But that being said there were a lot of GREAT things about this restaurant so I'll start there. The restaurant itself it's so moody and vibey I LOVED it, was such a good place for a date night, our waiter was so attentive, helped with all of our questions and a very patient with us as we worked through the menu. 10/10 service! We got the dumpling and pork bun appetizer and both were AMAZING, seriously the pork bun?? I could have eaten 1000 of them. Next was the sushi, I got the Atlantic hand roll and another member of the table got the rainbow roll, both were very fresh and flavorful, highly recommend. Next was the entree, I got the pork belly ramen, as a huge ramen fanatic I was SO excited, especially following up our appetizers, the bar was set high and unfortunately I was so disappointed. The broth was not very good and everything so extremely salty, I couldn't even eat the mushrooms in the bowl because they soaked up so much of the broth and it was like a salt bomb in my mouth. The pork belly was cooked well and I did really enjoy that, but for a $20 bowl of ramen, it really fell flat for me. I also got the sweet heat cocktail, and it also wasn't for me, cocktails are so personal so it's not that I wouldn't recommend someone try it, it's just that I didn't hit for me, and that was the general consensus of the table. While I had a great night, I would probably try a different restaurant for Asian food before I came back to this one!

We arrived in the late afternoon for an early dinner. We were seated quickly, clean tables pleasant atmosphere and fun surroundings. We started with the vegetable samosas. Our food order consisted of an order of Birria Tacos, Afghani Chicken and a Ramen Bowl with chicken. As you can see from the pictures of each dish.....the presentation is pure art. The portions were large enough for us to share. Absolutely flavorful and no one ingredient over taking another.....pure masterful cooking. My Ramen with chicken was the best I've had in a very long time......I will be back! What a gem this restaurant is, fresh, flavorful and attention to the smallest details.

It was delicious!! As a Filipino, this is a dish my parents would cook at least once a month when I was growing up. MORA's version was a cozy meal that gave me a taste of home. Well done! At the end of the meal, our waiter asked us if we've ever tried Ube before. I said it had been years since I've had Ube ice cream and my friend hadn't even heard of it before. My plum sake reserved was 30.0 for a small bottle. (Whoops). But it was Valentine's Day so honestly it wasn't a biggie. Onto the food. For starters we got the spring rolls and soup dumplings. The spring rolls were made fresh and very good. Only thing that would have been nice is if they were wrapped with the ends closed up as when you tried to dip them in the delicious sauce that came with the insides fell out a bit. They had a good mix of lettuce, noodles, shrimp and a little shredded crab I believe. (It was dark in there so was hard to tell). The soup dumplings were to die for !! Nothing more to say but small bites of heaven. And they didn't come out so hot that you popped on into your mouth and were hit with boiling insides. Will definitely go back for these again. Now to the meh ones. The crab Rangoon needed more filling and more crab. Kinda bland. And the jalapeño stuffed wontons also needed more peppers and bacon. Just not a ton of flavor other than fried. We did not have room for any of the rolls but they looked interesting. Not a lot of "raw" ones so if that's your think your choices are limited. It's a cute little space the staff was super nice and it was a last minute dinner reservation so that was a plus. They were really hopping to bring out all the food stuffs and we left with the intention of coming back on a less busy day to try more items.
