Their restaurant is very cute! It's both Anju Above and Epiphany Farms and they have an upstairs and downstairs portion. The ambience is super cozy and chill.

Cool place! A fun atmosphere, loved the round table for a group of 8! Service was quick, but a bummer how they brought out each entree one by one at different times rather than all together. I had the pickle martini which was very good! Not too strong of a pickle flavor. For my main I had the ramen. This was lacking flavor. The broth tasted like water, I could have made better ramen at home. Tried some of the pizza which was also average. Would come here for drinks again but not food

Gucci Cali sushi roll - meh. The sushi rice is not your typical kind. The lemon puree on the side was insanely potent.

Average Asian Fusion food. This place is located upstairs of Epiphany Farms. As such you can order from both menus if you like. We might come back to try some different items. The Anju Dumplings with pork (steamed dumplings) were great. The Pork Steam Bun (Bao Bun) was alright. The shredded pork filling wasn't the usual type you'd find in a Bao Bun. And that is a hint of things to come. This is a Fusion place. They do things differently here. The Gucci Cali sushi roll was not that great. The sushi rice is not your typical kind. The overall flavor was not cohesive. It really tasted like a side of crab with a side of rice. The lemon puree on the side was insanely potent. They have a large variety of wines as well as craft beers on tap. We got a bottle of white wine and it wasn't too cold.

Wow wow wow! What an unexpectedly wonderful meal! The Mega Roll was incredibly delicious! The eel and salmon with avocado and pickled veggies was one of the best sushi rolls I have had! This roll alone was worthy of a five-star experience! Highly recommended!! And the yellowfin tuna hand roll was very good as well. A little messy to eat... or maybe that was just me. Either way, I would recommend this roll as well! And my drink of choice was a Rhu-Barb Drag Race (see what they did there?) and it was a fantastic flavor-filled concoction that tempted me to order a second (although I refrained on this occasion since I'll be in BLM a couple more days)! The menu is clearly marked as to which items are gluten-free... and my server Leonel was knowledgeable as well. He even offered that they could remove certain ingredients to make other items gluten-free as wel! Overall rating: *****FIVE STARS***** Gluten-free rating: *****FIVE STARS*****

Wanted to love it more. We ordered a bit too much, the sushi rolls are big, but took home left overs. There wasn't anything special or flavorful with the rolls. They were basically each the same, green monster, tuna and spicy salmon. Wanted more variety. Didn't get the spice in spicy salmon, maybe because I took the jalapeño off but thought there would be spice elsewhere in the roll. I didn't love the Thai lime chicken wings because you have to dip them yourself in the sauce. Sauce was pretty good though and bought a bottle to take home. My favorite was the banchan starter. It's a cold dish but I liked the texture and flavor. Service was good, they have good drinks and the vibe in the place is warm and welcoming.

You need to eat at this restaurant if you're in Bloomington, the vibe, food, and service is amazing. The theme of the restaurant is small plates you can share which allows you to try a wide variety on the menu like Chinese dumplings and buns to Japanese sushi and Raman to Italian pizza to American donuts. Out of everything we ordered the tofu donuts were the best and I would come back just for those donuts. But the steamed pork buns, vegetables dumplings, margarita pizza, and mussels were excellent. There's plenty more on the menu that I want to try so for sure we'll be back.

Great service, ambiance, and food! If you like ramen, I highly recommend this place! There are a lot of other foods for you to try as well.

Cool spot with good service and food. We were actually seated at the bottom restaurant Epiphany Farms but were able to order off both menus. Also, what a cool concept! Was definitely tempted to buy farm fresh eggs, meats, homemade sauces, etc. while waiting for a table at the front little shop section. Service was very attentive and gave good recs as to what to order and popular dishes. My favorite by far was the yuba. The sushi rice and the sweet tofu was super tasty and refreshing. Next, omg the bread and sexy butter... I could've just eaten that as my meal and been perfectly content walking out of there! Other dishes were good, though in full transparency as an Asian who grew up on the east coast, Asian cuisine is my jam and I have a LOT of comparison points / usually am looking for more authentic taste profiles and textures to traditional dishes. Overall, very good and if you don't mind more fusion, go here! BUT if you're like me and looking for more traditional, just a few things to keep in mind - the pork belly ramen is a clearer broth, not tonkotsu which I what I prefer. I also thought the pork belly could've been cooked longer; the fat didn't render as much as I usually like and was chewy for me. And any kind of sushi that's deep friend and has cream cheese (farm to face roll)... is not for me. Flavor was good! Just not my thing. Donuts were good if you have room; came out hot and were tasty. (Portions were large, even for shareable plates FYI). Overall great experience, good food, love the concept, and would recommend (pending you're good with fusion)

Love how they share a kitchen so you get to pick your dining atmosphere while not having to choose which menu to use!

What's wait time like here in a Friday night (around 9)?

For 2 people, between 30 to 45 minutes has been my experience around peak time (7 to 8pm). By 9pm I think the wait is shorter

Our first visit was a somewhat disappointing experience for me, as they forgot our potsticker appetizer and never provided the gratis tortilla strips that welcome most diners. The pho was OK but there were fish parts I definitely could not identify in the bowl and the broth was not as robust as others I've had. Fortunately the lady was pretty happy with her poke, so we gave the place another try two weeks later, focused on the poke bowls and were quite pleased. While neither one of us is a fan of the Japanese cartoon ambiance or the gimmicky booth tables, when it comes to the sushi, they are the closest yet to our favorite bowls (or poke burritos) from the now shuttered PokeWorks that used to be in the building behind Ancho & Agave. The usual choices for the base (rice, noodles or greens), several proteins, fresh veggie/toppings and sauces - even mixable if you are so inclined. They weren't the most efficient, but the free wonton strips as you wait makes it palatable (assuming they remember them). We found ample portion sizes, including the fish, and while they are a touch pricey, when you get the hankering for a bowl of raw fish deliciousness, this place seems to be the best locally. I will also at least will be back one more time for the ramen too!

I liked the little fried wontons you get to start! Then we had spring rolls as an appetizer- eh, kind of boring, but fine - then I had Tonkotsu Ramen for my main meal and it was good! Overall, fun place.

The guy working the counter gave us a binder full explaining the menu. Great idea. We placed our order and the food came out pretty quickly. The crab Rangoon with blue crab was delicious! We were asked if we wanted spicy or mild. I told them spicy. It was the mildest thing I had ever tasted. The actual noodles were supposed to be yaki/udon. I guess that means different things to different places. The noodles were too fat and because I was expecting spicy I couldn't reconcile the taste. I brought it home to see if I could fix it.
