Instead of listening and getting all sides of the story or giving a written warning of any sorts they were both fired for voicing their concerns. Apparently they like to take sides instead of doing any investigation or listening to their staff. Corporate will be hearing about this along with any legal repercussions that can be taken. Firing two people based on a he said she said situation is absolutely unacceptable, especially since they seemed to be short staffed already and cannot get a sandwich made in a decent time for the life of them.

Apparently they still use those services, but when something goes wrong, they don't have the ability to make it right. The Uber driver incorrectly dropped off a tuna fish sandwich from Jersey Mike's. Not one person in my house will eat this. When I called the only option they offered me was to just cancel the entire order. They had already been waiting for over an hour. I really feel like the manager could've remade the order and had it sent out again.

The food took longer than expected but was served hot and fresh so well worth the wait. The portions are generous-condiments on the table. The gravy wasn't great and the coffee is somewhat bitter. That is my only complaint with what I had. The avocado toast is very basic. Just toast, diced avocado, and eggs on top. My wife said it was good but nothing special. To be honest, I've had better breakfast, but I've also had MUCH worse. We waited another 40 minutes for our food to come. Our 5 year old actually waited for it well, but my husband and I couldn't figure out what was taking so long. When we finally got our meal, our steaks were not medium rare. However, we did not send them back, because we had already been there an hour and we were hungry. My steak was more like medium well than medium rare. The steaks were not seasoned at all, so they were also bland. My sweet potato was not thoroughly cooked. Honestly, the saving grace was the rolls and the green beans. Luckily, we had a gift card, so we only ended up paying $6 and the tip. Our server was not overly friendly or helpful. We never got refills on our drinks, except my son, and it took at least 20 mins for her to bring it back to him once he asked for a refill. It was a fairly busy night, but we have been on nights that are busier and we've received better food and service. We were definitely disappointed because it was our anniversary, and we thought it would be nice to go to dinner as a family. Maybe we should have gone somewhere quieter anyway.
