Worst service ever! The server brought food to our table and sat it in front of the kids and she run back picked up and took it to another table. Then when the food was finally brought to our table again she handed the a child who almost dropped the plate. The kids went to the restroom and found $10 on the floor she put it in her pocket. read more

This is my rating for my experience today. We arrived with a party of 14 and was told we had a 30 minute wait. I watched a group of 4 and 5 come in and was seated. ( they were never served and left) We were then told after we waited 30 minutes that we had to come back at 6pm because they have a party of 20. We weren't told this upon arrival!!! We were told this AFTER WE WAITED PATIENTLY FOR OVER 30 minutes. So they can turn us away and tell us we have to come back 2 hrs later??? And on top of that, the reserved party he mentioned wasn't there!! Why couldn't we be seated!! This is very unprofessional and not how customers should be treated!!! Is this a private restaurant where you turn people Away?? I've never been turned away from a restaurant due to a large party. I watched several people walk out. The host never came back with a manager. The female kitchen manager came and apologized. We left. Customer service goes a long way and the host needs to be trained in these situations. Their restaurant rating was a 79 at that!!!!! And no one EVER CONTACTED ME read more

The service was great. I ordered the 6 oz center cut sirloin steak, macaroni & cheese, and green beans. Everything had a good flavor. It was the perfect place for a birthday dinner. I only wish I could've received more of those rolls! read more

Possibly the worst Logans restraunt we have been to. I travel alot with my company and clients love Logans but this was the second time I went and both times were the worst. All the staff is munching on food I front of the customers. They have a table in the back were they eat infront of everyone. I noticed all plates that were sent back ( which were alot) get sent to that table. I even saw the manager drop of food in that pile and she started to eat and laugh with them. Everything was late and the attitudes were terrible. Lots of curse words by the staff said out loud. Lots of things slammed due to being in a bad mood by the staff. Nobody walks with purpose. They are dragging their feet. I can only imagine what state the kitchen is in. Corporate should really do a surprise visit. read more

Most disappointing trip to a Logan's I've had. The initial service was polite and friendly but no one ever came back after the food came until it came time for the check. I ordered a steak medium rare. Well about 1/4 was. The rest medium well. Normally I would have sent it back but was on a lunch break and didn't have time to have another one cooked. It was still ok not that great but edible. Mistakes happen a lot in restaurant but it wasn't that busy in the restaurant and nobody bothered to ask. Thats why 2 stars. read more

uh they take 4ever to take our order took like couple hours and it's very hot in here and sweaty. L service bffr

Only reason why it has 2 stars is because of our nice server. The African American manager came to our table with her stomach hanging out of her shirt touching her knees (and no I'm not being mean her stomach was literally out out her work shirt) telling my dad that they already called his food out and got mad cause he didn't notice. Go to McDonald's down the street. You'll get better service read more

We went to Logans Roadhouse after my son-in-law college graduation. The restaurant closed at 10pm we arrived at 8:30pm. We have reservations, the staff there was more accommodating than anyone I have ever been too. We got there at 8:25pm, we were seated immediately (a party of 20, which 7 were children under the age of 5) One lady took all the orders, we waited about 20 minutes but everyone got all their food at the same time, all of it was HOT and Fresh, and no one order was wrong! I would recommend anyone to this restaurant anytime. I will be attaching a picture of my plate, I took it to work the next day because I did so much talking I was unable to eat at the restaurant, everyone was done. Lol, so don't judge me too horribly! I had the sweet potatoe with sugar and butter and a ribeye medium well that was to dye for! It was so tender the day of and even better the next day! This place is a must! read more

Logan's Roadhouse - DISCLAIMER!!! Lol, this was the day after. Anywho it's a sweet potatoe and ribeye that was amazing! Kudos Logans! - American Near Me - Mobile, Alabama

We arrived at 630pm on a Friday night. It wasn't busy and we had to wait for the staff to finish their conversation before being seated. Rolls were missing an ingredient because they were very bland. Server was efficient, but wasn't personable. Baked potatoes were small and must have had a 1/3 cup of butter on each. My husband could scoop out a big dollop of butter on his, but my potato was just floating in melted butter. I asked for butter only and got cheese with mine. My steak was medium well when i asked for medium and my husband's was more well than medium well. Server did ask us to cut into the steaks but we don't like sending food back so said they were fine. Timing on the food was good. We didn't have to wait long for bread, salads, main course, or ticket. read more

The food is burnt or lacking in being close to good , ordered the over stuffed French dip once I got it they put a whopping 3 slices of beef in it more onions than beef the only good side was the service they where the only shiny thing in this crap steakhouse, I saw the poor quality that was being thrown out there window an know this is not a place to eat again at So gone back because management asked and was very nice so I did , what could go wrong ? ...... All I ordered was the cheese cake , well that showed up as all messed up with no care and frozen solid in the center making it not edible , when I addressed the waitress " who disappears the whole time had to flag down " her response was " oh I had to get one from the freezer you must have got it " then turned around and left ......... so the only shiny part from last time was no more that's why I will not return at all and wish I could give minus stars read more

