This time I dealt with Michelle, Mark's wife, and she was fantastic from start to finish. She was friendly, helpful, easy to communicate with, and made the entire process very simple. I had all four wheels powder coated and the finished product came out absolutely perfect. The color and finish were exactly what I wanted, the workmanship was excellent, and the price was very fair -- especially considering the quality of the work. It's always nice when you return to a business years later and find that they are still providing the same level of service and quality that impressed you the first time. I couldn't be happier with how the wheels turned out. If you're looking for wheel repair, refinishing, or powder coating, I would highly recommend Nitrous Garage. Great people, fair pricing, and excellent work.

The quality of the work is exceptional, and everything turned out exactly as promised. A special thank you to Michelle--she is absolutely awesome! She is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. It's refreshing to work with a company that actually does what they say they're going to do. I 100% recommend Nitrous Garage to anyone looking for high-quality powder coating. You won't be disappointed!

If it weren't for Project-G, I doubt I would be able to say that I finished the car from a bare chassis to a daily driver in 2 1/2 weeks. They had everything from the engine to the interior panels to the nuts and bolts to hold everything in place. They even brought in a crashed car with an engine just to be able to sell me the motor I was desperately in search of. Now that I do work here I'll say that I love the way they do business and the extra time and attention they give to customers. I tend to float from the shop side to the store side and I'm able to observe all aspects of business operations and ethics and this is DEFINITELY an up and coming company. The one year mark is around the corner (literally) and I see nothing but growth here at Project-G. In a nutshell, if you need something for ANY Miata, THIS is the place to come. I did. = )

I went, and supposedly they took longer than they felt they were comfortable for, and comped me 5 dollars for my trouble (the item wasnt bagged at the time I got there so I literally waited an extra 2 minutes). They care a lot about their customers and apparently have at least one of every stock part. If you have a Miata, keep them on your short list of go-to parts shops. You almost NEVER see this kind of customer service at regular speed shops. They were clean, professional, and SUPER nice. I don't yelp unless something is super awesome or super awful, so there you go.

Then yesterday, the worst thing happened - while swerving on a joyride around the potholed streets of LA, a minor sideswipe left my baby with a nasty two foot long scrape all along the front right-side panel. My worst nightmare, seriously - the most severe cosmetic damage I've ever gotten myself into, probably, in all my 15+ years of driving. Upset with myself, and resigned to the fact that I had just ruined the perfect lines of my precious whip, I came in to this shop on a whim to get a quote for a touch-up or possible repaint, just praying that it wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg. But lo and behold - after a quick inspection and some magic, Junior had me all sorted and out the door in less than an hour. There's barely any sign of damage and my car is looking brand new again! There are many auto body shops in the Industry / La Puente area, but I highly recommend Pristine Image. They are relatively new, but it's obvious by the skill of their labor that they know what they're doing - zero bullshit, just quality workmanship. Five stars - I will definitely be coming back here for any future body work and detailing.
