The service was quick. You can either order at the counter or at a tablet on the wall. There is plenty of seating with beautiful lighting and decor throughout. There are outlets and WiFi if you want to do work here.

The line was overflowing all the way to the entrance--always a good sign. On a quick glance, I loved the ambience. It has that cozy Mediterranean coffee-house vibe that feels warm and inviting. My friend tried to check if there were any tables inside, but it was completely packed. Not sure if it's newly opened or just that popular, but for a Friday evening around 8:30 pm, the crowd said it all. I'll give it 3 stars for now since I couldn't really sit and enjoy the experience, but I'll definitely revisit and bump it up or down after my next visit

I was hoping to to get further instruction on Yemeni offerings, but the server was not forthcoming. Mostly a local clientele, which is a nice contrast to bustling Dearborn. I was hoping for a kettle of tea, but since I was left to my devices I ordered the Yemeni tea. It tasted like chai. At first I thought it was too sweet but I got used to it. I could taste cardamom and clove. I couldn't taste mint as the menu noted. I had it with the Pistachio cake. Tasty but not my general preference. It is a denser cake with a traditional honey syrup at the base found in many desserts from this part of the world. The topping was in between a frosting and whip cream. It had a minute amount of coconut shavings (not my fave). They have a few other cakes and the cheese cake, which I am guessing is like a kanafeh. It was fairly quiet during my visit, and would like to return as a reading spot to try some other items.
