As if this wasn't bad enough... one month later I received a Denial letter from this state of MI because Higher Learning was using the incorrect version of the patient application w wrong information. The staff acknowledged that they had the wrong form but 'that there was nothing they could do'. Now 7 weeks later & I'm still waiting on my card & more importantly still cannot get my medicine.
