I know I know, I didn't plan this well but I made it. I didn't have to wait long and I asked for the finger print service. I did not know I had to bring in paperwork since it wasn't mentioned by the program I was applying for but thankfully they knew what paperwork I needed and had it printed there (have to pay for bw copy since I didn't print it myself). I was in and out within 15-20mins! Excellent service!

I understand you need to make a profit, but at $4 a page, you can buy a new printer every 50-75 pages you print. Run out of toner? Throw the printer away and buy a new one.

To my surprise, the day of delivery, I received a notification requesting to reschedule the delivery since it was delayed. Turns out the mattress only arrived at RXO that same day; thus the delay. The day prior to my rescheduled delivery, I received a notifcation with a 4 hour window for my delivery the next day. The day of the delivery, I received a call when the crew was 30 minutes away. The delivery and mattress removal took merely 30 seconds as I opted out of the white glove service (which was included). RXO did call inquiring if they needed to "assemble" my mattress which I declined. The crew doing the delivery was pretty chilled out.

No supplies up front not even an industrial sized tape for customers to wrap packages while waiting in a super long line. Pens either non-existant or not working. Rude staff, mean staff, underpaid but no excuse to be rude to paying customers. But what choice do we have drive 5 or 10 miles to next town and send out items to another post office center or Annex. Not much we really can do but deal with. There is a self service. If anything the self service kiosk is more friendly than the staff. It even told me to have a nice day. The saving grace of my trip to the post office. Can't leave without my forever stamps.
