I would definitely beware of this company. We were getting quotes for a cross country move and they by far were the cheapest (first red flag). I was told that they had a move scheduled to our current location but nothing scheduled to our destination and as such they were going to lose money. Tyler gave me an "incredible" deal as it would help them out having a move going back to our destination (2nd red flag). Win-Win or so I thought (hindsight is 20/20). I put down the 30% deposit which was a little over $1k. We had a change in plans and canceled during the 72 hour deposit refund window. I received several phone calls one from Tyler and one from the owner, Yudi I believe his name was, trying to convince me to keep them as our movers. At this point it was out of my control and I just asked that they refund my deposit. I was told I would have it "soon" and then again in "24-48 hours". The cancellation email was sent on February 17th with a follow up text message the same day. It is now March 13th and I have totally been ghosted. No response from Tyler or this company since February 19th and still no refund. Please know that if you sign their contract they will expect you the customer to uphold the terms of their contract but will totally bail out on their contractual responsibility. They have lead me to believe that this is a total scam and their mode of operation. I would spend the money to hire a reputable moving company and not fall for this "incredible" deal.

If I went into detail of our experience it would be a book. The front end of the moving experience was not bad even though we were charged an additional $3,000. The crew was thorough and hard working. Spent the entire day loading and wrapping our furniture. Did a walk through prior to starting and communicated throughout the process. The second phase was a complete disaster. Johnny, who bragged about being available 24/7 for questions was extremely difficult to get a hold of. When I would call him he would give minimal answers and say ill call you right back and would never call. Same with emails. No responses. Was told a week prior to our scheduled moving date it would be probably 21 days later; though never told during estimate phase. He said I should have read the FINE print. He became short with me and I never got a straight answer. After finding another person to speak with (Amit), I was more informed on when our belongings would arrive. 9 days after our scheduled move in date our stuff arrived. Phase 3 was the worst. The big rig shows up and immediately after opening the doors our belongings fall out, hit one worker in the face injuring him he to leave immediately. One of the things that fell was our TV... they hustled unloading our stuff...too fast. They came inside tracking mud everywhere on our new carpet. They rammed doors, walls and put dents in our wood floors. It was traumatic to witness. Being 9 months pregnant I felt overwhelmed and actually scared. They didn't assemble beds as I was told they would or clean up their mess. They also left behind all their wrapping plastic and said they would not take it. When I tried to show him some of the damage they made he denied it all. We didn't see the TV till it was unpacked after they left. I'm just glad they are gone. I'm scarred for sure from all of this.

    One example of broken furniture.

4 reviews Logistic Pro Inc is good at one thing only and that's selling promises they don't keep. Our move from Denver to Oregon was a disaster and we interviewed so many movers because of the distance and size of move we had. We had over 10,000lbs. Many movers wanted our job and we trusted Johnny with Logistic Pro as he showed us pics of stuff wrapped very nicely, he said they use professional movers and not day help or subcontracters, he promised he would be with us throughout the move and his helper Freddie who did our inventory promised he would be with us during the whole move as well. It's advertised on their web page they are with you during the whole move, but that is not true. Freddie and a team of movers showed up on loading day and things went fairly smooth, but Freddie thought the men were taking too long wrapping items so some items were hastily wrapped. The wrapping definitely didn't meet the quality they pride themselves on as upon delivery a week later we had many items with nicks and scratches that we noted when items were unwrapped. We haven't been through all the boxes, but imagine we will find more damage as some boxes are crushed and one lamp they wrapped was broken. However, to our surprise the mover who arrived to unload our stuff in Oregon was an entirely different company known as US Expert Movers out of Bethesda, MD. They were lazy, didn't follow instructions and just put boxes in the closest spot that was available. They did not assemble all our furniture as the contract states and they left their moving trash behind. One mover bumped our antique rocking chair against an end table and it left a mark. He actually apologized I think only because he knew I saw it happen and notified the lead man and he looked at it and said "oh, I don't see anything anywhere so what's the big deal." Jeesh what a jerk, denying there was a scuffed area on the arm and the mover wanted to take responsibility. That mover I believe felt bad and said he loved his job. I asked where he was going next and he admitted to being day labor which was something Johnny promised Logistic Pro nevered used. I heard that mover tell a mover how he loved moving stuff and another mover said I hate it, but it's money. I think most hated it because of how crappy the job was done. I complained to the lead man that items were put in the wrong areas and he was defensive and said his movers followed instructions. He knows better as the movers had to move things around at first and we could tell he was upset with his team because they didn't listen and the house was all one level except one bedroom upstairs. No way did they follow instructions when our front room, closest to the entrance had the most boxes. They could've read and figured out where stuff should have gone as I have pots and pans, dishes, and bathroom items all placed in the family room. That makes no sense, plus both my husband and I were always around to answer questions. We thought about one of us leaving to get them some drink, but we could tell they had no respect for our stuff from the beginning. Upon arrival the driver complained our stuff took up half the truck and the other half was seven more loads. Yeah, his point? We paid a lot of money and entirely too much for the service we were provided, as we never received the service that was sold to us. Logistic Pro are total scammers. I called the mover after he left and asked him to come get his trash and he said they charge for that so that's why he left it. I know that wasn't in our contract and when I went to look up our estimate about trash clean up, the use of subcontractors, and how to file a claim I could no longer access my contract. I saved two email links to it and both come up with a bogus message to contact customer service. Another interesting thing about this company that is a huge red flag and we should have researched it ahead of time is their address location has no trucks.

