They have a large variety of frozen meats and a small fridge of fresh meats. I didn't venture too deep, but they have many organ meats as well. They are very friendly and seem like they really get to know and take care of their regular customers. I feel so good about shopping here; I wish them all the success! The store is a bit pricey but I do believe this has the best selection of food and household goods compare to most health food stores probably within a 50 Mile radius.
