No one greeted us when we walked in, and when we walked to the register, I was really really shocked! I watched the cashier waiting on another customer, bagged her things, smiled. BUT when we got closer to her check out lane, she asked if we had a phone number with them, we said NO, she proceeded to ring everything up, never asked us if we wanted to sign up or anything like this. After my husband paid for everything, I looked down, and she just pushed everything at us, no bag, no nothing!! Then she proceeded to turn her back on us, leaning on the counter. If this is how you conduct your business, no worries about us coming back!! We spent a lot of money in your store. Not anymore. Have a great day!!!!!

I want to make sure that I wasn't at a Jungle Jim's because that's hard to find. The store is a bit pricey but I do believe this has the best selection of food and household goods compare to most health food stores probably within a 50 Mile radius. The staff was very friendly too! I want to give a shout out to a staff member that I saw escorting a elderly man with a cart full of groceries and helping him load his car too! Stuff like that is touching and makes me want to come back. Highly recommend!

I'm not sure what it was, but some of their advice didn't seem sincere. They do have a great variety of supplements, in all shapes and sizes. Almost every time I have needed something they have had it. I wish they had a different policy with their protein shakes. I have gotten a few from there that I didn't like and was stuck with them. They are quick to offer to order anything they don't have, so that's always nice.

It is so clean and vibrant and the people running it are passionate about the product they are selling. I got to watch them make the drinks with their fancy machines after placing my order, so you can't get any more transparent than that. Of course everything was completely fresh and delicious. Bonus points for the plastic seal on the cups to keep them from spilling during the car ride home. With how bad Michigan roads are this is a necessity.
