If I could leave a zero I would. I just got to Savannah, GA and did uber eats and ordered a fried chicken salad. I received a side salad. No chicken what-so-ever. What a waste of money!!! What a sucky place. I should have read the reviews first. The rolls are good but came with regular butter not their signature cinnamon butter which is why I ordered them.

This is the worse Logan's I have ever been to. I ordered country fried and the whole steak was burnt. Also the chips were stale. Do not eat here.

Employees supposedly, going to check on the progress on my food with no estimate of when it'll be ready

Ordered some takeout and waited about an hour and a half before I got my food. Just go down the street the Texas or outback.

We ordered an onion ring appetizer, and we got three of THESE things instead...

I've tried other Logan's Steakhouses in other neighborhoods, and I've never been a fan. This one puts them all to shame. The service is slooooow even on a weeknight, and the food is so unimpressive. We ordered an onion ring appetizer, and we got three of THOSE things, seen in my picture. If you aren't going to make actual rings, or a cactus blossom, Logan's decides to just batter a whole darned onion and fry it. Done. Their stroganoff was bad, as was the gumbo, the onion rings, and the fried mushrooms. And you will wait a LONG time. How is this chain even still open anywhere except next to a dollar general?

Good food, fast. Had a good time, did not stay to long. Would go back to eat there for sure. Side note kids loved the peanuts too.

Very good food! Always a good time. Can't pass up a cold beer. The peanuts were squishy for some reason but the food was great.

Poor service, tastes like the ocean steaks, and not good at all. Stay away! At least they did apologize for thorough crapiness.

We had a chance to visit 912 Korean BBQ and hot pot last weekend. We were looking for something…read morecasual but filling for dinner and because we had not tried out this place yet but had driven by several times, we decided to check it out. Definitely a great decision on a hunch. This is an all you can eat hot pot concept and frankly my first time attending this version. While I have visited hibachi restaurants in the past, this is not that. Basically this is a dual table side prep concept where you can either make your own custom soups and broths, and hot pot seafood or you can select the grill and grill of a variety of fresh meats and fish and vegetables, or you can get both. Both come with a small dessert bar and seem to be accompanied with the additional Fresh salad and sauce bar, although I'm not quite sure if one of those may have been restricted if you did the grill only or the hot pot only. Pricing is pretty fair at about $30 a person which rises to mid 30s if you decide to get both options. We went with the combo because we had never tried this concept before, but in the future, I may lean more towards the grill option only. Especially if I'm not in the mood for hot pot or soup. But I definitely enjoyed the combination choice for our first visit. The meat and vegetable selections at this restaurant are pretty vast and this is after the server first sets you up and allows you to pick from several different types of broth for your hot pot. In addition, they have a sauce bar that must've had 20+ sauces available to choose from. I think one of the most overwhelming aspects of this concept is lack of familiarity with the right combinations of hot pot and grilled options. For this we leaned heavily on our server and she did a great job of guiding us through a couple of her favorite combinations, as well as some of the favorite combinations of other patrons. This was really helpful because there isn't a menu or chart to help you unlock all of the really cool combinations that you can put together including Ramen udon and Thai soup varieties. All of the ingredients you need to make any of those dishes, but in your own customize version, are here to your heart's desire. Service is really good as they do switch out the grills rather rapidly as they will get charred and start to burn and smoke after three or four rounds of fresh meats and veggies slapped on them. However, they do not switch out your broth choice so once you make your choice, that's what you're rolling with for the rest of the dinner. All in all we were really satisfied with the freshness and the preparation of most of the ingredients and sauces. I did think the dessert bar was a little weak given the multitude of options elsewhere, but I also understand that this is consistent with the cultural preferences, which don't skew as heavy on traditional sweets, like American taste do. All in all this is definitely a treat for those looking for a great date night or just looking to take the family out for a really engaging and tasty cook at your table experience - all you can eat style!

Had a wonderful experience here! The variety of options was impressive, and the service was great…read morefrom start to finish. The ambiance was quiet and really enjoyable--perfect for a relaxed meal. The broth could use a bit more flavor overall, but the spicy one was definitely the standout. I'd absolutely come back and explore more of the menu!

The vibe is classic Texas Roadhouse; loud and fun. I had a burger and a salad this time, and everything was so fresh and tasty. Our server was great, food was ok. But the check in with the host and lack of management was incredibly off. We used the helpful online waitlist and when told by text that we could check in, we were told to stand "over there" and someone will seat us. This is standard TR process - so fine, we did. But then we waited and waited and waited. We watched everyone around us get seated including people who appeared to walk in after we were "began standing over there". We estimated to have waited an extra 15 min in the corner while others were promptly seated. When we thought maybe they forgot about us, we went up the hostess stand and the host spoke to us like we were children and didn't know how to follow instructions. No apology but rather, "your table isn't ready yet, just wait over there and we'll let you know when it's ready." When the table was finally ready, we were the only ones that didn't get the bread upon seating (they ran out). We finally got the bread when our dinner meals arrived. No apology no thank you for your patience. Normally management comes around to check on how things were going. Not at this location, apparently. It looked like management was busy watching the football game on the TV, even though the restaurant was packed. So, make a note to self, the Pooler TR does things their own way and maybe pass on by next time you are in the area and want some TR.
