They have a large variety of frozen meats and a small fridge of fresh meats. I didn't venture too deep, but they have many organ meats as well. They are very friendly and seem like they really get to know and take care of their regular customers. I feel so good about shopping here; I wish them all the success! It's great to come to a health food store that also sells incense , pistachio products, a large variety of dairy-free cheese and so much more! I thought it was cool that they sold bison meat here. I want to make sure that I wasn't at a Jungle Jim's because that's hard to find. The store is a bit pricey but I do believe this has the best selection of food and household goods compare to most health food stores probably within a 50 Mile radius. After my husband paid for everything, I looked down, and she just pushed everything at us, no bag, no nothing!! Then she proceeded to turn her back on us, leaning on the counter.
