Good drinks but overpriced. The food is not for me. A spice that I can't eat is in their crunchy food. Service great.

My drink was ok. It is powder taro. Custard was good. Boba is ok. This was the only boba option available at the outlet. I didn't get to try the snacks like Krispy tofu. I will skip the drinks next time and try the snacks.

The very first boba spot I've ever tried growing up was Lollicup. I remember when it first opened down the street from me and the school I went to from K-12, that was THE boba spot in the valley. I was surprised to see it again at this outlet!! Although it seems that maybe they've rebranded? I guess they go by Lollicup Fresh now. This is located in the food court, line was basically out the door when we came by but the outlet in general was crazy busy! They don't have indoor seating since it's a tiny hole in the wall. You basically order your drinks/food, pick up at the counter and then find seating at the food court. I went for the classic Thai tea with boba and it's just as good as I remembered. Perfectly cooked boba as well! Nice and chewy with a nice strong and sweet Thai tea flavor. Grabbed some Taiwanese sausage snack for the road and it was perfect. The sausage has that nice "crisp" and delicious Taiwanese flavor!! It's sweet and close to Filipino Longanisa. Definitely a great spot and really want to try their other little snacks next time we visit the outlets! IG: @ammysalamii

Crispy Combo, chicken was not cooked all the way inside & was burnt and given to me straight out the oil.

I ordered the "crispy combo" on 08/24/25 at 5:28 pm & they did not cook it well, they forgot about my order and didn't get my order started until they realized my order # was not called. They gave me the popcorn chicken, fries, & tofu bites 3 seconds out of the oil & it was not edible as it was too hot, burning me. The chicken was also very dark & not cooked well, which is a danger to my health. Management could be a lot better but having a more organized system & better cooking training & my food was not cooked properly & my order seemed neglected.

Lollicup Fresh is a franchise tea boba house. This location is within the Citadel Shopping Center in Commerce, CA. This store location is very small since it's within the food court section of a shopping outlet plaza. They have breadth of refreshing boba teas, smoothies and snacks. Prices were fair. Service was on point. Staff were amiable and competent. I order a Passion Fruit Tea with boba. It was good. Overall, I had a good order experience and boba tea drink.

I stopped by and grabbed some of their famous popcorn chicken and milk tea boba. The customer service was great, and the place was nice and clean. I'll definitely be back again!

Drinks: We had the Lychee Wave and Lychee Volcano - it was a scorching day and apparently lychee was the only thing that was going to cool us down. I liked my drinks a lot, it was at 25% sweetness but still retained the flavor. The Lychee Volcano was at 100% and so sweet it gave me a headache, of course sweetness level is a matter of personal preference. Location: It's located in the food court side near the Starbucks, parking is plentiful if you get to Citadel early enough. Service: Service was fine and prices were a little high.

This place offers good snacks and exceptional drinks. The only reason why I am giving them 1-star short of a 5 is due to their requirement of tips. All the other places ont eh food court do not ask for it, but they seem to expect it by putting it as part of the last step before completing payment.

I ordered the beef noodle soup, a taro, Boba tea, and the popcorn chicken. The Boba tea was really good and the popcorn chicken was pretty good but the beef noodle soup wasn't for me. The beef was dry and overcooked and the vegetables didn't have the best flavor taste a little sour and the noodles were very plain so just OK for me.

Lollicup logo. Looks nice. Friendly. I think I'd survive if it fell on me.

The scorn I felt upon the wench who paid $7+ for a boba drink! A taste of the fruit of the gods, a sip on the sweet ichor only to be downed immediately and left with but a faint, undistinguished memory on thine lips. It's me. I'm wench. I overpaid for boba and there was no seating inside since it's literally just a storefront and I ended up sitting outside in the rain with my drink and my silly hat. The drink, as always, was delightful. The balls just soft enough to provide enjoyable mastication yet sweet enough to add a little flavor to the action. The drink undeniably good and laced with chunks of lychee and slices of lemon that I didn't remember ordering but accepted nonetheless because of my low vitamin c intake. A good drink overall in a good location (a busy mall with lots of parking yet somehow NO PARKING) that's outdoors, but there is absolutely no way in hell this price was justified. I should've walked away. I should've left the counter and taken my sorry self to the water fountain if I wanted a drink, but the vision of boba bouncing down my throat stayed my quivering Apple Pay and I tapped my phone to the judgmental, lips-pursed beep of an unrelenting POS machine.

This is a large milk tea with boba!

Got a boba milk tea with reduced ice! So bad!! Very little boba! The milk tea was diluted with water! Sugar was strange! I know this is a busy shopping area, but don't bring this kind of ripoff here! 10/28/2023 at 12.:30pm.

