I did find some things on their menu that I didn't find at others and I liked how when they didn't have something in my order they tried to call to replace it and then when they didn't get ahold of me they at least replaced it with something close to what I got .. other places will replace it with anything. I do think their first time customer deal could be better when other places offer percentage off and a grab bag.

Think dive bar versus relaxing speakeasy... this is the fun dive bar. Ok, enough analogies. I was pleased with the experience. this is really the highest rating i could muster up because i love the employees but they have so…read moremuch trouble with my name- and part of that is your system. at first it signed my associated google account in, leaving me with a display name followed by my last name confusing everyone- and i had to clarify my legal name every time, not even mentioning my chosen name as to not confuse anyone. one time they wanted to clarify, so i told them my legal name and chosen name- and two employees , two separate times went out of their way to input my chosen name, assuring it was no problem because they knew it made me uncomfortable to identify as my legal name let alone say it.. it helped for a bit, and then someone calls me right before i pick up saying they have to remove my chosen name entirely from my profile . most employees just look at me and make a mental note but apparently the pickup employees only accept legal names. i'm not sure what the general protocol for chosen names and transgender individuals is but she seemed pretty insistent on just erasing my chosen name from my profile to make it easier to look for my order and i'm at this point just tired of it. i come here about every two weeks cause you always have my favorite brand on sale but the whole name debacle is just so annoying and such a letdown especially when there were a few employees who seemed very insistent on making sure my name was in my profile and that i was comfortable. i know employees employ modern tactics to remember chosen names nowadays to compensate for a system that hasn't caught up yet but apparently not everyone is so informed so a revised or updated system is needed and until then i just cannot give you my business or really come to your store. sorry.

Absolutely Pure Falsification -- Wrong Dab, Wrong Deal, Wrong Math, Wrong Transparency... Never…read moreAgain My entire experience was misleading, inconsistent, and unacceptable. What I was told at the counter and what showed on my receipt were two completely different things. First, I didn't even receive the correct dab. I selected specific products, but the receipt showed items I never chose. In this industry, strain, type, and batch matter. You cannot swap products and expect a customer not to notice. Second, the deal I was promised was never honored. I was told 15 for $65 plus an additional 40% off. That should have resulted in a much larger discount than what was actually applied. Instead, the receipt showed a subtotal of $53.94 and only $12.80 in discounts. The bundle pricing was not applied correctly, and neither was the percentage discount. Instead of honoring the advertised promotion, the receipt was filled with random discount lines such as loyalty opt-ins and miscellaneous deductions that had nothing to do with the deal I was promised. It looked more like an attempt to justify the total than to apply the correct promotion. There was also confusing double-labeling and mismatched batch numbers on some items. For regulated products, accuracy and transparency should be mandatory. Customers should not have to decode a receipt to understand what they were charged for. The bigger issue here is trust. If a store advertises a promotion, the register should reflect that promotion clearly and accurately. Customers should not have to go home and do the math to figure out whether they were overcharged. Between receiving the wrong product, the incorrect pricing, the confusing receipt, and the lack of transparency, this was a frustrating experience. Customers deserve honesty and accuracy. I will be filing a formal complaint. Never again
