A few days ago, I went in to Tobacco Town for the first time to get some kratom for my chronic…read morepain. I just started taking kratom recently and still am learning allot about it. It is overwhelming and confusing. When I went to Tobacco Town, Tori was working. I was INCREDIBLY impressed and happy with her customer service. She patiently explained things and helped me understand allot about it. I never felt rushed or pressured. Talking to her felt somewhat like talking to an old friend. She was knowledgeable, kind, patient and understanding. I also felt like I could trust her and her recommendations. I was extremely happy with my experience. Also, I was pleasantly surprised with the pricing. It is allot more affordable than some of the other places that sells it. It is something I'm going to be taking daily, since my chronic pain is constant, and so affordability is very very important to me. I appreciated having options as well. I liked that they had different strains, brands, and forms (capsule or powder). I was able to get what I needed and knowing they have difference options I can try if one doesn't work for me. Overall, I cannot be more satisfied with the customer service, pricing and overall experience. I think the main reason I'll be a return customer is how helpful and genuine Tori is. The affordable pricing is important but the time, patience, help and friendliness of Tori is what will make me a return customer. I'm incredibly satisfied with my visit.

They always have amazing deals--from budget selections to high end. The thing that really gets me though is their customer service. The employees working there--from front desk to budtenders to managers to order fulfillers--everyone is always amazing. I had Rebecca today and she was knowledgeable, attentive, patient, fun, and personable. She gave good advice and personal recommendations. She worked to ensure I had everything I wanted and needed--for myself and others--from sleeping and fun gummies to vapes and pre-rolls. I love coming here and people like Rebecca are a great reason why. Highly recommend! ;)

I only took the fancy prerolls because he advertised them as a freebie, I only noticed after looking at my reciept. This is one of my favorite places so this is extrememly disappointing .
