Bottom line though, they make a good pizza. I've had a lot of their other offerings as well. Their fried chicken is very good. It's unique too because there's seems to be some sort of Cajun-type seasoning that gets inside the chicken, almost like they inject it in there. All the sides I've tried are also very good. I get it, you wouldn't think that pizza and chicken sold out of a gas station would be very good, I had my reservations as well. Give it a shot. It's worth it.

The pizza was very generic, and it felt like I could have gotten the pizza from anywhere. Honestly, I think I'd have gotten equal if not better quality with a better deal from one of the main chains. This time around, we ordered pasta to try and change it up. It was... not good. At all. If you're a fan of DeLuca's then I suppose this place is for you. The mostaccioli was mushy and gave me the impression that it'd been sitting in a vat of marinara all day waiting to be ordered rather than made to order. The ravioli was slightly better, but still nothing to sing about. The bread was good? I suppose if you make pizza is your primary bread and butter, then it's good that you make a decent breadstick/pizza dough. But we won't be coming back here again. Not bad, but not good either.

I was greeted on the phone by a very friendly gentleman whom I assume is the owner. Trying to pick toppings for two sets of twins can be a bit tricky but they handled my special request without a problem. Pizza came in a very reasonable time and was delivered by another friendly gentleman. The pizza was excellent. Chicken, Bacon, Ranch, the 50th State and just a plain cheese were all really good. The sauce is delicious, the crust was perfect and overall the boys all loved it. This will definitely be my new go-to spot.

I thought at first maybe it just wasn't cut properly so I recut it myself but the issue continued. It ended up making me nauseous simply after just one slice. It was also incredibly greasy which usually I wouldn't really care about since it is pizza, pizza is usually pretty greasy, but being undercooked AND greasy is just not a good mixture. I had no issues with the employees at the cash register. The pizza took a little longer than I expected but that wasn't an issue either! I just thought it was weird since it came out undercooked anyways. Whoever is working in the kitchen needs to be pulled aside though because again, the pizza was awful. I've ordered from here on two separate occasions recently as I thought maybe the first pizza was just because they were having an off day but after it happened a second time I quickly came to the realization it's most likely whoever is in the kitchen just being lazy and either not paying attention or rushing to get the orders out which again is strange when it's not even a busy day nor a busy time of day.

Note the cheesy goodness in the picture, I couldn't wait to rip into it. My only suggestion, not complaint, would be to provide 2 complimentary sauces with the order instead of one. I am a pizza sauce addict and had already purchased a second sauce for $1.00, but non sauce lovers would probably need extra sauce as well. I will be ordering again soon!! (Maybe in a week or so, my husband says we have food at home )

The online order system is super simple and quick. The order said about 30 minutes and it was ready in about 25. The three gentleman working when I went to pickup were super friendly. The shop was super clean and smelled like fresh herbs (really good). The first test was plain cheese, which was really good. It wasn't greasy or too cheesy, it was perfectly done. Next, we tried the bread. There was a small pile of Parmesan cheese on top and it smelled amazing. The bread was crisp on the outside, but pillowy on the inside. I tried with both the ranch and pizza sauce, while both good, sauce is not entirely necessary. Last, but not least, was the thin crust BLT pizza. It was amazing, and definitely worth more than they are charging. The thin crust was crispy, but still had a little chew. All of the toppings were perfectly cool for veggies and crispy for the bacon. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. We are so happy to have an independent pizza spot just down the road. We look forward to trying more of what they have to offer. I was excited to return to Nautilus after having their pizza for the first time a couple months…read moreearlier and drove out of my way to order here. I ordered a veggie pizza and cheese pizza as well as bread on Dec.16. I'm not sure what happened, but none of it was edible. The dough was overworked and undercooked. I called shortly after getting home and my husband and I taking our first bite to alert the person who rang me up so they didn't serve anyone else bad dough, but they must have been closed already. I left a message and asked for a call back about what happened. Nobody called me back. I called back again and there was no answer. I didn't see a point in leaving a message again since nobody returned the first call. If this has been my first visit, I would be leaving one star, but since I know that they CAN make good pizza, I left two stars. If I stop by again and have a better experience, I'll change my review, but since they didn't care enough to return my call, I'm not sure if that will happen. Time shall tell.
