DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! My husband and I recently purchased a gorgeous leather couch for almost 1,000 dollars and used this company to deliver it. Upon arrival the movers were extremely rude and left us with a damaged couch that had two HUGE holes in it. When we informed them of the damage, they huffed and said we could not prove it was them and then just LEFT!! I could not believe it. I was supposed to get a couch delivered in San Bernardino area. Originally I was told that it would be delivered Tuesday or Wednesday. By Wednesday I still hadn't received a call from them even though they were supposed to contact at least 24 hours prior. Then 2 hours before they were supposed to deliver on Thursday, I get a call saying the earliest they could deliver was Friday. Don't ever take time off work because you think these guys are reliable. read more

Extremely unprofessional delivery staff and rude call center employees. Never given an exact time of deliver and calls 10 mins before near the house. The call center people cannot help telling me a time of delivery.. Gives a "timeframe" four hours and the drivers call me well outside that time frame telling me they are near my house.. Really unpleasant experience.. Please learn from my experience and AVOID THIS COMPANY at all costs.. I think maybe the subcontracting of delivery is the problem.. but their model is also flawed... Why operate a call center that gives a 4 hour time frame without giving exact delivery time? What's the point? Why not just ship it then? read more

Want your product delivered in a timely and professional manner? Then DON'T use this company. Worst company ever! How any company could consider subcontracting work out to them is beyond me. Just look at the reviews! Want a surefire way to piss your customers off and never use you again? Want to watch your customers never buy from your store again because of the delivery company you use? Then here's a safe bet - Expressit Logistics! TWICE, they left me with a no-show delivery, after I hired workers to help me offload and bring into the house....not once, but twice! The first time it was a hot day and the driver couldn't be bothered to push the pallets up my driveway, saying the driveway was steep....hardly!) Second time I called in the morning to confirm the delivery time, after receiving a call the night before to assure me it would be there within the time frame promised. 15 minutes before they were scheduled to be here, the driver was 75 miles away....seriously! This was the end of the day at 4 pm. I sadly said goodbye to more money, as I wasn't going to stiff the guys I hired to stand around and scratch their backsides waiting on a delivery that never showed up....again! Absolutely HORRIBLE service. I will be reaching out to the corporate office of the company that I bought the products from to let them know they just lost a loyal customer, based on these clowns! First attempted to deliver 2 days before my estimated delivery window so I didn't even consider being home for that. When we called about the delivery, they couldn't locate the tracking number in their system and said it must have been a mistake. No door tag after the second attempt and they didn't even call our apartment from the gate. How would we know they were there? Well, I received a call to reschedule the final attempt which I scheduled for today when I knew I could be home from work and was assured the driver would call me 30 minutes before they arrive so I could be ready. I call around 4PM to confirm that my item is in fact out for delivery today and think I can rest easy. 8PM rolls around, no delivery. I call again and I'm told that there were parking restrictions and traffic. Did the driver call me? No. When can I expect delivery? Whenever is least convenient for me apparently... read more
