To my surprise, the day of delivery, I received a notification requesting to reschedule the delivery since it was delayed. Turns out the mattress only arrived at RXO that same day; thus the delay. The day prior to my rescheduled delivery, I received a notifcation with a 4 hour window for my delivery the next day. The day of the delivery, I received a call when the crew was 30 minutes away. The delivery and mattress removal took merely 30 seconds as I opted out of the white glove service (which was included).
