Avoid them. I paid $129 for a logo then began getting calls from rude and aggressive sales people trying to upsell me to other packages. One man demanded to know how much money i have in my back account and when i will be getting more! When i told him that i just want the logo that i have paid and nothing else he became even more aggressive, saying that i had already agreed to getting a website done (i had not) and then in a deep, threatening voice that i will now be getting a call from the account manager "who will be taking this issue further". Then two days after paying for my logo i was sent an email informing me that i need to pay another $399 or the logo would not be released to me due to 'copywrite' and i would be unable to legally use it. I ended up having to give them hell right back and make my own threats of letting everyone on facebook, the police, A Current Affair etc know about their sham of a company until they finally coughed up the logo. (This logoshines is based in Texas but uses the same facebook page as the one located in California) Stumbled across their website when I was searching for logo design firms. I was browsing their website when some screen instant message person named "Jack Miller" popped up and answered questions and whatnot. Fast forward I went with them to design some logos. They have been quick but their logos are bland and not appealing. I would have to continually tell them to do different things and most of the time they wouldn't. Biggest issue is how pushy the project manager "Roy Miller" is. He will hound you and try and push overly expensive services while your initial project is not done! They tried scamming me for decals. Wanted $100 per decal (2x8 inch) got them locally done for $1.75 each. Last thing to be aware is that when your logo is complete, the will push you like no tomorrow for copyright or trademarking services which are overly priced as well. read more

The logo only came out okay because I told them precisely what I wanted. As for the website, it took them weeks and even months to make very simple corrections. Received an email from a "Jason Diaz" from LogoShines offering website services. The address listed for the company on Facebook and above cannot be found on any map. The address included in their email leads to no where in google maps. I did check to see if the company is registered with Los Angeles county or the state of CA. The business name was not found in either database. I checked LogoShines' LinkedIn I found one person listed for the company on LinkedIn. His profile says he is in Pakistan. Do your due diligence and proceed with caution. As for me, I am going to pass....too many red flags. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! We are now in August and I contacted them sometime in February. My site has had so many errors ( grammar, wrong information) and they "forgot" to check and see if they're was another domain out there like mine. So we had to change it all over again. This is a very long story. I found this company online, and when opening my business ( first time I open a businnes) I was slacking on knowledge on how to detect red flags with a company. They sold me this awesome package for $459 that included my logo , website design and social media marketing. That was March 21st! after so many reviews on my logo, because of the poor job on it, simple logos that I even saw online for others companies they will only change my Business name or the colors and font. Nothing unique. I can even make them with my illustrator and Im a beginner! so after I was already disappointed on the logo I just had to choose one because I was 14 days away to launch the boutique. We spoke about the issues ( Gabriel Brown & I) he promise a discount that never happened because they won't send you emails confirming anything! So I said well I have 2 weeks for marketing until they work on the website. I had a vacation planned and was away for 6 days when I came back... NOTHING was done on my website! Even the old logo that I made with Canva was there! They didn't touch a thing! I could see the day he logged in since I had to give them permission to work on it, because I have Squarespace, a simple thing that don't even needed coding! ( I had to finish it my elf watching the videos) at this point I am beyond livid with only a week away to the launch day! I obviously call them several time to request a refund! They put excuse behind excuse without any luck of no one either calling me back or replying to my emails. I finally after so many calls get the finance department "manage'' Alex, to said he would give me a refund after even trying to give then another opportunity to get the website started, what a JOKE! I still haven't receive an email confirmation for my refund till this day! April 30th 2017! Luckily me, I have Wells Fargo as my bank! I received an email about logos from them but I can't determine if they are legit or not. They say they have been in business since 2010 but their domain was created in Nov 2015 and although their Facebook page has a timeline since 2010 these entries were posted in Nov 2015. None of the people on their team page show up in LinkedIn - so I wonder if they are real or window dressing. Whois.net list David Taylor as the admin but he isn't listed on the website. The domain name is only registered until Nov 2016. I called their phone number but it didn't indicate the company name just said leave a message after the tone. They have a nice website - It could be a fabulous company but I am uncomfortable with the inconsistencies. I would be OK if they just came out and said - "hey we are new.." PLEASE GUYS DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS WITH LOGOSHINES YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID AND BE CALLED RACIAL SLURS OVER THE PHONE...... On November 5, 2017 I made a call to Logoshine's customer services number where I spoke with a gentlemen by the name of Matthew. I explained to him that I was calling to get a refund for the website that they created for me. I wasn't satisfied with the website nor the promises they had given me such as putting my website on search engines like Google, Yahoo ETC. I explained to him that Roy Miller which is the person I originally spoke with didn't make it clear to me that in order to put my website on the search engines would be an additional cost. Matthew made it clear that no refund can be given since the website is "live". I advised him that he can go ahead and remove the website which I no longer want. Matthew was the most unprofessional person I ever spoken to he even went on to call me a Mexican, he also said I sounded like a Mexican and looked like one as well. I have never been so offended in my life knowing that a company that did work for me would say racial slurs to me. I kept asking Matthew to transfer me to another Manager above him and he advised there wasn't anyone else that he was the boss. Then he transfered me to the legal department where I spoke with Adam he advised me that there are two options I can go by. Option one submit a request for the $299 I paid for the building of the website and they will see if they can refund me the money or Option two if I was to submit the request automatically the website will be taken down and I lose my $299. Either of the options that they are providing to me don't even make sense. I told Adam that either way I didn't want the website or care to lose the website. But his colleague was the most disrespectful person I've ever had to deal with. I hope that this matter gets resolved and that Matthew gets disipined with the higher personnel at Logoshine. Initially they offered me Platinum Package for $199.00 - Unlimited Logo Concepts - Unlimited Revisions (6 Designer's) + Free Print Ready Marketing Materials + Free Social Media Banner Design (Website, Facebook etc.) & 7 Final Formats. (1) They are supposed send me the files in 48hrs and haven't sent any copy even after 2weeks. (2) After a long wait I was given few versions of logos out of which I shortlisted one. I requested them to release the logos I shortlisted, for which they didn't respond for couple of hours and then I received a call from project manager stating I need to make additional 225$ for getting my final logos, reason he mentioned is that I have to register my logo under "copyright" or "Trademark" before releasing the logos (these charges were not mentioned in the quote they sent me initially). He started telling me about US laws which I am aware of. The project manager started the conversation very aggressively and stated that I am ignorant and don't have knowledge on US laws. (3) Finally when I, raised the dispute against them, they removed overall conversation from the project management portal provided to me and again they re-claimed my money back stating the project is end and provided all the files to customer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I spent £400 for them to re-design my already up and ruining website which i already payed over £1000 for. They contacted me about the work and promised me all the features that were already working on my auction website would stay the same. They sent me a layout of how the website would look and then went ahead and started work on re-designing my already working website. When the website was finished nothing that was already on the website (i.e letting people sell there own produces on our website) worked and my website was useless, They had WIPED the original WORKING SOFTWARE off my website which meant nothing worked. I contacted logo shines UK and they agreed that they made a mistake and would give me a full refund . They said that i had to wait till the end of the month (June 1st) for refund to be issued and money would be back in my bank within 5/7 days . I contacted them on the 7th June as no refund had been made which they told me it will be in by the 15th on June now !!!! How can a refund take over a mouth ???
