Extremely undercooked to the point where when grabbing a slice the piece was falling apart and tearing into two. I thought at first maybe it just wasn't cut properly so I recut it myself but the issue continued. It ended up making me nauseous simply after just one slice. It was also incredibly greasy which usually I wouldn't really care about since it is pizza, pizza is usually pretty greasy, but being undercooked AND greasy is just not a good mixture. I had no issues with the employees at the cash register. The pizza took a little longer than I expected but that wasn't an issue either! I just thought it was weird since it came out undercooked anyways. Whoever is working in the kitchen needs to be pulled aside though because again, the pizza was awful. I've ordered from here on two separate occasions recently as I thought maybe the first pizza was just because they were having an off day but after it happened a second time I quickly came to the realization it's most likely whoever is in the kitchen just being lazy and either not paying attention or rushing to get the orders out which again is strange when it's not even a busy day nor a busy time of day. read more

Consistently Delicious! And I love the drive up option! The parking lot may be a little small, but the quality of food is fantastic. read more

After seeing the commercial featuring the cheese filled crust, I decided to give it a try. My order also included 6 chicken wings. I was not impressed. The wings were salty and the pizza was mediocre. Service was prompt and the food appearance was adequate. The environment was clean. There was absolutely nothing about the taste of the pizza that would draw me back to make another purchase. read more

Yeah so the foods made poorly everyone does what they want back there, They're managers aren't good to employees, they hired knob heads from garden city to drive and all they do is let food slide out the oven eat! Hmm and I wonder why sales continue to tank they don't treat employees fairly and they favorite crazy ass managers for the sake of comfortability and give them all the hours yet are always complaining about needing insiders and how schedules are hard to accommodate to while managers get 30 and then crew members get 4-6?? and dominos to have so many rules and protocols this store really takes the cake for disregarding all of that and aims to be as shitty as possible read more

This review is about this location specifically, and not about domino's pizza in general. If you don't like domino's pizza, you won't like this place and this review isn't for you. If you're looking for local pizza, try Newburgh station or Compari's or Buddy's - they're all really fantastic. If you like or are fine with domino's pizza or are just in the mood for pizza that is inexpensive and easy to order through an app, this location is fantastic. I've got a preschool age son and his favorite pizza is domino's. I'm cool with domino's pizza and their app actually makes it way easy for busy parents like me. I've been ordering from this location since I moved to Plymouth 3 years ago. Of the many times I've ordered, only once did they forget something and it was a marinara sauce - whatever, I didn't even call them because it wasn't a big deal. If I called, I'm sure they would've taken care of it. Delivery is always fast. The delivery persons have always been super awesome and friendly. Even at chain restaurants, sometimes food quality can vary. Here, it's usually really good and hot when it arrives at my house. It's Domino's so you probably know what it tastes like. But this is a really good location with fast delivery and the food is always hot when it arrived to your home. I highly recommend the app to make everything even easier. read more

Messed up my order multiple times, even after going over what was wrong on the phone and getting it redelivered. The pizza itself is like cardboard. It's really poor service for the price you pay. I usually don't leave negative reviews but I would suggest new cooks and staff that pays better attention to orders. Would not recommend. read more

This Dominos used to be a great place back in the 90's clean store excellent managers food was good and the workers had a good attitude that's all different now don't like the the food and don't order from them new manager fired me generally Dominos was a Great company years ago! read more

Horrible customer service! Was on hold for a combined 25 minutes to get an order corrected that I placed online and was delivered/made incorrectly. The worst part is the correct pizza never showed up. Still waiting on my refund..... read more

Ordered a pizza with pepperoni, bacon, and mushroom. Pick up time was for 6:12-6:22. Got it and immediately seen it was old when we got back home. Tasted old, it looked like they grabbed an old pepperoni and threw some random toppings on it and reheated it. I'm not the one to usually do this but this really disappointed me and feel everyone should know and see this to be careful. I took the pizza back and watched and never broke eye contact with the manager remaking my pizza. Incredible difference. When I brought it back it's like they knew what they did immediately when I walked in offered to remake it right when I opened it up. Very sad. read more

Horrible food. Looked like our pizza sat out all day and wasn't even correct? Parm bites were raw dough and the lava cakes were thrown on top of each other with no powdered sugar. Sorry excuse of a dominos. Will be going elsewhere from now on read more

First delivery driver was awful. When new delivery guys delivered pizza it was cold and stiff. And looked like it had been sitting out for a couple hours. read more

Tried to order online from here for the first time since moving to Westland , they're the only picks place supposedly open late . I ordered about 1h 1/2 before they were slated to close , shouldn't have been a problem . 5 mins after I submitted my order I got a phone call and the girl told me they had to cancel my order because of staffing and I'm like well one I'm upset because there's no where else to get food at this time and 2 why are you even open if you don't have people , close it down and don't accept orders . Whoever is running this business is doing it badly . I love dominos but I will never attempt to order from this specific one again. read more

