I've lived in Westland since '79...and there are too many awesome places to give my hard earn cash to the young kids working there that have no respect. Good pizza, and the Benito bread is amazing. Also tried the cinnamon apple cheesecake pizza and it's pretty awesome. Only beef with this place is getting them to pick up their phone. During later hours they don't pick up the phone, usually takes several calls before they pick up. Also I think they close way earlier than advertised a lot because we'll call during business hours and no one answers. Food is really good, but customer service kinda kills this place. read more

Pricing apparently changed and they now charge per topping even for a specialty pizza. Did they explain that? Of course not. They took the order and when I arrived a $6 pizza turns out to be $11. It's just bad service and everyone stood around looking confused and careless. Then I get home and realize I didn't even get the toppings they made sure to charge me for. As well as the pizza tasting like dough. I had to finish cooking it when I got home, which defeated the purpose of even ordering. I'm pissed and I'll never return! Gross pizza and usually it's good. Wasted 30$ on hard pizza with old cheese and same for the large banito bread hardly any cheese so it was hard and the sauce containers were like 1/4 full WTF think they gave me someone's order that canceled and been sitting there for hours... it was gross.. never going again I will go to jets across the street if I want pizza around there! read more

I came to this location and I enjoyed my entire order from the cheesy Benito bread to the delicious pepperoni deep dish, manager was very kind and brought the pizza out to my car due to me being handicapped, I don't understand the bad reviews and love this place every time I have had an order they answer instantly and get there pizzas out in 15 minutes I love this pizza and will return shortly read more

Benito's is okay. I placed my first order with them not too long ago. The food left much to be desired, although their speciality seems to be pizza (I happened to order their other menu offerings). It was a delivery order and the driver was kind. I wouldn't mind going back to try their pizza but I'd have to pass on the rest. read more

The manager was totally inept and rude in regards to a credit card purchase. We ordered food over the phone with a credit card and received our food. The delivery driver (who later claimed to be the manager but refused to give his name) said he didn't have the slip to sign for (RED FLAG), but we signed a blank slip and even gave him a tip thinking nothing of it. A good time later, the business called and said there was a error with the credit card machine and they would need our information again (RED FLAG). We told them we would contact the bank and find out if the charge went through, and if not we would pay again. In the process of calling the bank, this place called us 10 times demanding payment and even threatening to call the police. Never mind, they have our information, names and address! So after calling them back after finding out no charges were made, we were threatened with a visit from police again! At this point, it turned ugly as the driver came back demanding payment. We love the deluxe specialty square pizza that comes with pepperoni, ham, bacon green peppers and onions. The cheesy bread is always a favorite as well. The sauce is delicious and the crust is crispy. It is a standard walk up counter service and we sometimes get mixed reviews with the employees attitudes. After working 12 hours I had to go to physical therapy. As I left p.t. benitos next door smelled so good so I went inside and placed an order to go. Deep dish with ham bacon and pineapple on half and ham bacon and onions on other. I just assumed it was correct and drove home with it. Get ready to eat and of course its not correct. Regular pizza not deep dish and has olives on half. I called and talked to a female manager who was extremely rude and needs to learn how to deal with customers. She admitted that pizza was wrote up wrong and didn't say deep dish but said it was impossible for hwr to have put olives on it. She said that I had to drive the pizza back to her to remedy the pizza. I said just to give me a credit for future use. She said she couldn't do that because she didn't put olives on it. Even though she admitted that the order was written up wrong and still wasn't deep dish which was 100% their fault. read more

What a horrible experience. We ordered food from them for delivery and they delivered it to the wrong address. When calling to check on order they admitted this and said they would fix it, another 45 minutes went by and we called again. They again delivered to the wrong address and claimed they tried to call.
