They call and send text messages, but they never respond when customers try to contact them. I have repeatedly instructed them not to leave my packages outside because of previous thefts resulting from their careless deliveries. Despite my clear instructions, they continue to leave my packages unattended outside. Even worse, they fabricated a confirmation message making it appear that I agreed to have my packages left outside when I clearly responded "No." As a result, my packages have been stolen multiple times. Because of SpeedX's negligence, I have already lost approximately $150 from a previous order, and now another order worth approximately $150 has not been received. This is unacceptable. I still have additional packages that are expected to arrive, but I no longer trust SpeedX to deliver them properly.