They consistently make orders wrong. Every time we order from here we have to thoroughly check our orders because they give us something wrong. So, quit coming here for the past 5 months and started going to a different place. However, tonight our new spot had no electricity so they were closed. So in a pinch I gave them another shot. I ordered a deluxe pizza. Well, BLEW IT AGAIN. They made me a ham pizza. What??? How do you miss the mark that bad. THEY OFFERED NO APOLOGIES, no refund, nothing. Just asked me to sit and wait another 15 minutes while they give it another shot. Anyways, don't waste your time here, or make sure you double check everything before leaving the store. read more

I ordered delivery from this location a few nights ago and I think it actually might have been one of the best pizzas I've ever had (maybe I was just really hungry?). Always go online and check the coupons. I ended up saving like 3 dollars on a 3 topping pizza. If you're looking to feed the family they have larger deals that include everything you want and more The delivery time said 30-40 minutes but I think it came even sooner than that. I'll definitely continue ordering here! read more

I ordered a brooklyn pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms. A $20.00 pizza with about 12 pieces of pepperoni and less mushrooms. The worst pizza i have ever had. Called the store in wayne MI #1050 to complain he said thats the way its made. Worst customer service ever. ONe thing for sure I will never order a Dominos pizza again read more

Today This location has a earned a 5 rating from me!! I called in an order and was greeted very friendly and was more than pleased on how nice the young lady was on the phone. But the gentleman who rang me up is who earned today's feedback. I paid cash and didn't realize I gave out an additional $10 bill and with out hesitation an honest employee gave it back!! Plus my Pizza was prepared Perfectly!! Thank You for having a Great Staff!!!!!! read more

Do not come here they have massive amount of fruit flies. I just got fired from here and THEY MIX THE FRUIT FLIES IN WITH THE PIZZA SAUCE AND USED IT FOR CUSTOMERS. DISGUSTING. also has black mold in the back where dishes get wash to place food in. Health inspectors need to come asap!!!! The owner does nothing about the broken hand sinks/ dish sinks. The new general manager knows nothing and this place is going to the ground do not go. Unless you want fruit flies cooked into your pizza read more

I had ordered my pizza on the app last time, so I got my "emergency pizza" today for dinner. I was shopping so I was really really late getting it and I did not have very high hopes lol. I ordered a pan style pizza with pepperoni and mushroom. I will start with the bad thing, which is only that, one side had a few mushrooms and the other side had none. Looking past that tiny mistake I just want to say that this was the best pizza I ever had. My daughter who does not like pizza very much and will have one slice MAYBE...finished off the whole pizza with me. The dough is delicious and the pizza is amazing too. Such an unexpected and pleasant surprise. I will be only ordering from Dominos from here on out. The employees were lovely as well because I picked up my pizza so late in the game the front made sure it was OK taking it and I am guessing if not, they would've made a whole new one. It was my fault that I was late, so I chose to take it, and I'm glad I did! read more

Dominos used to be good. I would get it twice a week in the 80s and 90s. The one on Wayne rd. by the mall is, without a doubt, the worst I have ever had from this company. HOURS to deliver AFTER the tracker said it was baked... Arrived cold enough that I had to microwave it as soon (ha, soon) as it arrived. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. read more

This is a very well-run Dominos! I have lived in Westland shy of two years and have ordered from them several times during that timespan. Delivery is amazing: I've always had the delivery driver at my doorstep in fifteen minutes or less from the time I placed my order! The food is always great and so are the prices. If you order online, you can add coupons to your order and they have a tracker that informs you of your current order status (X is preparing your order, Y is quality-checking your order, Z has left the store with your order, etc.). I've also gone in to pick up from them and they were very sweet. Awesome restaurant, awesome employees and my go-to on the nights where I'm too lazy to cook! read more

We have ordered from this Dominos quite a few times. Unfortunately the pizza usually shows up cold and then gets soggy. The flavors are good and bread knots are amazing, I just wish the technology they used to keep the pizza warm and/or time for delivery to arrive could be better. read more

Thanks to James I ordered with ease, my pizza was covered in my toppings. Great staff Kate does a great job.

