I'll say this, it was our first time ever trying this chain restaurant. The order taker Norma was wonderful. She was welcoming, engaging, patient, and provided a bunch of lunch options. The menu ranges from hamburgers to chicken to fish and more. One of us tried the spicy tenders and the other two went with the cod. Both were recommended by Norma. The spicy tenders were very spicy I'm told, but since they were all eaten, I'm gonna take it that those were pretty good. The cod meal was deep-fried so that was a bit of a negative as it was a bit on the greasy side. The fish was flaky. You had two options which were either two pieces or three pieces. Both of us went with two pieces. For both of us that was plenty to eat. You get a choice of sides. I went with the coleslaw and steamed broccoli. The coleslaw was excellent. It's just the way I like it, but people tend to like coleslaw differently. The steamed broccoli came in a cup and that was pretty good. The place is clean, there is plenty of seating, and there's a fountain of drinks to choose from. read more

It was my first visit to Culver's, we were greeted when we walked in. There was a much larger menu than we expected. We decided on cheeseburgers and fries, and a corn dog. The lady that helped us was so nice! I saw her go up and interact with other customers at their tables, very personable. Anyway, the burgers and fries were so fresh and tasty. I especially likes the crinkle fries. I liked that the burger had a crispy sear, like a smash burger. The toppings were very fresh, love red onion on a burger! The corn dog was small and almost $5, ot was pretty good. I'll be back again when I'm going to Costco, I'll remember to stop and maybe try some other menu items. Let me start by saying I absolutely love Culver's. I'm not sure if there was miscommunication or something I could have done better, however respect on my end will always be given to everyone. The employee named "Simone" (not sure on the spelling) working the drive thru window must not have been having the best day, but while ordering she kept asking "what??" and made us repeat the order several times before still having to correct the order before it was sent. Unfortunately also we were given the wrong drink and I tried to get Simone's attention in the drive thru, which was empty at the time, I was ignored until she felt like asking her co worker to assist us. Simone made a rude remark when the window opened and when I asked her coworker Monet for Simone's name she said she did not know even though they are required to wear name tags . I tried their Beef Pot Roast Sandwich, which was recommended by a family member who really loves it. And I am glad that I gave it a try, because this sandwich was delicious. When you order it, staff would ask whether or not you would want it with a barbecue sauce or horseradish. For me, I decided to go with the horseradish. They gave me two small packets of horseradish sauce, and, it went really well with my son. As for the sandwich itself, the website describes it as "This simple sandwich packs a whole lot of succulent flavor. We use premium chuck roast, slow braised in a classic blend of herbs and spices. Hand-shredded in our restaurants so it's always perfectly tender and moist. Served on our signature bun." The beef was definitely packing a lot of flavor. Even the horseradish was not needed, but it added a little kick to the sandwich. I believe the price was about $7 as of June 2024 (sandwich only). I thought it was a pretty good deal. I have to say that I never really had bad food at Culver's, in fact out of the fast food restaurants Culver's could be considered one of the best places to go. They do not really have any plant based options but that is to be expected from a burger joint. However, usually the fries are something that a person eating plant based can get at an establishment like Culver's. The allergen menu said that they would be okay but when we double checked with the staff they said no. So being cautious we decided to forgo any fries and just get some drinks. We had no problem with the fountain drinks of course but the one we ordered that had to be prepared took very long and actually never got delivered. So after waiting for about ten minutes we went to the counter and asked about it and they had put it in a refrigerator (not sure why since they gave us a number for our table). Don't get me wrong the employees were not rude but just to any sort of apologetic about the mix up. As for the restaurant itself. It was very clean and I would say up to the standards that Culver's would want. If not for the order mix up and the confusion of if we could have the fried I would have definitely rated this place higher. read more

