This brand new store is noticeable and we were greeted kindly by friendly staff in a beautiful entrance area. The selection was exquisite. The store is well organized and very clean. I hope they smooth things out for future customers for those are an essential part of the transaction. Thank you to our servers and we will come visit again!

Snoops has an organized business; you can call or text to reach a bud tender. I'm very particular with my tastes and I have alot of questions generally -- not once have I felt like I was not being listened and every response I've received was considerate of my needs. The business runs late, no delivery fee, the bud is good, a good variety of products, the prices are realistic (in other words, great), calls are always answered, delivery estimates are accurate...

They may have changed owners & location but still awful service. The actual 'Dr' is only there few hrs twice a week. I don't know what they actually do the rest of the week. ??? I made an appointment weeks prior since office hrs were so limited. Appointment was for 1:45 yet I wasn't seen by the 'Dr' until 2:45. So what's the point of an appointment. After I'm accepted & on way out of his office one of the secretaries announces that the entire waiting room is upset w the unacceptable wait time & she will be bringing in patients two at a time to move things along faster. Completely Unacceptable on so many levels. Dr Shapiro needs to re-read his HIPAA handbook & print some out for his staff. As if this wasn't bad enough... one month later I received a Denial letter from this state of MI because Higher Learning was using the incorrect version of the patient application w wrong information. The staff acknowledged that they had the wrong form but 'that there was nothing they could do'. Now 7 weeks later & I'm still waiting on my card & more importantly still cannot get my medicine. Don't just use this place because they are the close to home like I did. Make a better decision & drive a bit further down the road. Terrible experience

I brought him 10 years of records (which as we all know, isn't cheap) from several doctors. All of them documenting the dozens of treatments that I've tried, and he's concerned about how easy it is for him? My condition is extremely embarrassing, and not only was his attitude and my treatment shameful-but I can't believe this man is allowed to look at medical records, let alone keep copies. Never again.
