UPDATE - I just received a call from a sweet-sounding agent to schedule my delivery for tomorrow, so I'm changing my rating from one to three stars. ORIGINAL POST - I've had today's date marked on my calendar as the delivery date for my highly anticipated purchase, which arrived at the local (Marietta/Kennesaw) terminal four days ago. I made sure to be home today and started tracking the delivery early this morning on my phone and laptop, probably refreshing every half hour or so. If they showed up as early as 7am, I wanted to make sure I was up in case they needed to know where to leave it. It's now the afternoon on delivery date but there's no change in the status. I called and was told I need to make an appointment for the delivery! Why haven't they reach out to me about setting up an appointment? How long would it have remained in their warehouse before they finally reached out? I called customer support and am now off the phone with an agent who told me, "You need to have a delivery appointment", and that they would be calling me. The delivery driver, Brock, was absolutely amazing. He was polite, personable, and friendly. He listened to my concerns and needs and even moved the huge 18 wheeler truck so he could load the flooring where it would be more convenient for my contractors to move inside my house. They delivered early and Brock was very careful unloading all the boxes...all 90 of them, each of which weighed a ton! Great company. Highly recommend. read more

Never received Nordstrom delivery. They claim it was delivered but I looked outside immediately after being notified it was dropped off and it was no where to be found. Ring camera also didn't spot anyone near my house. Also, knocked on neighbors doors and drove around neighborhood looking for it without any luck. No picture was provided for delivery. Terrible customer service. Was really looking forward to receiving item but they have no more in stock. Nordstrom needs to switch back to reputable delivery service like UPS or FedEx. We have used them twice. The drivers are super nice, and the items arrive safely. However, I would never use this business again and not recommend them to anybody. Here's why: They have some algorithm that if you have not used them before, and if the item is over 150 pounds, and if the truck doing the pick up has a liftgate, they bill you the $59 for the liftgate regardless. We have a forklift at our location. We specified no forklift needed at pick up. We loaded the truck with our forklift. We have it on our security cameras. A little over a week after they picked up the item, they conveniently charge your credit card the $59. I contacted them and they basically just ignored me. I pretty much gave up the first time. But it happened again today. This time I reached out more determined. They told me that because I met those three criteria, they billed me, and for me to get the charge is reversed, I will have to show them the security footage, or that we have a Forklift, and just silly stuff. All they would have to do is ask the driver, because the driver would remember us and he recognized me from somewhere else anyway, so it wouldn't be a big deal to ask. However, I don't even think at the time of pick up that the driver has a say. Since if you meet these three criteria, you get billed anyway. It's just sad that they dishonestly charge you for a service you didn't use, and then make you jump through all of these hoops to attempt to get a refund. Well, I sent the pictures and everything she asked for. I hope they refund me the money. If not, I will go to small claims court, not only for the money, but mostly out of principle. I've been trying to locate a pallet with two new fenders for an auto restoration for over 2 weeks now. You call and get someone that says we have it. Then someone else will say we can't locate it and we'll call you back. I'm on hold with them again as I write this, 20 minutes of my life I won't get back. How do you run a business like this? I think they stole my items and are leaving me out to dry. They never change. we have a shipment received at the station that is 40 miles away setting on the doc for 2 days. we are not able to get a commitment for delivery. DO NOT USE THEM. Found out at 4:30 pm, when the order was finally delivered, that drivers do not start until 9 am. My freight was approximately 60 miles away, but traveled over 200 miles. Started out in NY, then on to NJ and PA, only to return to NY to deliver my order. Every time I called, I was told it was on its way. When I was called the day prior to delivery to confirm someone would be home, I asked if everything would be on a skid moved by pallet-jack, which the woman on the phone confirmed. I then asked if the delivery driver could drop it inside of the garage, which I was told no, though they driver might do it for an additional fee if you ask in person. Otherwise they are to drop it right at the threshold. My wife was home while I was at work, and the driver told her he could drop it in the garage for an additional $200 cash, which she did not pay. He then proceeded to leave it a quarter way up our driveway, stating it was stuck in the snow. We have a horseshoe driveway, and one end did have a bit of snow, while the other did not. Additionally, our driveway is wide enough for a delivery truck to back into, as many have in the past. Instead of backing in or using the other side of the driveway with the pallet-jack, this delight of a man just left it as shown in the pictures I took when I got home later that evening. I wanted to share a very positive experience with TForce Freight. I ordered a large aquarium that was to be shipped from Florida to Washington State & was very concerned about it arriving intact. The delivery schedulers were very friendly and offered next day delivery. The driver arrived on time and had to navigate our very difficult panhandle driveway with his huge truck. He was friendly and patient as we had to open the boxes to inspect the tank and stand, which took a while. There were no problems and it was a stress free experience compared to what we have experienced from other delivery freight services in the past. read more

