And the budtenders are usually personable and knowledgeable. And they don't talk down to me for buying edibles only! Dane has been delightful to interact with on my last couple of visits. Still a good selection and good value.

They always have amazing deals--from budget selections to high end. The thing that really gets me though is their customer service. The employees working there--from front desk to budtenders to managers to order fulfillers--everyone is always amazing. I had Rebecca today and she was knowledgeable, attentive, patient, fun, and personable. She gave good advice and personal recommendations. She worked to ensure I had everything I wanted and needed--for myself and others--from sleeping and fun gummies to vapes and pre-rolls. I love coming here and people like Rebecca are a great reason why. Highly recommend! ;)

I normally love this place but after this most recent visit I am rather upset.. the budtender told…read moreme he was giving me a bunch of freebies but from what I can tell they weren't free because he used my rewards points --- he didn't ask because if he did I would've used them on my bulk order to save cash on the concentrates I bought since I don't really smoke flower. I only took the fancy prerolls because he advertised them as a freebie, I only noticed after looking at my reciept. This is one of my favorite places so this is extrememly disappointing . I will probably be back since this place has the best selection on concentrates in Monroe but I will be more vigilant before I pay making sure to verify all discounts.

I did find some things on their menu that I didn't find at others and I liked how when they didn't have something in my order they tried to call to replace it and then when they didn't get ahold of me they at least replaced it with something close to what I got .. other places will replace it with anything. I do think their first time customer deal could be better when other places offer percentage off and a grab bag.

The customer service was friendly and I appreciate the store layout. I really haven't seen many dispensaries with display like this outside of California. So, that was nice to see. Although, I don't know if the music volume is necessary. Maybe it's supposed to be a party atmosphere but then the budtenders have to yell and really that's why some of us don't go to bars . I might have liked to know more about other products but again- party atmosphere and the transaction that wasn't a preorder felt a bit rushed. Think dive bar versus relaxing speakeasy... this is the fun dive bar. Ok, enough analogies. I was pleased with the experience. I appreciated my new customer gift AND a percentage off would still be nice as mentioned by another yelper. The selection on edibles is decent and they seem to be well stocked unlike some others in the area. And the value was good with the deals they had that day especially. Definitely worth checking out.

I was short on the purple rain by 3/4 of an ounce short on the mango sunrise a quarter of an ounce and short on the watermelon OG a quarter of an ounce . Absolutely Pure Falsification -- Wrong Dab, Wrong Deal, Wrong Math, Wrong Transparency... Never…read moreAgain My entire experience was misleading, inconsistent, and unacceptable. What I was told at the counter and what showed on my receipt were two completely different things. First, I didn't even receive the correct dab. I selected specific products, but the receipt showed items I never chose. In this industry, strain, type, and batch matter. You cannot swap products and expect a customer not to notice. Second, the deal I was promised was never honored. I was told 15 for $65 plus an additional 40% off. That should have resulted in a much larger discount than what was actually applied. Instead, the receipt showed a subtotal of $53.94 and only $12.80 in discounts. The bundle pricing was not applied correctly, and neither was the percentage discount. Instead of honoring the advertised promotion, the receipt was filled with random discount lines such as loyalty opt-ins and miscellaneous deductions that had nothing to do with the deal I was promised. It looked more like an attempt to justify the total than to apply the correct promotion. There was also confusing double-labeling and mismatched batch numbers on some items. For regulated products, accuracy and transparency should be mandatory. Customers should not have to decode a receipt to understand what they were charged for. The bigger issue here is trust. If a store advertises a promotion, the register should reflect that promotion clearly and accurately. Customers should not have to go home and do the math to figure out whether they were overcharged. Between receiving the wrong product, the incorrect pricing, the confusing receipt, and the lack of transparency, this was a frustrating experience. Customers deserve honesty and accuracy. I will be filing a formal complaint. Never again