The staff is always very friendly and there's almost always an employee in the lobby wiping tables and cleaning up to ensure the store is clean. 5-star fast food. It's been awhile since I'd been here, and I forgot how good it is compared to other fast food. McDonald's, BK & Wendy's just suck compared to them. The butter burger with cheese and bacon was so fresh. Everything from the meat to the bun was so tasty; just the best fast food burger experience. This was my first time at Culver's and I wish that I had gotten the pot roast sandwich instead of the burger. The burger was just ok to me in comparison to restaurants that are similar to Culver's. The ice cream shake that I got was really good and they have a lot of flavors. The thing that stood out the most to me was the outstanding customer service at this location. Everyone was very nice and I must give a special shout out to Naquon (my apologies for probably spelling his name wrong) who was working the cashier when I visited. He walked my mom and I through the menu items and explained all of the items in detail. He was very friendly and patient and Culver's should be proud to have an employee who exhibits such customer obsession. He's a fine representation of the company. we went through the first time and it was pretty decent. We went there the other night and it was horrible. I had all you can eat crab legs and they were cold when they came out but they were the tiniest little crab legs. Very low grade supplier had very little meat in any other crab legs. I ordered the new walleye sandwich and thought I would give Culver's another chance. Absolutely horrible. The fish had no flavor and was full of water. Even their tartar sauce and the lettuce didn't add flavor. The only thing decent there was the milkshake. Let me just tell you about my favorite fast food place... Culvers is amazing. Seriously, they could serve their food at a restaurant and I would still go, sit, and eat their food. This location has always been busy, but that's no different than any other Culvers location that I've ever been to. They're always slammed, even for breakfast, but for good reason, their food is BOMB. My go to for food is always the small cheese curds (if you don't get these while at Culvers, you are not doing it right!) the single cheese butterburger, and if i'm feeling extra... hungry, I'll get these grilled cheese. And yes I know, a grilled cheese that you could make at home at Culvers...? Yes! The bread is so buttery and soft and the cheese just melts in your mouth. I swear by it! Theres's something about buttered bread and American cheese that just hits home. The customer service here is always great and the food is always fresh and amazing. Anyone who is ever in the Midwest, I always recommend Culvers. read more

The veggies were fresh but the burger it self was dry and thinner then I expected. I didn't have any desserts but they have great ice cream and many options. A juicy burger is a thing of beauty. So what do you call a juicy burger with a tasty crust and perfectly melted cheese? Well that's just tasty^3. Such was the burger that I indulged in at Culver's. The perfectly cooked burger with all the usual toppings was hot and delicious. Along with onion rings and a small strawberry shake, I was incredibly satisfied. I was also able to snag a pint of orange creamsicle custard. While the custard is sweet and creamy, I would have preferred it without the cheesecake chunks because that's just not how I remember the orange creamsicle from my childhood. The restaurant is a few years old, part of the shopping and dining development south of Schoolcraft on Middle Belt. Because it is so well maintained and the staff keeps it spotless, it could have passed for brand-spanking new. Later on in the evening, the restaurant was relatively empty although there was a stream of take-out orders. Lastly, I appreciated the service received. From the staff waiting patiently to take the order to the runner ferrying the food to the table, everyone was incredibly gracious and unfailingly polite. I thoroughly enjoyed this visit and intend to come back - soon! read more

"Fast food". Yes it is. Is it good? Yes it is. Of all the regular list of fast food establishments, Culvers is my favorite. And their burgers especially are a cut above the rest. A lot of options to choose from to have your burger your way. The buns are are quite soft and do not get in the way of the burger taste or it's toppings. The fries are excellent also and are at the top in any comparison. They are thicker crinkle cut type that is not over cooked. This location is clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming. They have a great selection of custard treats to choose from whether as dessert after a meal or to visit just for the treats. read more

I'm so pissed off right now I ordered two burgers on DoorDash for me and my sister today and y'all gave me one I will be refunding

Today Culver's forgot my cocktail sauce for my shrimp. I called to get them replaced since I was at home and couldn't eat them without sauce. I was told the owner said they wouldn't replace them and I could buy more at 25% off. I was also told check my bag before leaving next time like it's my fault they messed up on something that was on the receipt. They seal the bags to prevent you from opening, but want you to rip it open in the store smh. This was horrible customer service and I can't believe an owner would treat a customer that way.
