If I could leave a zero I would. I just got to Savannah, GA and did uber eats and ordered a fried chicken salad. I received a side salad. No chicken what-so-ever. What a waste of money!!! What a sucky place. I should have read the reviews first. The rolls are good but came with regular butter not their signature cinnamon butter which is why I ordered them.

1/4 inch thick ribeye and baked potato

Wife and I went for dinner yesterday. At 5:30 pm. , which I would classify dinner time, expecting to a long wait. No line, only 2 people seated at the expansive bar, and only 2 tables occupied. Should have gotten the hint but opted to stay and eat. Ordered the 16 oz. rib-eye for myself and my wife ordered the tenderloin. Salad came first and we both enjoyed them. When the main event was served what a shock. My 16oz ribeye was 10oz at best. Cooked at ordered but mostly fat. Wife's tenderloin ordered medium was rare. Very disappointing. Have eaten at several Logan's while traveling and never had any complaints. The one in Pooler did not hold a candle to the others. Waitress was attentive and very friendly. No complaints there. She didn't buy the steaks or cook them. Quality of the food is never the server's fault so she got a good tip. Only advice I could give is buy better beef and learn how to cook them to the customers satisfaction.

Country fried steak

This is the worse Logan's I have ever been to. I ordered country fried and the whole steak was burnt. Also the chips were stale. Do not eat here.

Employees supposedly, going to check on the progress on my food with no estimate of when it'll be ready

Ordered some takeout and waited about an hour and a half before I got my food. Just go down the street the Texas or outback.

We ordered an onion ring appetizer, and we got three of THESE things instead...

I've tried other Logan's Steakhouses in other neighborhoods, and I've never been a fan. This one puts them all to shame. The service is slooooow even on a weeknight, and the food is so unimpressive. We ordered an onion ring appetizer, and we got three of THOSE things, seen in my picture. If you aren't going to make actual rings, or a cactus blossom, Logan's decides to just batter a whole darned onion and fry it. Done. Their stroganoff was bad, as was the gumbo, the onion rings, and the fried mushrooms. And you will wait a LONG time. How is this chain even still open anywhere except next to a dollar general?

Ribeye and broccoli
Gen S.

We ordered via DoorDash. Nothing like a perfectly seasoned and cooked ribeye, with steamed broccoli of course!

Good food on different items. Ok place. Not my first choice though. Staff are fine but could use a little more drive.

As for the BBQ; The brisket, was tender and moist. Thr Burt-ends, weren't dry, had a lovely smoke to them. The ribs were tasty, and the chicken (although a bit dry, had a nice smoke and was seasoned perfectly. Now, the sides; all of which need work. There isn't a side dish that I can say is worth any calories over. I'd recommend getting the bbq and pairing sides with what you have in your fridge. Thr overall experience was decent for the price point. If I go back, I will only à la carte only.

But alas, my taste buds got the better of me and so I ended up stopping in for a carry out. Jim's, at least this location, is a spacious restaurant with plenty of parking. The takeout counter is located behind the bar and the day visited, it was packed like a party. I ordered the wings, the trio appetizer and a brisket sandwich. The brisket was the highlight of the meal, tender and smoky. The wings were also fire and the onion rings were huge. The meal came to almost $50 but it was worth it. I will probably skip the appetizer the next time but other than that, it was a great experience.

Our neighbors (Trinh & Brian) took us out to their favorite Korean BBQ restaurant & now it is also ours! From the moment we walked into the restaurant, we knew it was special. The ambience, the decor, the lighting, the cleanliness - wonderfully impressive. And the star of the show - the selection of some of the freshest meats, fish, vegetables, sauces & condiments I have ever seen! A never - ending buffet of the most delicious steak, pork, chicken, shrimp, scallops, crab, oysters, lamb, vegetables, too many items to list. THE BEST restaurant we've been to since moving here from Chicago. Thank you MINH, your restaurant is AMAZING!!

We were looking for something…read morecasual but filling for dinner and because we had not tried out this place yet but had driven by several times, we decided to check it out. Definitely a great decision on a hunch. This is an all you can eat hot pot concept and frankly my first time attending this version. While I have visited hibachi restaurants in the past, this is not that. Basically this is a dual table side prep concept where you can either make your own custom soups and broths, and hot pot seafood or you can select the grill and grill of a variety of fresh meats and fish and vegetables, or you can get both. Both come with a small dessert bar and seem to be accompanied with the additional Fresh salad and sauce bar, although I'm not quite sure if one of those may have been restricted if you did the grill only or the hot pot only. Pricing is pretty fair at about $30 a person which rises to mid 30s if you decide to get both options. We went with the combo because we had never tried this concept before, but in the future, I may lean more towards the grill option only. Especially if I'm not in the mood for hot pot or soup. But I definitely enjoyed the combination choice for our first visit. The meat and vegetable selections at this restaurant are pretty vast and this is after the server first sets you up and allows you to pick from several different types of broth for your hot pot. In addition, they have a sauce bar that must've had 20+ sauces available to choose from. I think one of the most overwhelming aspects of this concept is lack of familiarity with the right combinations of hot pot and grilled options. For this we leaned heavily on our server and she did a great job of guiding us through a couple of her favorite combinations, as well as some of the favorite combinations of other patrons. This was really helpful because there isn't a menu or chart to help you unlock all of the really cool combinations that you can put together including Ramen udon and Thai soup varieties. All of the ingredients you need to make any of those dishes, but in your own customize version, are here to your heart's desire. Service is really good as they do switch out the grills rather rapidly as they will get charred and start to burn and smoke after three or four rounds of fresh meats and veggies slapped on them. However, they do not switch out your broth choice so once you make your choice, that's what you're rolling with for the rest of the dinner. All in all we were really satisfied with the freshness and the preparation of most of the ingredients and sauces. I did think the dessert bar was a little weak given the multitude of options elsewhere, but I also understand that this is consistent with the cultural preferences, which don't skew as heavy on traditional sweets, like American taste do. All in all this is definitely a treat for those looking for a great date night or just looking to take the family out for a really engaging and tasty cook at your table experience - all you can eat style!

Located in a large shopping center, Shane's is situated in a corner with ample parking. We came in when they'd just opened for the afternoon and our cashier was so sweet and patient. We asked for her recommendations and ended up with a filling lunch. Our 3YO loved the Mac and Cheese & was treated by our food runner with some ice cream. The restaurant is a local favorite and family owned. They are very active in the community and known for fundraising opportunities. The food was delicious and I swear we gained 5 pounds each. We settled into loaded buffalo chicken fries and 2 plates. There was an assortment of hot sauces and homemade bbq sauces. I loved that they had a sink available to patrons (bbq gets messy) as well as a to-go station to pack up any extras you may need (utensils, sauces, wipes, & takeout boxes). The staff was great and super friendly. And we were presented with house made peach cobblers.... Probably the best I have ever had! We asked for 1 extra to go! It was sweet, flaky, buttery, but had a taste of savory caramel flavors. Perfect with vanilla ice cream! If you are ever in Savannah and within 2-4 miles of the airport, please give Shane's a try!
