs. E. chose the Chicken. The ingredients were fresh and tasty. I wish I knew they had such large portions, we could've split a bowl. Guess I have leftovers for tomorrow. I wonder how all these ingredients will "marry" together overnight? The cost seemed high until I saw the quantity. It's actually a very good product to cost ratio. Fair warning, most of the ingredients fall on the healthy side. If you're a junk food junkie, this isn't the place for you. I love the easy ones. If we're in this area again, we'll be back! 01/26

Although the decor is a bit austere (all neutrals,) it still feels warm and inviting! Also quite clean. The big windows overlooking Michigan Avenue bring loads of natural light to the space. I just get happy vibes! We came in for the Tuesday $4.99 classic smoothie happy hour that runs from 2-5PM. Both my boyfriend and I went for the Peanut Butter Mocha smoothie, as we were looking for caffeine. Ingredients include coffee, peanut butter, banana, mocha, oats, and almond milk. The result is a cold and creamy, lightly sweetened, nutty, frosty-like concoction. It is not sweet, but it's impressive that it's not bitter, considering the oats and coffee in this smoothie. You can definitely feel the oats, but that just lets me know they're real, and they're there! The service was excellent. Sweet, helpful, speedy. Pro tip: download the app to start earning rewards!

This review is based on Bathroom cleanliness alone - not coffee or anything else…read more I was excited to try this shop today after driving by many times and seeing positive reviews when looking for a place to sit and enjoy a coffee shop today. But I needed to use the restroom before I could sit and drink a coffee- and after using the restroom in good conscience couldn't stay. I hope that they can resolve this situation with operational changes to clean the restroom daily. As the look of the place was cute in the cafe - the menu looks enticing- but it was clear the bathroom hadn't been cleaned in A LONG time. I saw the cleaning supplies/plunger askew upon entering the individual gender neutral 1 of 2 bath. Toilet paper was out - which happens, but once I looked around to see what solutions there was - eek my eyes were distressed. Under the hand dryer the tile grout was full of Mold. Dust everywhere. They may have wiped the seat last night but it was fairly early in the morning and it was yucky brown in the sink, splatters on the mirror, dirty floor. Yeah it's not unfixable but not somewhere I felt confident then ordering food and drink from. Hope they can get a process in place to have it regularly cleaned cause yuck.

A Dia De Los Muertos art show at a Smoothie shop on a Sunday night? Sign me up!…read more I was at the riverwalk Dia De Los Muertos event on Saturday. Vamonos had a table. One piece of art work displayed. I asked the price and they told me about the art show the next day. I plugged it into the agenda and and laded there on Sunday. Spacious facility- two rooms. A lot of art already on the walls but more for the art show. There was a DJ. There was a vendor selling bedazzled clothes. At least 3 artists. I was drawn into art done by 'Hood Picasso.' His skull Dia De Los Muertos canvases were $20 and really eye catching. I can't pass up a deal like that- It now resides in RI! (Footnote: Hood Picasso did not disappoint- he walked in and was a larger than life personality. Almost like the Mayor of the smoothie shop and certainly the star of the event) My favorite aspect of the event, the guy who walked in, threw on an Aztec like poncho and a silver Luchador mask with a Detroit Lion on the side and just started wandering around. That guy won this event!

Dellah Coffee & Brunch House is a not-so-hidden gem in Dearborn, MI, serving Yemeni-American food…read moreto the large Arab population in Dearborn as well as to tourists like my boyfriend and I. Dellah is located on a mixed residential and commercial street with plenty of parking nearby. We chose to eat lunch here in June 2026 since it wasn't too far from our hotel and we saw that they had outdoor seating - important since we had my little dog with us. The place was very busy but since we were eating outside, we had no wait and we were waited upon promptly. There are a LOT of American choices on here (like sugary pancakes) but a third of the menu consists of Yemeni food. I got a traditional Yemeni tea ($4.50) and my boyfriend sipped on a smooth matcha latte ($6.50). We had a big breakfast that morning, so we chose to just share the lahm sighar ($20), which comes with a piece of khuba bread, and also order an additional khuba bread ($2). About 15 minutes later, our food was ready and after taking the necessary pictures, we dug in! Needless to say, the extra bread was not necessary. I don't know what we were thinking but we assumed a piece of khuba was small. Nope! Each piece is the size of my 17-inch computer. Anyway, we used bits of the khuba as silverware to pick up the deliciously tender lahm sighar, something I saw others do when I went inside to use the bathroom and nosily looked around. I must mention that the BATHROOM HAS A BIDET. I REPEAT. BATHROOM HAS A BIDET!!!! Hehe :) seeing it just made me happy lol. So anyway, I saw that the coffee section of Dellah is set up inside like a traditional coffee shop where you can grab and go some coffee, tea, and pastries if you'd like. I did grab my bf, dog, and I some water from the coffee counter, which is self-service. We didn't leave a crumb behind and loved our food here. I would happily come back again! There is a 3% card surcharge fee so I paid the bill with cash, which came out to about 45 dollars after tax and tip. A little pricey, thanks to our expensive drinks, but so yummy!