I would give them a ZERO STAR if I could! I ordered on doordash & they gave me an old burger that was DRY & I ordered loaded waffle fries they weren't even waffle fries! Or loaded! They were regular fries with barely any cheese! Ugh SO TERRIBLE! DO NOT EAT HERE!! read more

I do DoorDash and arrived at Logan's roadhouse to pick up an order. I let the staff member in charge of mobile orders know who I was there for and she told me just a bit. She finished gathering what I would learn later to be my order but didn't bag it. Over the next 28 minutes she dilly dallied around, helped other customers before leaving for a bit. She came back and asked again the name I had which was the order sitting infront of her for nearly half an hour already finished but just needed to be bagged up. My customer got cold ass food and I lost half an hour of time working. I don't get paid hourly I get paid per delivery. And for anyone wandering this happens a lot. Never this bad and never worth a review but this one was honestly disgusting. read more

Tonight was the first time I ever picked up steak and ribs to go and let me tell you, the girl (Samantha?) at the to go counter was amazing. I did not order before I got there, so I had to wait around 20 minutes to get my food and during that time I got to witness a spectacular employee. I used to run a restaurant group with 27 locations and I have only had maybe one or two employees as organized as she was. Oh and the food? Ribeye and the ribs were done to perfection. Our first dine in experience was just average, but tonight, they had their act together. Take out steak and ribs? Yes please!! read more

My husband and I bought take out on Easter. He had the fried shrimp and I had the salmon. We both throughly enjoyed every bite of our meals. The restaurant was very full and had a lot of take out orders, with that being said, the quality and taste of the food was excellent! Logan's will now be out number 1 place for our special meals. We purchased from the restaurant on Airport Boulevard in Mobile, Alabama. Great taste everything was wonderful including the main courses, Mac and cheese, baked potato and sweet potato, yum. And those rolls! Thank you for making such great food! We'll be back! read more

This location is amazing, fast service, great food. The drinks are so yummy and only $6. Not a bad deal.

Horrible customer service. Gave my take out order away to another customer, i to accuse me of having already picked it up. No apology or anything else offered after customer called to complain they were given wrong order. Had to wait long time for them to begrudgingly make me new order. I complained online, was told someone would contact me. Been a month now. No call or email. App also spotty, doesn't apply rewards correctly. read more

We have eaten her for years and always had very good food and service but this trip was bad enough to make me be a Karen! Also will be contacting their home office! On 6/22/21 my family was waiting to be seated around 2pm, after the lunch rush. Another group close to the same size came in several minutes later and were immediately seated! When we asked "nicely" why they were seated before us, the hosts started defending his actions very loudly and very rudely. If I had to guess this was a reaction to being called out! He approached us and very loudly and over the top body language... he put on a show! The manager called him over but never came to us to find out what the issue was! After that we left and will not be back and will make sure as many people as we know are aware of the treatment we received! read more

Gave two stars cause the waitress tried her best. But the place was an absolute mess. I understand its custom to throw peanut shells on the floor but there were napkins, straw wrappers, and paper cups on the floor the entire time we were here. The wait staff just stepped over stuff. Pictures don't lie. The kitchen took close to an hour to prepare our food, and the restaurant was over half empty. We were sitting 20 minutes before we even got our fresh rolls. The salmon on my wives plate was over cooked. I had a grilled chicken salad which came out without chicken. When my chicken came out it was burnt black around the edges. Definitely won't be back. read more

Close this place down. They didn't put any seasoning on the french fries, mash potatoes, chicken wings, or steak. They brought out refrigerator cold ribs and didn't even bother to microwave them. lol I ordered a full rack but got two small quarter racks. They said they do it by weight. well don't call it a full rack if its not a full rack. very poor service. She had one table and couldn't bother to refill water. read more

Took my granddaughter here for lunch after a busy morning. Pro: Waitress was very friendly and rolls were great. Con: As we were finishing our food I looked 2 tables over near the fireplace and saw a huge roach crawling towards our booth on the floor!!! I brought it to our waitresses attention and she walked over and stepped on it. The thought of it now makes me nauseas!! It took a bit to be seated though the restaurant wasn't busy. After we were seated there was confusion about whose section we were in so my husband told the manager we hadn't been helped and she quickly apologized and sent a server to our table. Service was alright. Nothing bad about any of the employees, but none made us feel like they were excited to be there. Rolls were delicious, but just plain butter was served. Nothing wrong with plain butter, but nothing to distinguish their bread and butter. It was nice to receive plenty of lemons with our drinks when asked. Many places only give you one wedge. Appetizer of fried pickles wasn't bad, but serving size was a tad small and served with plain ranch, flair of their own. Salads were on the small size, but at least it actually had something other than lettuce in it. Steaks were average, nothing amazing, and we ordered ribeye and porterhouse steaks. Baked potato skin was a solid layer of salt that spread all over the plate. The sweet potato was good. Had a coupon which made the dinner a little more worth it, but not sure I'd be back and pay menu price. I did find it odd that at the bottom of the receipt the gratuity calculator didn't reflect the percentage correctly. read more

