Late night yum!
Detroit M.

On the high quality end of White Castles! Sliders are always fresh and the workers keep the lines moving. And the ambience, true WC! Satisfy your crave!

You betcha, this guy loves me some classic white castle from time to time since it's not in Florida. Just had to do it while in town got those late night munchies and rode out with a childhood friend. I would have dined inside but it was closed for indoors. So we rolled through the drive thru and I ordered up six Castle burgers for myself while my friend sticks to the fish and fries cause he doesn't eat meat. Every time it's the same simple burger with onions, add your own condiments. It's not anything that good I just like em. Fun to go and just eat, plus for how cheap they're can't beat it. Easy to reheat, taste the same and even taste just like the frozen ones. Will always continue on to support the Castle and will be back soon.

The ones highlighted in color are the only ones that work!

The food is always fast food, I'd never give a bad rating for that. Drinks are unavailable all the time- that's acceptable, too. But this many drinks being unavailable? At a certain point it's better to just hand me a water- cause I'm definitely not going to drink plain Michigan Tap!

Just because it's fast food doesn't mean it needs to be an unpleasant experience. I have been to my fair share of fast food restaurants and the experience was fine. This location was just not clean. There were no tables to sit at because all of them had salt and pop spills in them. It takes a few minutes to wipe down some tables.

It's time to: Fluff the sheets on your significant other, Chase your dog away because you smell worse than him, Let loose in an elevator and blame it on someone else, Lock the windows so your daughter can't roll down...then say "Oops". OK, you get the picture. It's WC time. Sometimes it's worse than others. It's when there's extra steamy grease on the bottom bun. It's when you get that first dollup of onions that is so big you can't even taste the burger. Strong, I say na,na. This is a great option as compared to my favorite slider joint Greene's or Telway when on the east side. What else can I say. I grew up on WC and still love them today. This location is fairly fast. On average pretty fast(unless stuck behind someone with a two Craver Case request). Staff is always friendly and welcoming no matter what time of day. For the person on a diet they have the saver sacks now. Only three WCs smaller fries and smaller drink. This is how I am weening off of them, slowly.

I'm a caterer who was waiting for an event to be over so I could go back and collect my equipment and my daughter suggested we have dinner here while we wait. It looks like a place my dad would've enjoyed, so we did. What a great decision that was. The service and the people were so nice and helpful. The food was absolutely phenomenal. The cheese curds are off the chart. Hands-down best I've ever had. Doesn't sound possible, right? They're just cheese curds. But nope. Seriously best I've ever had and the truffle fries w/aioli were so good. I had the Get him to the Greek slider and there was so much flavor. We also ordered a fish & chips slider (it was a special that day) and the portobello. Everything had amazing flavor. Do not pass this place up if you're out that way. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, so are the people and the food is unforgettable in the BEST way.

It definately is head and shoulders above most of the burgers in the area. The side of fries were well made as well with a nice crunchy texture and nice flavor although not to the level of the burger. The facility itself seems to be oriented to more of a takeout operation versus dine in as there are only three small tables at the front near the entrance where on cold winter day you can feel the chill every time someone comes in or leaves the restaurant. Relative to staff, there is no waitstaff as it is a counter order operation where this is really not a factor here. Overall, one of the best burger joints in the area at a reasonable cost. The takeout nature of business is a factor here to consider if you are looking for table dining as it will be a roll of the dice if you get a table depending on time of day.

For my first visit here I got their basic cheeseburger where I added Bacon and a second patty upgrading from a 1/4 pounder to a 1/2 Lb burger. My Burger was cooked to perfection and probably the juiciest burger I have had in this area (get extra napkins(: ). It was very tasty and clearly in the upper echelon of the burgers I have tried. At $10.50 which included the two upgrades of bacon and 2nd patty was a deal in my opinion especially when you consider the quality of the burger. Relative to staff and facility, the staff was very friendly and checked in on me twice during my meal to include the owner which is amazing when you consider this is a counter order operation. Facility itself is clean and large with a lot of tables, both indoor and outdoor dining. This restaurant has an open kitchen/grill that is visible to the dining area offering great sight lines into their operation which I actually enjoyed. Overall a top shelf unpretentious burger centric joint. If you are into well made tasty burgers and are in the area than this is a must visit that should not be missed!

The burger looked fresh and was served hot, which made it even more appetizing. The beef patty was juicy and cooked just right. It had a nice grilled flavor that wasn't too greasy or dry. The cheese was melted perfectly over the top, adding a creamy texture that blended well with the meat. The lettuce, tomato, and pickles were fresh and added a nice crunch. One thing I liked most was the balance of flavors. Nothing overpowered the burger, and every bite tasted consistent. The sauce added just the right amount of tanginess without making the bun soggy. Overall, I would definitely order this burger again. It was filling, flavorful, and worth the price. If you enjoy a classic cheeseburger with fresh toppings and a juicy patty, this one is a great choice.