After finally calling them they say it can't be delivered for another 4 days because there's no one to drive the truck and deliver and when we say we'll come get it, we're told we can't because it's packed away on the truck! ​I am beyond frustrated with this company. I had a confirmed delivery window today between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM for a massive 5-pallet shipment. To prepare for this, I had to take a full day off work and personally pay for a crew to be on-site to help me unload everything. ​I started calling the terminal at noon just to check in, and I called more than 10 times with absolutely no answer. They completely ghosted me. When I finally got through to someone at 2:30 PM, they casually told me they weren't coming today. No phone call, no email, and zero respect for the fact that I've lost a day's pay and am now out of pocket for the labor I hired. After seeing how they operate, it's no wonder why there are so many huge bad reviews for this company. ​It is ridiculous that these companies will charge a customer a "redelivery fee" the second a driver has to wait, but when they don't show up at all, they expect the customer to just sit there and take the financial hit. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was by far the most unprofessional freight experience we have ever had. When we have used other freight carriers in the past, we've always been able to secure a confirmed delivery date and time up to a week in advance. I thought R&L Carriers was hard to work with but TForce wins the competition of being the most incompetent, unprofessional service we have ever worked with. With TForce, despite numerous calls directly to their warehouse (which went completely unanswered) and multiple calls to their customer service team, we still have no resolution. Even TForce's own customer service could not reach their warehouse during normal business hours. When we finally spoke with someone, they openly admitted that they were not returning calls to customers on purpose because they were so backed up on shipments. Meanwhile, our order has been sitting at their terminal for a week now without a single confirmed delivery window. To make matters worse, TForce reported back to the company we ordered from with a false statement, claiming we had declined a delivery appointment and requested dock pickup instead, something we never said. We received a confirmation from the company we ordered that it was supposed to be delivered on Friday but when we spoke, they said this was not possible. We had clearly communicated that if they couldn't deliver Friday, we would pick it up but we were told that wasn't possible either so we confirmed delivery on Monday. As of this writing, we still do not have a confirmed delivery time window. At this point, we are left questioning whether this is simply non-performance or if it amounts to theft of property, as our paid-for product is sitting in their possession without release. The lack of communication, dishonesty, and complete disregard for customer service is unacceptable. Reading through other reviews, it's clear this is not an isolated issue but a systemic failure. TForce lies to cover their delays, avoids responsibility, and provides no accountability to paying customers. The canned responses from the company on Google reviews ("we regret that we fell short of your expectations...") are meaningless because nothing ever changes. The lack of response from TForce, combined with their overwhelmingly negative track record, reflects very poorly on RTA Cabinets for choosing to work with them. This has been the most difficult and unprofessional delivery experience we've ever had with a cabinet supplier or freight company. It disrupted our schedule, and as a result, not only will we never use TForce again, but we will also not be returning customers of RTA Cabinets. Avoid this company at all costs. read more

Sheer incompetence and lies. We had arranged for valuable cargo to be delivered on Monday, 15 December. Their tracker showed that the merchandise was at their San Leandro facility on Friday, 12 December. No sweat, right? Just load it and come over the hill 30 miles to Livermore. We had people waiting all day on Monday - the scheduled delivery date. No joy. Again, their tracker updated the delivery to the Tuesday. Okay. No joy! Now, the tracker shows a Wednesday delivery date. I called the company and was passed-off 3 times before getting a callback. No, there would not be a delivery today, either. Rather, it was explained that all the drivers "are already out"...the hilarious part is that the customer service person suggested that I could go and get the two pallets myself!!! By this point, I'm looking-around for the hidden cameras...this is surely a bad made-for-TV gag. I not-so-politely suggested that: 1. the genius dispatcher bring the items over; or 2. They get a driver out here this afternoon...I can wait until 7pm. It's now after 3pm and no one has called to update, explain, apologize, offer a free coffee...nothing but crickets. We are not available tomorrow to receive the delivery. My only further course of action is to call our supplier so we can inform them of this episode and simply explain that there will be no further deliveries by this carrier (UPS). Period. read more

Order picked up in Florida 1/28. Arrived in Altanta GA on 1/29. That is the last tracking except for "DELIVERY APPOINTMENT HAS BEEN SCHEDULED WITH THE CONSIGNEE" on 2/5 and 2/6 and "OUT FOR DELIVERY" on 2/11 when I received a call from the driver when he was 30 minutes out. Shipment of 4 boxes of finished flooring became a mess of empty boxes and loose planks all jumbled up and plastic wrapped after boxes were destroyed during shipment. This is the very first time in decades of receiving shipments that I had no option but to refuse delivery, since there was no reasonable way to determine if the shipment was complete and without damage. read more

