The ingredients were fresh ... melted smoked Gouda, (shredded) lettuce, tomato and pickled peppers. Not a fan of shredded lettuce. I prefer a couple of leaves of chilled crisp lettuce. The tomato was a winter tomato and did not add any acidity. The bun was properly toasted a beautiful golden brown. The onion rings ... sigh. Tasty and not a grease farm ... and while fried perfectly, they arrived mostly a giant lump of stuck together. They were served hot and on a separate plate a few minutes after the burger arrived. I decided to splurge and try a peanut butter shake. Terrific ice cream ... no HFCS aftertaste. Great peanut butter flavor. Two disappointments: - Value. $8 for the size ... insufficient value. - I like my milkshakes to be blended a bit coarse; not blended textureless, soft-serve smooth. You've been warned. My wife ordered the bison burger, well done. It was served precisely as ordered. She was happy. The portion of sweet potato fries was large, properly fried and served hot. Ambiance ... disturbed by one VERY LOUD woman engaged in a running dialog with the bartender. They seemed to know each other. Otherwise; it is clean, organized and has a good neighborhood bar vibe. Will I return? Yes.

I don't know what bam bam sauce is, but it's tasty when mixed with BBQ sauce. There are eight ounces of mostly lean brisket topped with coleslaw, loads of sauce, all on a yummy brioche bun. It's pricey, but is as filling as an entree elsewhere. You'd think I'd have a photo of the sandwich by now since I've ordered it multiple times, but each time I've devoured it before remembering I didn't take a picture. I had a very short wait and was on my way home to enjoy it, but if you want to dine in, there's a mix of high and low top tables. The restaurant is very clean, and service is always super friendly. Enjoy!

Not five or ten minutes longer, 15-30 minutes after being quoted 30 minute on the phone, I arrive in 30 and they lie to me that it's five minutes longer only to sit in the lobby and wait another 15-20 minutes. This is unacceptable. Quote me an hour on the phone and I'll decide if my appetite can wait that long before I place the order, not when I get there and it's another 30 minutes of wait time. And it seems like they don't care and lie to you about needing a few more minutes when clearly they haven't even fried the ingredients. While the food is decent, it's nothing special or better than most Middle Eastern establishments. In fact I'd rate it below most other places that specialize in Middle Eastern cuisine. At least it doesn't take any other place that I frequent an hour to produce two falafel or shawarma sandwiches. The staff here is unapologetic and almost downright careless about wait times. I've got better things to do with my time than sit and wait for overpriced food that isn't ready when promised. Get it together or get out of the kitchen. Don't waste your time folks. There are plenty of choices out there that respect you as a customer. This place doesn't. Full stop.

The ambiance and theme of the bar is really what sets it apart. There is a bookshelf wall stocked with vinyl and a DJ was spinning vinyl (I don't know the technical terms) - it was so unique and fun! The marquee boards above the vinyl shelves had song lyrics and I was excited about the Good Charlotte one. It was unique and the vibes were immaculate - retro while feeling modern. The service was fantastic - let us chat away and popped in periodically to make sure we were good. I definitely recommend going out of your way for this one - so fun!

On the bright side, the doorman, Vlad, was an absolute standout, he was top-notch and gave us a great welcome. However, our interaction with the bartender (dirty blonde hair, didn't catch his name) was completely unacceptable. When I asked to swap out a type of alcohol in a menu drink due to an allergy, he argued with me instead of simply letting me know the drink was premade or offering an alternative. He showed a complete lack of basic product knowledge, insisting that vodkas aren't made from different bases like grain or potato, and falsely accused me of being over-served when I had only consumed one drink with dinner prior to arriving. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism. While Vlad was wonderful, management needs to address the bartender's behavior and lack of customer service skills. The vibe wasn't as Romantic as I would had expected, it felt like bro's basement.

The menu is also expansive with a ton of options from handhelds to entrees, and a ton of starters. We actually decided to split a few of those. We went with the nachos, truffle fries, chicken wings, and spinach dip. First off, the portions were HUGE and I LOVED the fries and spinach dip. The wings were a little underwhelming (tough, maybe a little over done?) and the nachos, though very well portioned, were a little lighter on toppings than we would have liked. But still pretty good! There are a TON of TVs here and different games were playing ( to a different baseball game so if you're into that sort thing you'll dig that (many were tuned to the Tiger's game). Also the covered patio is dog friendly which is nice if you're a dog person! But if you don't want to be around pups I recommend sticking to inside since there were more than a few out there when we visited. Service was a little pokey but pleasant and helpful when we were able to get them over to us. Overall pretty solid, though! I'd be up for getting back there to try some entrees next time and maybe bring our pups with us to enjoy a meal as well.

The artichoke dip tasted off, and when we brought it up, she just brushed us off and said remaking it wouldn't help because "the batch is always like that." We come here enough to know that the artichoke dip is usually great. On top of that, the pizza was super bland and barely had any flavor. To top it off, she left the artichoke dip on our bill anyway and charged us for unlimited pizza even though we only got two toppings. Really hope management gets these service and quality issues sorted out, because today was a huge letdown.

The kitchen cookie sounded great. I actually thought it maybe too large because a single cookie cost $5.18. When I got the cookie, it was disappointingly small. Shame on them for charging so much money. Avoid making this mistake. The outside design of this Panera is strange. To enter the building from the side entrance you have to cut through the drive though line. This doesn't make any sense and it is a safety concern. Most of the time they do not close the doors to their rubbish corral. This creates a bad blind spot while crossing the road in back of the building. If I wasn't careful, I would have been T-boned on two different occasions. If you opt to go through the drive thru, it could take a few mins to an extreme of 20 mins or more. The confirmation text didn't come through until we were already inside, which might be bad reception, but it almost cost us the table. Then they sat us right across from the back kitchen entrance. Banging, yelling, and an open doorway into the kitchen. Off-putting, especially with better seating clearly open. The food keeps the rating up. I did not expect a wings place, but the smoked wings were my favorite, right amount of crispy with good smoke. The sauce list is long and I couldn't pick a favorite. The ranch tasted house-made and it was amazing. The chikin soho was the other standout. Honey ginger glaze, chili dijon slaw, and pickles that all work together. Misses: the brisket nachos needed fresh guac and actual brisket, since there was barely any. The 6 cheese mac was fine but not worth ordering again. Prices were right for what it is, a bistro concept. It's in Wayne, which surprised me since I didn't know spots like this existed out here. Wide enough menu that I'll be back. Next time I'm speaking up about the seating.
