Despite a recent review, this is a recreational dispensary and not a medical one. (I work in a medical one). Great prices and selection here, the place was well organized and all the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The only thing that kept it from being 5 stars is the music inside is WAY TOO LOUD. Before you start replying by calling me names like boomer or old, I am also hearing disabled and even with hearing aids, communicating in here was nearly impossible. It didn't help that the Customer service people I was working with was very soft spoken. This did cause a minor problem with my wife's order. We asked specifically for 510 cartridges and went with the CSR's recommendation. They turned out to be good products at a great price, but I don't like disposables because of the environmental waste. In the end, I mentioned the pricing and quality has excellent. The frosting on the cake was first time visitors got a free 1/8th of flower if they spent $25. It was an 1/8th of their choosing, I was very pleased with it. Might wife and I easily spent that much, so we came home with 2 extra flower packages that were very good! This same flower in an Ohio dispensary would have cost anywhere from $30 to $50 in an Ohio dispensary! read more

Ordered ahead online and found everything to be decent on there. Their selection of carts wasn't very good but they had a deal 4 for 35 or something so I grabbed some. Their selection problem arose when I got there I had to wait in line for like ten minutes for my pick up order because they were tending bud to someone in front of me. I have been driving to URB from Ohio for the last year. The budtenders are usually friendly and go the extra mile to make sure you walk away a happy customer. Today was no different. I placed my orders online, and when I arrived, the receptionist was already in a confrontation with the customer ahead of me. After she argued and told the customer she was wrong, she then went on to check my husband and I in. She was rude from beginning to end. She demanded my husband's student ID (he wasn't even making a purchase), he then provided it, and she yanked it out of his hand. She scanned my license in and then told me she couldn't scan my medical card because it showed the last years date (the QR code they scan is the same every year btw). I said to forget it, I would just complete my purchase without it. We completed our purchase with no further issues. As we were exiting, we were confronted by an overweight, balding middle-aged man who yelled that he wanted to explain the rules. We told him we didn't have time, and it wasn't about the rules, but rather the clerk's tone and attitude. He then chased after us out of the store, yelling threatening comments. Loved this place at first. Don't buy the deli flower, dry as a popcorn fart. Ordering online is hard because, who they hired to update their site, is an idiot. Don't always have the product online as in the store. On top of that, they has no solution last time. The free pre rolls were great at first, now I'm pretty sure the free pre rolls you get were crap they found on the floor. Some budtenders are friendly, others don't care. The thing that made me mad the most, I pre ordered my stuff to get in and get out.... it took an hour. Black Friday was a mess they had a buy a ounce get up to 3 eights for free and the bud tender (Bri ) can't count or wasn't aware of the deal and shorted me on my eights so I went back to confront them and I had to wait 2 hours for them to review the cameras and the manager said he'd fix it and give me something to compensate my time (because I drive from Ohio) and all I got was the amount of eights I was suppose to have the first time. So I go back again to talk to the manager and I'm left at the front for 30 minutes and somebody finally comes out and all I got for waiting that long was a free 8th and a lighter ps the line on Black Friday was to the back of the building and had to park in a hotel parking lot just to get in line and the line was a hour wait. read more

As a new customer I was offered a free gift, and while the product I bought seemed to be exactly what I wanted...the freebies (three pre-rolls) were not great at all. The person advising me with medium length blonde hair (I wish I had gotten her name, I left as quickly as I came) was smacking gum in my face and all in my personal space. From the start it was so unpleasant I couldn't even focus on what she was telling me. The bud looked okay. This was my first time at URB (or any Michigan dispensary for that matter). Raquell (?) was very helpful and patient with me and gave me good advice even though they appeared very busy. I went on a Tuesday thinking it might be a slow day. I am not sure URB ever has a slow day! Even so, all of the URB employees were very accommodating. My wait to get in and receive my order wasn't bad at all. I think I was in and out in about 30 minutes. The price of some of the edibles I bought was slightly higher at the cashier than the in-store posted price, but a couple of dollars didn't make a difference to me. The specials are some really good deals, and the new customer free gift was majorly appreciated. I can see why they have a problem keeping some items in stock. Weekends must be really busy.
