I walked in and was immediately greeted by 2 delightful young women. The store is clean and comfortable with ample seating and a nice big sunny window. I ordered the Island Surge Energy Smoothie which boasts up to 140 mg of natural caffeine, B vitamins, and coconut cream. I was encouraged to sign up for their reward program which included a free smoothie on my next visit. My smoothie was deliciously creamy and not overly sweet. The portion size is generous for the $8.00 price tag and very filling. Looking forward to trying something new on my next visit.

Stopped in here night before last night because I saw something posted on Facebook about this…read moreparticular location. It all comes down to the quality of the product and I was hoping for something more consistent with gelato and what I got was soft serve ice cream. That would've been OK if it weren't for the fact that the chocolate and vanilla swirl that was in my cup included vanilla that was frozen solid almost like eating icy freezer burn. I brought this to the attention of the young man behind the counter and he just said I'm sorry and shrugged his shoulders. I remove stars because of the poor quality mentioned above. As far as indoors it is nice and bright and clean. I added a couple of stars for this. As for service, it took approximately 10 minutes to receive my order. In fairness there was a group of four or five people in front of me who were taking their time. Given the numerous options for ice cream treats around Plymouth Livonia and Northville it's very unlikely I'll come back here .

A pink floral wall contributed to a whimsical aesthetic while board games on the table gave entertainment options for patrons. I could see this as a space where friends gather to catch up and spend some downtime together. I appreciated that there wasn't any music playing so guests were able to focus on their conversation without worrying about white noise. The menu was clear yet not concise. There were many options - to the point that I felt overwhelmed. The workers were kind and patient, giving space for time to decide. I ordered the Mango milk tea with boba. When placing my order, the staff asked how much boba I would like while stating there were different amounts of boba offered as evidence by the 7 tier markings on the sample cup. I didn't realize that by following these directions, there would be an extra cost in addition to the drink price. I wish this had been communicated beforehand and think that transparency would contribute to stronger customer service relations. The drink had a sweet flavor and was light. I enjoyed the mango and it tasted similar to a juice. I thought the boba was dry. If I order a drink again, I would forego the boba toppings. Three stars because the drink flavor & the environment gave strong first impressions. I admit that not having been here before contributed to a lack of familiarity of the menu though I can't ignore the price paid for the taste of the boba. I'm open to frequenting them again & it's nice to know of another Boba chain to add to the rotation though I feel pretty ambivalent about them.

The inside is all chopped up, doesn't flow well and not super cozy or warm inside. It's chilly. Limited tea and coffee selections. Ordered a small Jade cloud and a fall latte with oat milk. $11.59 Service here feels very transactional and nothing more. I had these small attachments that go on the top of your cup lead to block off the flow of liquid liquids while you're moving. Flimsy, but it works. Their to go containers look and feel insulated, but still too thin to protect your fingers from the scalding water for the hot tea.
