There is no need to call in the order ahead of time. 30 minutes means 50 minutes!!! And let's not forget the 20 minutes that it takes to be checked out for a to-go order. You would think that they were full to capacity and has people waiting.. slow and wouldn't recommend!!! And of course they condiments requested were wrong!!! And you should train your employees because a dishonest person would have walked out with the order because she put it in the counter and walked away. Imagine her face when I asked if I could pay??? Oh I thought you were picking up an Uber order. When did you think that? What gave you the indication? Because I never mentioned Uber. I know that there are limitations with hiring and service but just know that settling for just a body will cost you. Service still matters!! I used to love the Logan's that was on Abercorn St, preferred it over Longhorns and Outback. I don't know what is going on with the Pooler location but how it's still open it a mystery to me, it must be a money laundering front for some kind of illegal operation! The tables are filthy and sticky, most of the employees are the rough around the edges biker types and their food is incredibly overpriced. I've been in a couple of times at night with my family and we walked out before ordering because of the poor service and prices. Last week I went in during the week for lunch with a coworker. They don't have a lunch menu, which is unheard of in this area. The cheapest thing to order for lunch was a $12 salad. They do have a daily special for a decent price that is available from 3pm - 5pm, so when I reach 70 I can start eating dinner there I guess. The place is always empty, for good reason. The management must be non existent in the place or simply doesn't care. Take my advice and stay away from this place. Go to Longhorn or Texas Roadhouse. read more

Me and my daughter went here yesterday. When we first arrived we asked for our drinks, they said they were out of dr. pepper and didn't know how to make a bloody mary. When we finally got drinks we asked if we were going to get rolls, the waitress proceeds to bring out only 2 rolls. This was, quite possibly, the worst service I have ever had, at any restaurant, ever. Even though it was nearly empty, and we got there at 8:56, it was near closing when we finally got our food. In that time, the waitress filled our drinks once. When our food DID arrive, my steak was cooked to shoe leather. As we waited until after close, the staff ended up locking out one of my guests, and the bar tender complained when one of my party went to let her in.The one saving grace was the manager, who was friendly and efficient, but did not offer to comp anything for the poor food and service. Where to begin... well I'll start with the fact that my party of 7 had a reservation for 6:30 this past Saturday. Upon entering the establishment at approximately 6pm, we were told that even though we had a reservation, there was nothing they could do to seat us. Because the tables meant for a party (3 of them) currently had parties at them. What is the point of a reservation if you aren't going to reserve the seats. Not to mention the lack of available seating for parties that large. After we were seated at around 7pm. We had our drink orders and apps taken by our incredibly hard-working waitress. Unfortunately, the drinks came out one by one, each one slower than the last. 1 member of my party ordered what logans steak house calls "peach tea." Yeah, more like peach PEE. It was disgusting. The person who ordered asked for a coke to replace. Now come time to serve the food. The majority of the party ordered steaks, rare to medium. I feel as though it was just something they HAD to ask when you order a steak. Like a gimmick to give guys the impression they're about to eat a juicy rare steak. Not one single steak came out as ordered. We had a mixed variety of medium well to well. The sides were bland and lacking color and life. The enormous bill was fit more for a TRH or a longhorns type of quality. Yes, we left feeling full. But this place leaves so much to be desired. Again Logan's has not surprised. We keep trying, we loved Logan's, but the Pooler location has made us forget the love. After waiting to be seated at a crowded table, it was 15 minutes before drink, and dinner offers were taken at the same time. Twenty minutes later, bread came out, and 15 minutes later we still had not gotten salads. We left because the last time we were here the same thing happened...except we did get our steaks and twice mine was dripping with blood....not how I ordered it. I am only giving this 2 stars because the hostess was polite and professional. The waiter, Justin, was terrible. After we ordered drinks, just tea and a soda, it took over 10 minutes for him to come back. Then brought the wrong salad dressing so he grabbed the wrong one came back a few minutes later and slid it on the table as he walked by. After the food came, we could not get his attention for refills so I walked back to the wait staff station where he was standing. After we were done he brought the check. We waited way too long for him to come back so we took our payment upfront to see if they could get his attention. The hostess was sweet and located him. We normally tip 20-25% but I left him 16% and that was generous. Now the food. My husband had the filet and it was tough and dry. First and foremost, how can it be terrible at the same table that I sat in before. Different server same experience. I had mixed thoughts about this visit, but in the end I think it was a win. The service was really slow at first. It was a while before we even got our drinks. I'm not sure if the server didn't know she had someone new in her section or not, but it did take a while. After that, however, the service was very good. She was very prompt and took care of us very well. The food was delicious. I was going budget-conscious this time, so I only got a burger, but it was very tasty. I used to love Logan's in Atlanta (now gone) and Athens, so I stopped at this one. The peanuts were stale. Ok, anyone can have a bad batch. But the top sirloin was a tough and unusual cut that the chef should have used for something else. One end was thin and cooked to well-done. The other was thick and raw in the middle. I guess that's how they describe medium rare. And the salad was swimming in dressing. The bartender who served me asked if I wanted them to cook it some more, missing my point when I said the cut of meat was poor. The place was full, so I guess my experience was an anomaly. This was a horrific experience. Our table was sticky. The booth was covered in crumbs and trash. I loved going to Logan's RoadHouse when we lived near one. We don't any longer and we stopped at one on vacation because I remembered it being good. I convinced my wife it was similar to Texas Roadhouse. That is false Texas Roadhouse is a phenomenal establishment. I will not be back to Logan's maybe ever again because of this experience. Our waitress was non existent at 9:15pm on a Friday night. Bathroom was more disgusting than several gas stations we stopped at from Texas to Florida to Savannah, Georgia. My wife got the ribs with fries. Truthfully it was decent. I got the ribeye with the rice and it was cooked correctly, but it was an awful cut of meat. I was very disappointed. Our waitress was good but she forgot the rolls to start the meal. A guy in a chilis uniform actually greeted us while the hostess was cracking up about something...Maybe she thought it was funny. We got sat but weren't greeted for 10 min. Our waitress was OK. Ok, for me this would normally be a 3 -star place on its best day, but I am giving 4 -stars because I think they really understand what their customers want. They are along the highway so many people wants a decent meal quickly. We got just that. They are also popular with the locals because they are friendly and very reasonably priced.
