I went to this Location on 4/5/26 @3:50pm & Skylar Who I gave my order on the drive thru made me repeat all my order again at the window & got annoyed whene I din't remmember one of the names of the donut i had ordered previously, & gave me a nasty attitude Not only that when I gave him my credit card instead of telling me that It got declined He called the cops on me & told them I was paying with a stolen credit card Even the police officer Said "HOW DOES HE KNOW ITS REPORTED STOLEN OR LOST ? " Mind you I had reported that card lost so the bank cancelled it but then I found It & forgot to throw it away & still had it in my wallet with the new one that my bank had sent me, & mind you there was a Hugeeee line behind me everything for nothing really & then he din't even apologize he only laughed and said that was soo embarrasing omg Like are you serious? I was laughing in the car with my mom because We couldn't belive what had happend & everything was so weird because I even told my mom where did he go with my credit card ? & then another co worker had came and told me that the system was down that thats why there were taking along time & I even told her Can I give you another card because I accidently gave you the wrong one but by that time they had already called the cops & she was like yea i'll be right back never saw her again .. I used to come here more often when we used to have Donut club in some of my previous teams at work. It's also the closest location to my office. The classic and original Krispy Kreme doughnuts are my preferred here. I don't mind the one with the chocolate on it either. There really is no better donut than a fresh, hot original glazed Krispy Kreme. I don't like any other glazed donuts. It melts my heart a little bit when they hand you one of these beauties fresh from the fryer. For a birthday celebration we stopped by this Krispy Kreme and had the most delicious donuts. It has been ages since I've had a Krispy Kreme and they taste just like I remember. Drive through experience is horrible. The lady on the speaker would start our order and then say "i'm sorry" and then go silent for couple minutes about 3 times. The issue is not them taking long but just be honest if you are short staff , a simple "give me 5 min " would go a long way instead of asking every minute what I want and then not actually taking the order ! read more

Only had the drive through when we went due to short staff. Ordered two strawberry donuts only to pay and figure out the strawberry donut was sold out. Where do I start? To charge a customer $16 for 16 mini donuts is absolutely absurd. I changed my order to one custard filled and it was just OK but no better than Dunkin. Take a lesson from Duck Donuts in Troy where for $17, you can get a dozen regular size fresh donuts that are made to order, you can build your own or let them select for you and they are served WARM!! Fritters in Ferndale on 9 mile is appropriately named for their amazing glazed, crumbly perfection in apple, blueberry, maple, etc. fritters as big as your hand and donuts such as cherry chip and buttercream, $12 per dozen and many other goodies to choose from. The Donut Cutter in Berkeley has won awards for their sinfully delicious confections with flavors like cinnamon apple crumble and red velvet with a freshness that melts in your mouth and worth every penny easily. The only positive thing I will say is the young lady at the window was pleasant and professional I I will go elsewhere when I feel the need for a good doughnut. read more

Lobby still not open. Drive thru took 30 minutes. Didn't even have the donuts I wanted. Couldn't get out of line due to the curb along the outside of the lane. Ended up ordering just 3 donuts since the special donuts weren't available (even though online indicated they were). Finally got to the window, watched 2 employees walk around looking like they had no clue what was happening, then they didn't even know what I had ordered. No welcome, no apology for the long wait. I can't count how many times I've driven here to get a dozen donuts. I absolutely love how often they release promotional/limited time flavors. It keeps things fresh and almost everything they make we enjoy tremendously. It's also very fun watching them make the donuts on the conveyor (although going inside isn't an option at this time unfortunately). Doors locked while "Hot Now" sign is on. Just last week doors were open and I went in and ordered. Now for some reason doors are locked and employees are ignoring me while I gesture at the door. My fave doughnuts in the area. Getting them here is the only way to go, do not waste your time at the grocery store. They do not carry all the varieties featured on the website but enough that you will surely not be disappointed. My faves are the kreme filled glazed. The glaze is enough to induce a sugar coma but adding kreme makes it over the top delicious. Truly a delight. My husband likes kreme filled too but he prefers the chocolate topped ones. I would do chocolate over the glaze but I am not giving up the glaze and my dream option is not available. I cannot indulge too much so I nearly always stick with my fave but the other varieties look delicious and other people seem happy with them. If you have any kind of a wait in here or you look especially drooly they will give you a free plain glazed doughnut. Yum. They also have a deal fairly often when you buy a dozen doughnuts you can get a dozen of the plain glazed for a mere 1.99 more. Yep they are that evil, I usually pass on the guilt and take em to work or send them to my husband's poor minions. If you want the best example of true Krispy Kreme heaven it is only found in one of their retail stores, the rest is pale imitation. read more

They seem to have the hot sign on around 5:00pm each evening for a few hours. As you walk in, they hand you a free original glazed. Unfortunately, the texture of them aren't the best. They aren't as crispy as other locations, definitely softer on the outside. The folks are friendly there. There is a burning smell inside the establishment as they are cooking the donuts which I don't like. Why don't they have better ventilation? I call the store number and option 1 for online orders can't help and tells me to wait for the recording to go through.
