My boys had some friends sleep over so of course we had to order pizza. Stumbled across Bella and decided to give it a try. I was greeted on the phone by a very friendly gentleman whom I assume is the owner. Trying to pick toppings for two sets of twins can be a bit tricky but they handled my special request without a problem. Pizza came in a very reasonable time and was delivered by another friendly gentleman. The pizza was excellent. Chicken, Bacon, Ranch, the 50th State and just a plain cheese were all really good. The sauce is delicious, the crust was perfect and overall the boys all loved it. This will definitely be my new go-to spot. read more

A hidden gem. The immediate aroma from the pizza when it was set down on the table was intoxicating. We got the 3 topping large pizza special which was $14.99. Their crust was on the thinner side if you're into that, and perfectly crisp! The cheese pull was insane. They did not skimp on the toppings. The entire family loved it! The staff was very friendly. My husband was able to speak with the person who made our pizza and complimented him, and he said he was "happy and just really loves making pizza." You can tell by the quality that they love what they do. I think this is a relatively new restaurant, so the decor isn't fancy yet. The only reason I'm giving 4/5 stars is because they did not have an infant changing table in the restroom yet, which is important for a family restaurant. Plenty of parking in the plaza lot! I tried Bella Pizza for the first time tonight and was very satisfied. I ordered fish and chips, an antipasto salad, and wings. Everything was fresh and tasty and delivery was on time. The hot food was hot and the salad was cold. I was pleasantly surprised that the fish and chips dinner comes with fries and bite -sized bread sticks, which are very yummy. They even gave me lots of ketchup for the fries, as requested. If you order the wings, just know that they are nicely seasoned, but naked and served with a side of BBQ sauce. If you want buffalo sauce, you need to specify that in the instructions. I'll definitely order from Bella again. Next time, I'll try the pizza. read more

Snuck in an order Tuesday 45 minutes before they closed (long day). The features powered by Grub Hub at this time will try to tell you ordering is not possible and they are closed, please just give them a call they are still happy to help. Staff was really friendly, order was ready on time and food exceeded expectations. It's always a questionable decision ordering a salad from a pizza place or ordering from new place in general...BUT the small Greek salad was bigger then I expected and fresh. The breadsticks were bite size nuggets tossed in seasoning, yum! Pepperoni pizza was good too, I look forward to ordering one of their specialties in the future and more salad :). New place that opened in the area. We stopped in and thought we would give them a try. Noticed that they also served fish from their sign on the side of the building. Walked in and noticed right away the place was clean. The owners are a husband and wife team. We spoke with the husband during our visit and he was just extremely nice and a great host! We both ordered the cod dinners to go. I cannot say enough good things about the fish and chips here. We have had fish and chips all over the metro area and we both were quite impressed! The to go food was packaged very well and kept the items warm. The fish was not greasy and was breaded about as perfectly as you could ever hope for. The chips are just the right balance of potato soft and crisp. As far as the portions go, they were quite large and quite filling. We haven't tried any other menu items as of yet, but we both look forward to doing so soon. Oddly enough for me, I also failed to take pictures when we got home. Please stop in and give them a try. Worst customer service on the planet! I order all the time and never had an issue until tonight. The delivery driver forgot part of my order (she works at Bella's in Westland) and refused to bring it back! Flat out said, "It's too far and it takes too much time to go back and get it and bring it back." RIDICULOUS! It's your fault - You need to make it right! I call the store and talk to the owner who puts the driver on the phone and the driver says, "You can have a credit and get it next time! I'm not driving back!" I told the owner and the driver, either bring the rest of my order or give me a full refund. They continue to argue, I hang up, they call back and say someone will bring you the rest of your order now. They bring the rest of my order a few minutes later and the guy who brings it (maybe the owner) tells me that I cannot order from them again and mumbles something about Door Dash, Uber Eats, etc. It wasn't Door Dash or Uber Eats that delivered so I have no idea what he is talking about...It was in fact one of his employees. So you give horrible customer service then tell the customer you're not going to make it right.....AND Don't order again! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES! read more
