They don't value my time or my patience. So now I'm gonna have the marshall serve them, I'm going to subpoena all of them... Joe, Chris, the mom who is the owner and even the delivery person! They like to waste peoples time and not be honest, now they can expain it to a judge and I will be suing for more money too!

However, upon talking to DJ auto Body, they had the one side mirror I needed in stock for 75$. I am so glad I found Dj. Their customer service is the best. Upon driving off, I immediately called management at this facility after noticing severe damage to my window tint (scraped with razor blade to apply sticker). Per their request, they asked I forward them a photo of the damage. After discussing it with them, I told them that it would cost me approximately 450.00 to replace it. "You're putting me in a bind. We will offer you a couple of oil changes." I told them that I would consider it if the tint shop could patch it up to me satisfaction. I texted them multiple times over the past two weeks, and they were extremely slow with their replies - even for warranty work! I strongly suggest you find a facility that actually puts the customer at the forefront of their business. Save yourself the aggravation of dealing with these people who clearly don't look out for your best interest.

There are no up charging or sales tactics. i believe that he could charge more money for the incidentals that i wound up needing. There is a sealing strip runs across the bottom of the windshield, it has partially come off and slaps against the wind shield while driving. The noise it makes is loud and annoying. I asked if he could replace the tray that it is attached to, but he said it is more than likely they don't make that part anymore. Since he could not replace it, he glued it down. No charge for parts or time! I was missing cylinder #2. And cylinder #6 had oil and water in it. Bad head gasket. It did take 2 days for repairs but that happens. The only drawback is that he doesn't take credit or debit cards. I have been satisfied with his work for the last twenty years.

Once he did start helping her, he spoke extremely rudely, implying she didn't know what she was talking about. THEN , I called in myself and had no problem getting the part.
