This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I placed an online order and sent my mom to pick it up, only for her to be told it had already been picked up -- which was completely false. The staff refused to fix their mistake, and when I called the store, the man who claimed to be the manager was extremely rude and actually hung up on me after I asked if the store was corporate or franchise-owned. When we finally got the food, it was cold, the order was wrong, and I was refused the lemonade I PAID for because they said they couldn't "give another one for free." Wow! My dad took me here for lunch today, because it's one of his favorite places and he knew I'd never had it! I totally get now why he wanted to take me here so bad. This place has got it going on. Avoid this place at all cost. Staff is rude, slow and mess up your orders. My order was over an hour late from what was stated online when I place the order. My order wasn't long or complicated either. Plain wings, plain sandwich and 5 pc tender and drinks. This shouldn't take over an hour and half to make. You are better to go to the new Raisin Canes on Ford rd. You wait an hour to order but have food within seconds. We ordered their lemon-pepper dry wings and the Hawaiian saucy wings. We also got 6 pieces of their boneless Buffalo Chicken "wings" and a side of large fries. I liked the Hawaiian wings, but wasn't a huge fan of the lemon-pepper. Too dry. I ordered onion rings with my slim Jim. The menu said it was a dollar more, but I knew it would be. The waiter then explained there would be an up charge for the onion rings and I said okay. When the bill came, my slim Jim was an extra dollar higher, but then I was charged an additional $3.99 for the onion rings. He replied with some kind of hokey gibberish, which I could not understand, and finally said, "Ok, whatever." The food is okay if they get your order right, but customer service is not. I looked in the bag when I returned to my car after picking up my online order. I'm glad I did because I received the wrong order. None of the items were mine. I went back inside, they took the bag and asked what I ordered. Once they found my order slip, they got my food together. There were no apologies about the mix-up or the wait for the correct order. Back in the car, I realized they gave me the wrong drink, too. Decided to give them a second chance a couple months later. Again, order was wrong. Staff stand around in the kitchen leaning on the counters talking about the customers. Staff do have masks on but most of them have them under their chin or have their noses hanging out, so what's the point? I've also seen them messing with their masks, touching their faces and hair and then touching people's food without washing their hands. Horrible customer experience at Livonia location on 6/22/23. Ordered food for 11am and arrived at the store at 11:15am to a locked door. I called and the store phone and it was answered by a rude woman asking what is my problem? She said the door is unlocked now very rudely. I go in to get my food and grab it from the counter. She didnt like the way I grabbed my food and began insulting me including mentioning beating my ass. We got into a full blown argument. If the owner is wise he would get rid of this rude employee that doesn't know how to open the store on time. I put in a complaint to corporate as well.
