ORIGINAL POST - I've had today's date marked on my calendar as the delivery date for my highly anticipated purchase, which arrived at the local (Marietta/Kennesaw) terminal four days ago. I made sure to be home today and started tracking the delivery early this morning on my phone and laptop, probably refreshing every half hour or so. If they showed up as early as 7am, I wanted to make sure I was up in case they needed to know where to leave it. It's now the afternoon on delivery date but there's no change in the status. I called and was told I need to make an appointment for the delivery! Why haven't they reach out to me about setting up an appointment? How long would it have remained in their warehouse before they finally reached out? I called customer support and am now off the phone with an agent who told me, "You need to have a delivery appointment", and that they would be calling me. It's not looking like it'll be anytime soon.

I had shipped my household goods back and forth to the mainland a few years ago, but I was blown away by the service and professionalism of HFS. I picked up my small shipment at Tri Isle in Wailuku and the excellent service continued. My items were safe and the process was seamless and I was very impressed by the health and safety measures taken by this company during these challenging times.
