I wanted to give this Taco Bell the benefit of the doubt.. however this is the second time they messed up on the same order over something SO DUMB. I ordered nacho fries, chicken quesadilla, and a free Doritos locos taco (mistake from previous order this year - "we want to make it right" coupon) the previous time I came here the worker didn't put cheese in my chicken quesadilla so I was given this coupon. Fast forward to today 12/23/23 I ordered a chicken quesadilla and again they did not put cheese in my quesadilla. I have a receipt and pictures to prove this. I had to drive back after getting my order and all I was given was a "Sorry let us remake it". Considering this is your mistake, for the second time now, I believe I should've been given a refund and a remake for my inconvenience, but the manager told me it's one or the other.. good customer service Tyra. This is the second time this has happened. How do you possibly have a quesadilla with no cheese? It's like they're intentionally trying to do this. Fix the problem. The only solution they gave me was a remake and a coupon for a free taco that expires in 7 days (12/31) no refund for my inconvenience. Why do they think this is okay? I decided that I wouldn't leave bad reviews after one visit, but technically, this wasn't my first visit as I have sat in line for 20 minutes before, only to give up and go back to work after squandering my 30 minute lunch break. Today, I thought that I was lucky to find only one car ahead of me. After ordering I pulled ahead and then was the only car in line. When I reached the window, the cashier asked me which was my order. "Hmmm", I thought. "I am the only one here." Anyway, I repeated my order and received it. Upon opening my order, I was sorely disappointed. My Mexican pizza was literally thrown together. The tomatoes topped the pizza in abundance. There were enough tomatoes for two or three pizzas. The cheese was barely melted; and there was just a little more than a pea-size of meat in the center. One of the triangles didn't even contain any meat. I ate around it, choosing the pieces with meat and melted cheese. I also ordered a steak chalupa supreme. The preparer obviously decided that I did not need sour cream nor a fresh shell. Ordered on the website to pick up at this location a few weeks ago. I purchased two food items and two large baja blast freezes. When I arrived to pick up, I was told that their baja blast machine was down. I asked why they didn't call me because when I ordered online I left my number so they could inform me if they were out of anything. Instead, they didn't care enough and waited til I arrived to tell me that they didn't have half my order available. For the most part fast food is consistently mediocre across the board. You settle for subpar food because it's fast and convenient. What sets this Taco Bell apart from other ones is the service. Tonight there were two gentlemen and one lady that I know of who worked on my food. The guy who took my order was super friendly and bubbly! When I pulled up the person who took my card and handed me my food was also in a top tier mood- borderline making me feel happier as I drove away. The lady sent the service through the roof when she made the guy tell me that my chicken was going to be extremely hot because she just pulled it so to be careful. It's moments like those, when you feel like a complete stranger is looking out for your well-being that takes a mediocre place and changes it to phenomenal. I do not know how much they get paid but if I had a say, they should all get a slight raise. Their perfect customer service will have me coming back in the evenings hoping that it's their shift. This was the worst experience I've ever had at any Taco Bell probably even fast food in my life for starters the workers here were extremely rude and seemed like they didn't want to even help me than I specifically asked for no! Sour cream I'm deathly allergic to lactic acid one of the main ingredients of sour cream no one else was in the fairly (dirty building as if no one had even cleaned) so I knew that the worker heard me I stated this multiple times. All I ordered were two soft tacos it's not hard to mess that up I worked in the fast food industry for a few years when I was younger so I understand some times you mess up but this was intentional and I know it all I wanted was a nice lunch after a hard day and was starving. Finally I got my food after a extremely long wait with no one in the line out side or inside I got the bag and went home, when I got home I sat down at the table and opens up the bag to find the most disgusting thing in my life I found hair in my tacos the was fairly short resembling pubic hair and I know it wasn't the workers making it because it was a all girl crew with long hair not just that but their looked to be extra extra sour cream if I could give this place negative stars I would please Taco Bell I know you can do better please fix this location because I definitely won't go back and I'll be sure to tell everyone else I know to not go anywhere near this location if not the whole franchise. read more

Food was fine but service is terrible! Went inside shortly before closing. Cashier looked irritated that I came in and when she asked if I was dining in or carrying out and I responded dining in, she looked ornery. When my food came out the manager said "You have to eat that in 4 minutes." Another customer ordered carry out right after me. He asked if they could unlock the door to let him out. The manager was put out by this and had an attitude as she let him out. She then bragged to her team about something snotty she had said to the man as she let him out the door. She then peered and grimaced at me eating as to tell me to leave and was complaining about late customers and bragging about being rude to them to her employees. She seemed like she hated her job and was rude and had a huge attitude. I've worked in the service industry for many years, and the customer comes first. Late customers come with the territory and you simply clean up and perform closing duties while they finish up, not to mention drive-thru was open much later and they couldn't leave anyways. Once we had started eating the correct order, our food was visibly made without care. This Taco Bell is consistently one of the worst Taco Bells I've ever been to. Every visit has an issue. Either food is messed up or you have to wait much longer than average. You don't expect much as far as service in fast food restaurants but they still manage to come in below par. One time I waited 25 minutes in non-peak hours for a basic order.
