Experience went like this: The location was super close to home Which came in handy. The young lady who helped me- super helpful!! I had gone to previous shops for estimates and they didn't even bother to mark everything for my insurance. Yani, the young lady who helped me, even went out of her way to making sure my insurance estimator would meet at her shop to go through the details together so they wouldn't miss anything! They took my car in that day, and even helped recommend a cheap car rental ( my insurance didn't cover rental- boo) but luckily they helped me get a good cheap rental- and gave me my car back nice and clean! She even took my car To get waxed and detailed from the inside- on the house for being a first time customer! I loved their work so much I took my car back to get my breaks fixed a few weeks later! They were super quick, detail oriented and when I did my breaks, I got my car within a couple of hours! I really liked their service and how easy they made it for me- it was stressful enough getting into an accident, so they were a huge help in making it an easier process for me! Definitely recommend this place for any car issues!

Paid for all 5 windows one had a blade scratch and bubbles in the back window came back to fix all…read moreof a sudden they asked me if I had a business card they never asked me to keep in the first place in order to fix bubbles so they were rude In fixing them and didn't want too and gave a bunch of excuses for the bubbles about the weather but when I paid they said if I had any to come back and they will fix which was not the case also I paid for their most expensive headlights which were installed incorrectly and outward with a big dark spot in the middle I had receipt so they "fixed" it and then asked for more money to fix it ? Like what I wasted time and more money coming back for something I already paid for definitely don't recommend I should've listened and not come here for the excuses they make it's not worth it get it positionally done some where else.

Let's face it, black is one of the hardest colors to match, and they absolutely nailed it. From start to finish, the communication, customer service, and transparency throughout the repair process were exceptional. Everything was explained clearly, and I always knew what to expect. They worked directly with my insurance and always provided policy updates which was relieving. I have already recommended Daniel and his team to my family and friends, and I wouldn't hesitate to do so again. I can't say enough great things about Marty, his staff and his company. I was on a mission,…read morelooking for a needle in a haystack, for smog parts in order to be able to register my son's 1996 Ford F-350, which I naively purchased out of state. I knew it would need a catalytic converter, but I had no idea that CA would require some of the original components that had been removed by a prior owner loooong ago. As I was calling around, hopeless after numerous false starts, another LA yard recommended Marty. I called, he was patient and asked great questions as I stumbled through what I needed. He took my info, and called me back in less than 10min with unbelievable news. Yes, he had it. The entire assembly, with brackets, hoses, pumps and valves. And he quoted me the price over the phone, which I knew was fair. Grabbed my husband and we sped up to his shop. By the time we arrived, he'd already removed the engine and set it aside for me. He pointed out all the parts and asked what I needed. I knew the names of the parts, but this isn't a language I really speak. Marty willingly got on the phone with my muffler guy to confirm, so that nothing got overlooked. Then he had his crew load the parts into my car (thoughtfully tearing up a box and putting it down in my cargo hold to avoid stains since I didn't think to bring a blanket). He also offered to set the rest of the engine aside for me, just in case I needed anything else in order to pass emissions. This whole project is WAY outside my area of comfort and expertise, and I'd been to a few yards looking for these elusive parts. I hit the jackpot here, and Marty couldn't have been kinder, more professional, or more helpful. His magnet is on my fridge and I know where to go, or who to refer, if anyone needs truck parts in the future. I'm so grateful. Thank you Marty, Danny, and your whole team!

Marty knew I was out of state and wouldn't be purchasing anything from this location but Marty took the time to listen to my questions and provide answers. It ended up that my truck used the same differential as a Suburban and the part I needed was only 45 minutes away. I couldn't be more appreciative of his time and the staff at this location. At the end of the call I asked if he shipped parts to my state and he indicated that he doesn't as he can alway find them closer. Wow that is customer service!

The new shop name is Jesus Auto Repair Center. He upgraded the bays and remodeled the waiting room. Check out the picture. Jesus' customer service is immaculate. But most of all, he is very knowledgeable and gets the job done right the first time. His prices are very reasonable. We were steered away from this shop even though we live less than a block away for over 25 years. The old shops had horrible customer service, a super dirty waiting room and worst of all, would not open for business until 11am. I'm very happy Jesus took over the business. After speaking with him I found out he has 31 years experience, which shows in his work and his leadership with his employees. I'm happy to say that I will start coming back here for my auto repair issues. I highly recommend anyone in the area with car issues to bring it in to Jesus. You will not be disappointed.