I work at a company in Delafield, Wisconsin and we had a delivery of 3 pallets of dry goods ($5,000+ worth of ingredients) that were scheduled to be delivered yesterday. The company called a week prior to confirm the delivery time, during this phone call I confirmed that they would be delivering with a lift-gate truck due to the fact we are a small location and do not have the equipment or training to transport pallets on and off of freight trucks. Around 3:00 yesterday we received a call from the delivery driver letting us know he was in back. During this call the driver asked if we had a forklift to transport the pallets, and I reminded him that we requested the lift-gate truck (which always come with a pallet jack to move the pallets on and off the trucks) due to the fact we are unable to move the pallets ourselves. He confirmed he had the lift-gate truck, but repeated that he wasn't sure how he was going to move the pallets despite having all the proper equipment to move them. Once he was parked I walked with him to the back of the truck confirming that he did indeed have the pallet jack and the lift-gate, as well as our three pallets of goods, but he still didn't know how to get them off of the truck. I'm not sure if this company just failed to train their staff properly or if the driver was just lazy and didn't want to do it himself, but it was a very straight forward delivery that has never take more than 15 minutes when our normal delivery service drops them off. The driver was also not able to hold a conversation with any staff and would frequently walk away mumbling in the middle of the conversation, leaving us confused and unsure of what was going on. After about 15 minutes, the driver comes back into the store and tells us he can't deliver it and would be back tomorrow and then just left without another word. This left us without several products in store, products that many customers have driven an hour or longer to come buy. Today when checking the tracking, the shipment was labeled as "failure to deliver due to store closure" which was false as I spoke to the delivery driver face to face, and he just wouldn't deliver the products. An hour or so after checking the tracking, the company calls to schedule the delivery for TOMORROW, despite the driver explicitly saying he would be delivering it today. I reminded them what the driver said and that we were supposed to get it yesterday and their response was, "Well the driver said the store was closed so that's why he couldn't deliver it" Which, again, was a complete lie as I talked to the driver face to face for several minutes. After all this, the representative on the phone tells me they can't get the delivery out to us today, they can't even give us a window for what time the delivery will come tomorrow, and they wont even try to prioritize our shipment despite it now being three days late. Overall this company is the worst delivery company I have ever worked with, the delivery driver they sent was sketchy and unprofessional, the customer service agent I spoke with was unable to do anything but waste my time, and they cant do the one thing they are supposed to do; deliver. I wouldn't even use this company to ship dirt, they are that useless. read more

People who order from American Eagle... beware that this company is contracted with them and they steal your items , take pictures and quickly pick the package up and take the items they want out of the bags, deliver at close to 9pm but don't send notifications until the next day.. you name it... they took my jeans and left a shirt... not just that but this photo is also proof of when I ordered back in October and they text me saying it was delivered but then quickly sped off and claimed they could not return. This courier that is contracted is horrible. I even called American Eagle up and they said they have been getting large amount of complaints about this courier who delivers for them has issues from agents over the phone. Something needs to change... they are stealing from customers and they are contracted with and companies by not delivering goods correctly or ideally. I would leave 0 stars. We had a delivery scheduled for today. The driver pulled up to the wrong entrance for our house and I asked him to use the front entrance. He was put off by the request, but said he would. I went in the house and came back out later to check on the delivery and he didn't leave it - didn't call, attempt to reach me - just left. This company was supposed to deliver my package on Saturday 6/1 and the Nordstroms website said it was delivered, but it wasn't. Then suddenly on Sunday 6/2 I get a delivery notification saying my package was delivered at my front door, which is impossible because unless you live in the building, you can't get to my front door. I'm a broker. My vendor drop shipped freight (with my address as the "from"). I was invoiced by TForce, even though the shipping was ordered by my vendor. (I paid my vendor the shipping). TForce harassed me with phone calls and emails that they would "escalate legal actions". I called and spoke to representatives twice, along with several emails telling them that this invoice was not my responsibility, and to reach out to my vendor. This went on for several weeks with demands that I submit some sort of authorization letter from my vendor, until my vendor replied to TForce telling them that they had sent a check and it had been cleared more than two months ago. Zero customer service, zero understanding, totally irresponsible to send out invoices to the wrong person, and to then try to "escalate" collections to someone who never ordered their service. If you have to use their tradeshow department good luck. I will never use them again. First negative experience. The driver couldn't pick up the package from GES. This took about 6 hours to resolve and they charged me for it. At the end of the day it was a language barrier issue. Second bad experience, completely destroyed wooden crate on a return shipment. Now, this was a heavy duty, reinforced well-built crate, so it would have taken a gigantic force to destroy. Third and final experience, my shipment was not picked up until 3 days after it was scheduled. Mind you I was communicating with them throughout the day and trying every avenue I could to get help with this (phone calls, emails, texts). When it finally was picked up I was concerned it would not make it on time. I was told that it was still guaranteed for delivery on 6/6. When I arrived on 6/7 it was not there. They'd never sent me the tracking number either so I had no avenue to work with their regular customer service who "don't use the same numbers" The tradeshow department is closed on a sunday and were not on site as they told me they would be so I had no way of knowing if my booth would arrive on time for the show. So I call them at 7am on the day of the show to find out if there is a prayer I'll get my shipment in time. I talk to the same rep that dropped the ball throughout the process "Debbie" and received no explanation, no apology and no indication of when I could expect to see my crate. Apparently it was in ohio still. So I requested it just be returned to sender at their cost and went last minute shopping in an uber to try to put together some kind of booth. Day one of the tradeshow went on. I arrived to day two of the tradeshow to see my crate. So .... now I have more stuff than I can possibly ship back in one crate and I already bought all this stuff that was not in my budget to make this show go on..... Suuuuper helpful. read more

I strongly recommend they get their act together. Service calls go to Asia and billing is outsourced to South America. No one is on USA time table or properly can address the concerns.
