We went to this location for the first time on 04/19/2026 and sat completely unattended to for 20 minutes while the 3 employees smoked weed out back (we saw them as we pulled into the establishment) one employee then came back inside ran into myself and walked right back out the back door for another 5 minutes before all 3 employees came back inside and proceeded to help 3 other people who where in line behind us then proceeded to tell us to order online. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I placed an online order and sent my mom to pick it up, only for her to be told it had already been picked up -- which was completely false. The staff refused to fix their mistake, and when I called the store, the man who claimed to be the manager was extremely rude and actually hung up on me after I asked if the store was corporate or franchise-owned. When we finally got the food, it was cold, the order was wrong, and I was refused the lemonade I PAID for because they said they couldn't "give another one for free." Avoid this place at all cost. Staff is rude, slow and mess up your orders. My order was over an hour late from what was stated online when I place the order. My order wasn't long or complicated either. Plain wings, plain sandwich and 5 pc tender and drinks. This shouldn't take over an hour and half to make. You are better to go to the new Raisin Canes on Ford rd. You wait an hour to order but have food within seconds. This place needs new management, new training procedures and staff over haul. read more

My husband and I haven't been to a BigBoy since before Covid. We decided to go tonight and I must say that while the food was quite good, the prices gave us sticker shock. I ordered onion rings with my slim Jim. The menu said it was a dollar more, but I knew it would be. The waiter then explained there would be an up charge for the onion rings and I said okay. When the bill came, my slim Jim was an extra dollar higher, but then I was charged an additional $3.99 for the onion rings. When I questioned the waiter he insulted me by saying that he already explained that to me but did so again and yet he made no sense about the additional $3.99. He replied with some kind of hokey gibberish, which I could not understand, and finally said, "Ok, whatever." As we were leaving, I heard another couple araroguing the same thing and getting the same lip service. Unbelievable! I don't think we will be returning to this restaurant. We were left with a feeling that we were duped and treated like imbeciles. I remarked to the cashier that prices had really skyrocketed here, and she rudely answered to take it up with someone else, not with her. One more thing... While at my table I noticed another waitress taking a cloth out of a bucket of water and wiping down a table. The food is okay if they get your order right, but customer service is not. I looked in the bag when I returned to my car after picking up my online order. I'm glad I did because I received the wrong order. None of the items were mine. I went back inside, they took the bag and asked what I ordered. Once they found my order slip, they got my food together. There were no apologies about the mix-up or the wait for the correct order. Back in the car, I realized they gave me the wrong drink, too. Decided to give them a second chance a couple months later. Again, order was wrong. Staff stand around in the kitchen leaning on the counters talking about the customers. The windows and door are so disgustingly filthy with dirt, grease and fingerprints that it makes me wonder how clean the kitchen is. Staff do have masks on but most of them have them under their chin or have their noses hanging out, so what's the point? I've also seen them messing with their masks, touching their faces and hair and then touching people's food without washing their hands. The location, staff, and inside was very nice and clean - if they sold alcohol beverages, then this place would be jumping. Ok - so why the 3 stars?! Only because the seasoning seemed so salty and it was a dry rub and not a wet sauce. Maybe i need to try a different type but i'm a little scared because it isn't cheap for portion but still somewhat tasty if u can get pass the salty favor. I will try again and maybe next time i'll ask some questions or maybe even see if they can let me sample before i selected which one i want.