This place sucks 3 times in a row waiting for a pizza to be delivered took over 2 hrs. But what really made me stop ordering here is there driver called me and told me he was at my door yet I opened my door and he wasn't, So I was like ok where is he? Put my boots on a my jacket on " let me remind you it's -6 outside" i go outside he wasn't in my driveway he called me back said he was at my house and I repeated my address and he wasn't even going to my house nor had my food in his vehicle!! I would be remiss If I did not note that the Manager of this Domino's contacted me. He was quite kind and offered to replace my order and add a free dessert. On taking advantage of this offer (I declined the free dessert,) I was stunned to find that they had gotten my order wrong! Now let me say this...the young people working at Domino's, on this night, were extremely polite...but sadly, they seemed overwhelmed (struggling to find my order and , of course, giving me the wrong order.) I have to think that sometimes we rush, well meaning, young folk into difficult situations when maybe a little bit of patience and time might do them well. Again, very nice young people placed in a difficult position...working a pizzeria isn't the easiest thing to do. Maybe a little senior leadership will go a long way in producing Happy Employees and Happy Customers. read more

I think we've been ordering from this location for about 2 years now. In that time I've only had one order come to us wrong but I couldn't be certain if I didn't communicate my order properly over the phone. I usually order online but we had a local fundraiser card that required a phone order. Only issue was that I thought I had requested a pan pizza (medium) and we didn't get it. For all the orders we've placed (probably twice a month or so), to only have one mess up that might not even be their fault is stellar. We order from a lot of local places (Vizzy's, Jets, PH, Papa Johns) and have had the occasional mess up from every place. Drivers are always polite and -fast- which is critical with a couple young kids in the house ready to tear the place down around us to get their dinner. I've never been kept waiting on a delivery, they always quote around 30 minutes and beat that time. Couple of times I've gone in for carry out orders the staff is friendly, place is as clean as one would expect. Happy overall - this location is pretty much our go-to place for pizza most of the time. Only real complain I have is recipe based and has nothing to do with this location. Since they started changing ingredients we can't really stand the flavor of their hand-tossed pizza's (larges). Love the medium pan pizza flavor though. Really wish the company would add large pan pizzas to the menu. That's the only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars. read more

They recently refuse service to where I currently work because somebody in the past threw food at them. It wasn't me

When I was a kid Dominios was great. Then as a teen I worked there and witnessed the commercialization of the pizza place and the taiste went out the door. Everything pre made and proccessed.....yuk! Recently they re-made their pizza so I tried it........ How cold they make it worse,,,,? I am no sure but they did. read more

I order online all the time, love it. Easy. The delivery drivers are always polite. Love point system too.

Burnt the softness out of my specialty chicken order. So burnt, it looks like the sides of their dominos cheesy bread (which is usually black and crusty). Not sure if this is the way they (this store) makes it or dominos in general but it was bad. It also cut my gums and was difficult to eat with a fork. Required a knife to cut the burnt chicken in pieces. The order resembled something that looks like they threw chicken, bread and sauce, mixed it together by hand and then threw it in the oven (but in a bad way). I will say this, this isnt the first time Ive received burnt food but this was the worst. They've gotten my order wrong a few times as well (and 100% of my order are online). Oh wells. Probably last time I order dominos as Ive kind of fed up with the way its made. I'll start trying other branded pizza shops and see how that goes. read more

Haven't had dominos in forever because I'm not in their delivery zone. I drive up in a storm just find out they have no idea when my order will be done. I walked in to the employee's (mostly one loud mouth chubby babyface lol) arguing over who would call customers to let them know thry didn't have any specialty chicken lol. It was a circus, when asked if i wanted to prepay even though they had no estimation of when my order would be started/done i said no thanks. read more

Absolutely love this Domino's store. Very very find service and quick delivery every time.

Haven't had dominos in awhile, so I decided to give them a chance. Waited an hour and 15 minutes to get a pizza when they said it would only take 20 minutes. Once I got there, I reminded them almost every 20 minutes about it. Instead of making sure that my pizza was ready during this time, the staff complained about costumers and deliveries TO other costumers that came in the store. In my final reminder the staff told me that it "got lost" and they had to make a "new one". All and all, they didn't offer to give me my pizza for free, only to give me a free 2L of pop. I don't drink pop. Thoroughly unamused by the very unprofessional service. Will never order dominos again. read more

ordered a pizza which costs $13 (with delivery fee) handed the delivery guy a 20$ and he just walked off with it - damn, a $20 medium pizza. We have ordered from this location for the past three years but recently delivery has gotten slower and slower. On Saturday night, we ordered a pizza, and an hour later, the app still shows the pizza is being "prepped." We understand Saturday is busy, but since the pizza hadn't even baked yet, my husband called up to ask. The person who answered asked him to hold, so he did. Fifteen minutes of holding later, I advised him to hang up and call back. Someone answered and asked "can you please hold?" My husband said "no" and started to explain he had already been holding for a while, but they had already put him back on hold. Frustrated, we decided to drive up there and cancel the order and get something else to eat while we were out. The pizza had gone in the oven by the time we got there but we still cancelled out of principle. From now on, we will be ordering from a local pizza joint we discovered near our house instead. read more
