The online order system is super simple and quick. The order said about 30 minutes and it was ready in about 25. The three gentleman working when I went to pickup were super friendly. The shop was super clean and smelled like fresh herbs (really good). The first test was plain cheese, which was really good. It wasn't greasy or too cheesy, it was perfectly done. Next, we tried the bread. There was a small pile of Parmesan cheese on top and it smelled amazing. The bread was crisp on the outside, but pillowy on the inside. I tried with both the ranch and pizza sauce, while both good, sauce is not entirely necessary. Last, but not least, was the thin crust BLT pizza. It was amazing, and definitely worth more than they are charging. The thin crust was crispy, but still had a little chew. All of the toppings were perfectly cool for veggies and crispy for the bacon. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. We are so happy to have an independent pizza spot just down the road. We look forward to trying more of what they have to offer. I ordered a veggie pizza and cheese pizza as well as bread on Dec.16. I'm not sure what happened, but none of it was edible. The dough was overworked and undercooked. I called shortly after getting home and my husband and I taking our first bite to alert the person who rang me up so they didn't serve anyone else bad dough, but they must have been closed already. I left a message and asked for a call back about what happened. Nobody called me back. I called back again and there was no answer. I didn't see a point in leaving a message again since nobody returned the first call. If this has been my first visit, I would be leaving one star, but since I know that they CAN make good pizza, I left two stars. If I stop by again and have a better experience, I'll change my review, but since they didn't care enough to return my call, I'm not sure if that will happen. Time shall tell.