Bad service. I'm at my lunch break and there's no people. This girl, she was training 2 new employees. She made me wait over 5 minutes just for my drink that took her a minute to make. I already got my food that other employee service. The first lesson for your new employees is to not make your customers wait. I shouldn't tip. I tipped when I paid in the beginning.

The texture and taste isn't something I am able to find in other places near my area (I have tried looking). I have done both in store ordering using the tablet and via online. Both options were easy to navigate. If visiting in store, there might a wait since it seems this place is popular. There is available seating inside. There are little tables, benches and stools if you decide to stay for a little bit. Parking situation varies. Both times I went, on Sundays, there were ample parking and no issues. Two signs on the counter instructed patrons to not touch drinks and show their drink number upon pick up. The owner was super vigilant and responsive about the issues and I really appreciate that. I have had nothing but great experiences at the other 3cat locations like Arcadia and San Gabriel so I'm glad to see that Ktown is finally catching up.

Craving matcha turned into a mild parking obstacle course near California State University,…read moreFullerton, because apparently the real challenge is fitting your car into a space designed for a bicycle with confidence issues. Inside Vivot, it's giving "finals week survival zone" with students glued to laptops, one brave employee running the entire operation, and a self-order kiosk doing its best emotional support role. We kept our Matcha Latte classy, 25% sweetness with oat milk to really interrogate the matcha and honestly it passed the vibe check!! Smooth, solid, and worth the parking gymnastics. Oh and also, they are open late, closes at 11pm week nights and midnight on weekends.

I had ordered a milk tea and their Thai tea and was super disappointed with the flavor it was complete milk unfortunately and no sweeteners despite us having the 100% sweetener option. The drinks came out very far from each other time wise as well which isn't a super big issue but it's noticeable and could be an issue for bigger orders. Super busy somehow so we didn't want to burden the worker while the store had a rush. Other than that the place gave me a very pretentious vibe. I'm all for starting a business you're passionate about but it's hard to see what's different about THIS cafe in a world full of other businesses claiming to be different that's serving the same items (matcha specifically). Not to say that there's not bad matcha or coffee out there, there is. Seems like the type of cafe people go to take a picture of their drinks and pretend like they're connoisseurs and pretend that it's "different" than whatever else is out there and sit and pretend to study on their laptop (even though it's the loudest and crowded place in the world in there). Seeing that the place opened recently, it's very hard to believe this isn't some type of money grab for a younger audience to serve trendy drinks. Or at the very least, a very expensive passion project for the owner. Overall just more focused on aesthetics more than anything.

2 words..PINEAPPLE ALICE!!! Lol If you haven't stopped by your local OMOMO recently, I highly…read moresuggest that you make a trip because their seasonal drinks right now are FIRE! I legit am on my third day (in a row..don't judge me) of stopping by to order the pineapple Alice. I love me some pineapple & coconut any day, so this drink was a winning combo for me. In a nutshell, it's Greek yogurt blended with fresh pineapple, and topped with their house-made coconut whip. First time I got 50% sweetness level, which is good, but being a fruity smoothie, I would have preferred it a lil sweeter, thus 2nd & 3rd time around, I learned my lesson and got 80%..and it was perfect! Trust..it wasn't overly sweet at all. It was dreamy heaven. I happened to be in the area, getting a tattoo and wanted to refuel before I trekked the trafficky drive home to Irvine (UGH..at 2:30 pm on a Wednesday, no less). Super thankful, I discovered this new looking Brea location (on State College Blvd ~ right near the freeway entrance) and it didn't have a crazy wait/line. The store was clean, w/ minimalistic neutral decor..loved the chill aesthetic vibe. The cute wooden pillars as you enter was interesting, but caught me a bit off-guard, as it was right in front of the pick-up area. You have to explore further inside the store to the order line. Service was great and efficient. OMOMO is highly recommended by this RxFoodie (and my 2nd fav boba shoppe in OC still), so def go check it out and become addicted like ME!

They lack providing better descriptions of drinks for new customers and the options are boring. There were zero pastries or food options to pair with your drink. It was only a small drink menu. The customer service was good! The young lady at the counter was very kind and did her best to explain different sweetness and bitterness levels but she couldn't really describe the drinks and recommend anything based on comparisons with what is more popular. As for ambiance it was empty and had no customers. There were no tables to sit and enjoy your drink. So I think people prefer to go to other boba shops that offer at least a small seating area with a table. That was disappointing to see when I walked in. As for flavor... my drink tasted powdery and warm. The boba pearls were a bit stale. I wont be coming back. There are plenty of other boba locations that offer much higher quality drinks and the price point is exactly the same. Overall I'll give a 2/5 star for cleanliness and because the customer service was good.
