They should be put out of business! They are scammers! They said my package could not delivered…read morebecause of my address not being correct but it shows my exact address. Then it says that you need to pick up the package but gives not address or contact information. You literally can not talk with anybody but a virtual bot! The bot had me confirm my exact address and that it would be redelivered. Funny thing though I was the day they came, Looked at my nest camera and nobody came to my door. They lied which is what I have been seeing on reviews they say they have delivered when they did not or that they tried but could not (my situation). If you can do not use them, they are scamming people. This is fraud, and I have told their chat bot I will be reaching out to authorities due to the high amount of issues they are having. I recommend people doing the following: 1. Filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) 2. Filing a complaint with the California Attorney General's Office and consumer protection agencies 3. Initiating a chargeback/dispute with my payment provider for non-delivery of goods 4. Reporting the issue to the merchant who contracted your services1
