I ordered through the app and my two drinks were ready when I arrived. It seemed like there were quite a few people training, and my only qualm was that the employee awkwardly didn't realize I'd need a bag until I pointed it out. Our bubble teas tasted as expected. Otherwise, it looked like everyone was taking appropriate COVID19 precautions and were wearing their masks correctly. So far, it seems like the place is going through the standard growing pains. I'll visit again some time soon, and we'll see if they can keep up their good days.

The service was okay, polite. The drink itself was very unpleasant. I ordered a taro milk tea with no modifications other than extra ice. A pink floral wall contributed to a whimsical aesthetic while board games on the table gave entertainment options for patrons. I could see this as a space where friends gather to catch up and spend some downtime together. I appreciated that there wasn't any music playing so guests were able to focus on their conversation without worrying about white noise. The menu was clear yet not concise. There were many options - to the point that I felt overwhelmed. The workers were kind and patient, giving space for time to decide. I ordered the Mango milk tea with boba. When placing my order, the staff asked how much boba I would like while stating there were different amounts of boba offered as evidence by the 7 tier markings on the sample cup. I didn't realize that by following these directions, there would be an extra cost in addition to the drink price. I wish this had been communicated beforehand and think that transparency would contribute to stronger customer service relations. The drink had a sweet flavor and was light. I enjoyed the mango and it tasted similar to a juice. I thought the boba was dry. If I order a drink again, I would forego the boba toppings. Three stars because the drink flavor & the environment gave strong first impressions. I admit that not having been here before contributed to a lack of familiarity of the menu though I can't ignore the price paid for the taste of the boba. I'm open to frequenting them again & it's nice to know of another Boba chain to add to the rotation though I feel pretty ambivalent about them.

Ordered a small cup of Oreos and small cup of Lotus Biscoff. $13.10 They give you about a scoop and half of ice cream, but for the small cups, they only allow for one flavor. :( I was hoping to get two flavors in the small cup, many places allow you to do this. The Lotus Biscoff has an odd exterior texture and is super dense and thick to spoon at all. It tastes decent at least. The Oreo has an odd texture, seems frost bitten. Doesn't taste like Oreos for some reason to me at all. I see bits is a dark cookie in it, just not what I expected at all. Service feels very transactional here, nothing more.
