This place is a joke! They try to drop another few hundred off the already ridiculous low price that they offer you by saying you have a missing cat, i sat here and watched 6 cars in a row get hit with the same excuse and if you argue with the girl thats teller one about the bullshit, expect to sit there an extra hour waiting for your check cause you made her life a bit more difficult. read more

Always have decent pricing along with special discount days. I love this place. One man's junk is another man's treasure. I have beautified a couple of cars through Pick a Part. read more

Enter at your own risk. Bring all the tools you think you will need. Keep constant check of your tool inventory. You can easily lose value able tools. Only come if you have a great knowledge of tool use and cars. Don't be that guy that bothers others to borrow a tool. Also come early and as soon as the vehicle your looking for parts for comes in. This is a competitive environment. Also people will destroy valuable parts just to get to the parts they are looking for. Plan on break windows and climbing thru trunks. Still haven't figured out if it's deliberately done or a crash or defective lock latch. But at times it's impossible to get inside the cars you want. I'm a tool guy as well as a car guy. I also have attention to detail. And have a mechanical mind. The only thing that bothers me is missing out on certain parts. And coming to nothing but a husk of a car with very little left. Service can be extremely slow. This last visit I was just gonna walk out. Both times a very slow cashier or just one of those customers that holds up the line at the wrong time. Either way staff was friendly and helpful. read more

I went to Pick your part to buy two passenger side doors. I'm at the counter paying for the doors and the guy asks me if I need a warranty for the doors I told him no they should fit. So I think he didn't add the warranty. I drove off to the gas station and looked at my receipt he added the warranty plus a core charge for two doors when I clearly told him that I didn't need the warranty. I go back up to the window and now he's telling me that I asked for the warranty and I can't give you a refund for the warranty . He kept asking me if I needed a warranty for two doors then he put it on anyway . An extra 80 dollars in unnecessary fees. read more

Bought rims for my ford explorer, they removed the tires for 6.00 fee since I only needed the rims. Lost the receipt and went back to get copy. They claimed you had to buy a extra warranty to get a receipt copy and to call their 800 number to get receipt. Called 800 and they stated only receipt available at the yard. Would recommend being careful with this location and copy any document they give you. read more

I regularly visit a lot of yards in LA and OC, but I try to avoid going to this one even though it's right by my house. The cashiers specifically are rude and treat customers with no respect. The pricing between cashiers is also really inconsistent, and if you question how they ring something up, the response is "you either want it or you don't." I'm not asking for much more than basic manners, but it seems like they're trained to be as snark and disrespectful as possible. read more

This company is bad business. I purchased a tire at this location and it was no good. I returned it to the location to receive my money back, but the manager claimed that it wasn't a warranty but my receipt states 90 Days guaranteed. My advice to anyone, find another location... Business here is shady, it's no good.... Never come here, what they are doing is illegal.... This is why they don't answer the phones.....The guys in the front, are dishonest men, just look in their eyes. read more

Be careful with this place... Expensive and over price... And steal from you when exiting, I had spare light bulbs and sensor and bolts in my tool bag and brand new battery connector and the manager and workers said I stole it all of it. I told them I walked in with all that, after there employee checked my tool bag. They said I only had 2 opinions either take everything and get ban or buy it all.. literally got robbed. read more

I was able to retire my old college car. The ladies that work here were amazing. I called to find out how the process of retiring a car worked and Flor was very helpful. She explained the process thoroughly. So the next day, I came in and Alex helped me. Alex was so patient and sweet. She explained the paperwork and how to drop off my car. I even called her, Alex again when I left to make sure if I needed to do anything else with the process. Thank you, ladies (Alex & Flor) for making this transaction so smooth. You both have been very helpful!!! read more

LKQ Wilmington Pick-your-part is an unscrupulous organization, to put it mildly. I purchased an engine but was charged twice. I filed a dispute with my credit card provider, but LKQ doubled-down on their deception, claiming I had bought two engines, even though they could provide only one signed receipt for one engine. Scammers! read more

I went to buy a gas cap and four screws that go on the water pump and I decided to buy the water pump, but when I got the price for the water pump I felt that they were robbing me at knife point. The price was $33.65 + $300 tax on a use one. I freaked out because on eBay I could buy a top of the line (gates) water pump for $37.00 free shipping. So I had them removed the water pump from the bill and the cashier told me that my total was $7.00 dollars. I paid and I was upset already because of the over price water pump. I when to the car and I looked at my receipt and this guy stiffed me with my change, the receipt said $6.40 not $7.00 dollar like he said. I when back for my $.60 cents and he did not say anything. My thing is that think how many times he's done it , at the end of the day he's pocketing some money. read more
