Just bring your part back and return it if you have an issue why would you complain over the phone? These guys have never done me wrong and if I got a bad part (which honestly I don't think I ever did except once because I always made sure to give the right information) I would go back and exchange it like a customer. There is no need to call on the phone and cry about it and create drama. Just go back and swap it or get a return. Hands down good prices, and able to get parts other places don't even have. Just know what you need and they'll let you know if they got it.

Only come if you have a great knowledge of tool use and cars. Don't be that guy that bothers others to borrow a tool. Also come early and as soon as the vehicle your looking for parts for comes in. This is a competitive environment. Also people will destroy valuable parts just to get to the parts they are looking for. Plan on break windows and climbing thru trunks. Still haven't figured out if it's deliberately done or a crash or defective lock latch. But at times it's impossible to get inside the cars you want. I'm a tool guy as well as a car guy. I also have attention to detail. And have a mechanical mind. The only thing that bothers me is missing out on certain parts. And coming to nothing but a husk of a car with very little left. Service can be extremely slow. This last visit I was just gonna walk out. Both times a very slow cashier or just one of those customers that holds up the line at the wrong time. However, upon talking to DJ auto Body, they had the one side mirror I needed in stock for 75$. I am so glad I found Dj. Their customer service is the best. I was busy for a couple weeks and was unable to pick up the part, but they were super nice about it and kept it on hold. 10/10 would recommend.