Broken bed pieces all pulled together.

Pardon me for the long review, but I promise it's worth the read. I'll start off by saying I feel…read morefor the moving crew. Two guys in their late 40's and mid 50's showed up in the morning. The first thing I was told is that they finished a move at 2 Am and were exhausted. I went and bought them sodas at their request and showed them the 3 total rooms I needed moved. I did this move with a buddy 2 years ago and was able to knock it out in about 4 hours. I hired movers due to having a fair amount of cleaning To do. I was quoted 6 hours max to complete the job, which was fairly expensive, but I thought was worth it for the sake of not having to do it myself (weird that this is why people pay movers.. I know). The movers worked very slow, which was understandable considering they had 4 hours of sleep. They asked not to work that day but were forced by their boss (Carlos) to take the job, and then told halfway through mine that they had another one to follow. It took about 3 hours to pack up a small van and depart to the new property. I stopped and got the boys lunch to help get their energy levels up. At the new house, these guys were so exhausted that they were carrying one suitcase at a time in a hand while using the handrail on the stairs for support. I felt so bad that I pitched in and started to carry heavy items for them. They would deliberate at the truck for 5 minutes before picking up the next item to carry up. I found out that the older gentleman had thrown out his back the night before (again, Carlos is an asshole but we will get to that) and had a size-able gash in his hand. These guys kept taking break after break, taking long phone calls, to the point where I started getting annoyed (since we were being charged by the hour). I had to leave at the 6 hour mark to head to the old property to clean. When I left, the main mover said they had 30 minutes left Max and had me sign the paperwork. My girlfriend showed up to the house a few hours later with a few additional hours added (they charge 105 an hour) and my bill for a 1 bedroom, kitchen, and living room had cost me $1,000 dollars. I called the company to speak to a manager about possibility of negotiating the price (since I was thinking this would cost about 4-500 bucks) and was then introduced to the famous Carlos. Now to Carlos. This "manager" is one of the most unprofessional people I have dealt with in recent years. I called to have a conversation about the thousand dollar charge and was immediately berated by this man over moving expectations. He first asked why I didn't have my buddies help move since I did it in 3 hours last time. I tried to explain that the whole purpose of hiring movers was to hire professionals who can get the job done efficiently. He did not seem to understand, proceeded to laugh at me and yell over me about how his movers take their time to do the job right( they damaged numerous things in a never lived in house). This mans behind the scenes motto is "since we are slow during Covid, go as slow as you possibly can to milk the customer as long as possible". When I asked him if nine hours was reasonable to move a bedroom, a living room, and a kitchen, his response was that his employees were not slaves... He actually accused me of being a slave driver, despite his employees telling me they have been forced to work 14 days in a row, over 12 hours a day, with no paid holidays and no overtime, telling them they can go find another job if they don't like it. He then accused me of being wasted because I annoyingly explained to him that being a manager requires you to, at the bare minimum, listen to a complaint without interjecting and yelling at the customer. This guy is an absolute joke. I told him fine, I'll eat the cost of the move and would send them a bill for the charges I have for damages to the property. He said he was coming over in the morning to check everything out, in which I replied his incompetent, immature, and rude self was not welcome near my property. His responses were antagonistic, and from what I have read, this is how he deals with literally every complaint customers have. To summarize, the moving guys were very friendly, but as many have stated on these reviews, Carlos is slimy serpent who has no business running a company. This is the last time I will ever trust a recommendation, I will always be reading ahead on yelp to see what I'm getting into. I repeat, DO NOT hire this company if you want a move done efficiently and professionally.

At the end of the move, we noticed that something was damaged, (which they admitted only after we brought it to their attention). For several months, the company never showed up for scheduled meeting to review the damage, or they "last minute" called to reschedule. They never came out to look at the damage, and we had to get the damage repaired ourselves. Stay away from this company.

DO NOT HIRE. Young woman uncomfortable moving experience…read more This was one of the worst moving experiences I have ever had. I was not asked the right questions to come prepared for my move therefore: the movers were late, movers went to the wrong location, movers came without boxes or paper or any supplies, mover asked ME for supplies including markers and box cutters, and the movers were very slow on top of that. I have never had anyone take more than 6 hours top to bottom to move me out of my 1 bedroom apartment and it took them 8 hours. The movers were out of shape and complaining about the weight on them. The company sent out a "assembly" worker and a "packer" worker - if the person who took my order would have asked the right questions they would have known I needed NOTHING assembled or reassembled. The assembler did a lot of standing around. A lot. Making the job go so much slower. They were unprofessional and struggling to get the job done. Conversation included ex girlfriends and relationships issues. I found myself uncomfortably and kept conversation going to keep myself comfortable in those moments. I should not have to do that. I am a young woman moving on my own and to be asked such things as highly unfortunate. I understand keeping friendly conversation but there is a line. I also said their start time was 9:30 as there was A LOT of lingering and no hustle to be done throughout the day as well as being late. The mover put start time at 9am for the bill despite my interjection of when they actually started / working / arriving. What I mean by lingering or no hustle: time was spend taking apart my tv stand that didn't need to be, untangling wires slow as shit that didn't need to be done. I saw workers smoking cigarettes, on their phone, and taking minimum 15-20 minutes between trips despite only taking 10 on my own with a heavy item. I felt taken advantage of start to finish. $160 an hour for an assembler and packer with those qualities is a rip off and the fact I paid over $1300 for that service is devastating. Especially when I was quoted for maximum $800.