So disappointed with the food here. Not only was 6 of 8 meals completely burnt the first time around, simple cheeseburgers were brought back burnt the second time around. Now why would the cooks even allow these to be served? Maybe because they don't care? The place was not busy so there was absolutely no excuses. On top of this the manager wanted us to pay for the 2 meals that were semi ok and never offered to comp anything. Her only excuse was "it's been a day". Would never recommend to anyone. It's not even a 1 star review. read more

My girlfriend and I went here because it was close to our hotel. I was a bit hesitant due to some of the reviews. Our waitress was Tracy S., and she was extremely pleasant, helpful, and appropriately attentive. Our dinner, filet mignon, was prepared as ordered, tender, with a great flavor. Five stars, without a doubt! read more

So disappointing!! Husband and I were craving a good steak meal, here visiting from Oregon. Entered Sunday around 12:30 PM, lunch time - was told about a 10 minute wait. We told the host we'd wait in the bar, he said no problem - he would come get us. I'm in a wheelchair, as such my husband and I needed a table. After 30 minutes, and seeing him seat others at tables - my husband asked for a manager. The manager talked to him and told us that there had been some on a list (whatever that meant), but we would be seated right away. We were. After sitting at the table for another 45 minutes, being pasted up by 3 different servers (No menu, No water, No "Be Right With You") Eye contact with one of them twice - We decided that our business was not desired. So we left. If you are of a certain color, you will probably get good service. This was my perception of why vs. why not we were served. I may be incorrect about the 'why', but not incorrect about how bad the service was. I would recommend this place to someone that I wanted to mess their day up with. read more

We both got the Logan and it was awesome. Waitress was great and on spot. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

I spent right at about a $100 bucks asked the manager for some plates are maybe a few carrie out plates and she told me that she couldn't do that so guess what we won't buy anything else from them sorry lost customer read more

We have ate here many times, but over the past few years I feel that the service has not been as good as it has been. No employees had a smile. This tells me that no one wants to be here. Our waitress, I believe was just under trained, she was trying just didn't know really what to do. The food... needs some attention. Grilled items were cold on arrival, fried items were piping hot. My wife's sweet potato had a tablespoon of cinnamon on it. Our children's food was as we ordered. read more

I haven't been to this location in a few years, so I was hesitant to have this experience. But I was pleasantly surprised! We arrived around 1pm and it wasn't crowded at all. We were given the option of a booth or table, and we choose a booth. There was a trainee with our server and she allowed the trainee to place our drinks. I thought that was nice to allow him to get the real experience. Our food arrived quickly and was very tasty. We never ran low on drinks and our server was very attentive. I ordered the sweet potato side and was shocked at how wonderful it was! Something about the preparation made it very easy to access all of the potato! Our server brought our check before she offered us any dessert, but other than that, we has a very positive and refreshing experience! read more

Logan's Roadhouse - Moonshine White Chocolate Sauce? Yum!! - American Near Me - Mobile, Alabama

I have been to this Logan's before several times. The service has usually been good as it was this time. My wife asked for sirloin tips medium, which is listed on the lunch menu but not on the regular menu. The waitress was helpful and said that she would be sure the cook would set it up for my wife. I ordered a regular 8 oz sirloin. When the food came what my wife got was steak that was very rare(bloody) and tasted awful. My steak was done, but very dry. It was not cooked at medium, and did not taste as good as I had gotten before. All in all the food was a major failure. The waitress was good. She agreed to take the steak off the ticket. I tipped the waitress in cash and told her to make sure it was not shared with cooks as they had performed poorly read more

Service was terrible! Our waitress had another table beside us and gave much better service to them from the start! She kept helping them and ignoring us. My husbands steak was covered in salty onions which made the whole steak bad, he spit it out it was so bad. My food, grilled meatloaf was also quite salty. Out of the entire ordeal my drink was never refilled nor was our sons sprite. My husbands drink was refilled with the wrong drink. We had written off Logans and it will stay off our list. Food was just not it. Steak was over cooked and undercooked, Mac and cheese was cold sweet tea wasn't sweet

This is the second time I came to this restaurant. The first time I didn't enjoy the wait nor the food since I had to wait at least 45 mins just for the waitress to take our drink order. By then my party and I were ready to place order. The waitress, instead of taking our order all at once, decided to walk off without taking out food order. When she came back with drinks (after another 15min), and after taking our food order. It took another 45 mins to get our food. By then, we're all ready to leave. The wait is the major issue here again my second experience. The food seems off par since I don't remember a "medium cooked" steak to be so dry...again. The ONLY reason why gave this place a 2 star is because of the rolls. I guess its the only dish they can't mess up and get to our table within 45 mins read more
