Both my steak and the wife's were overcooked. Medium rare filet came out medium. The 8oz sirloin medium rare came out well done. Due to our wait time (the restaurant was not busy) my wife ate hers as it was. The replacement sirloin was also overcooked and the manager was asked to talk to me ** by the server ** He asked if I wanted him to go remake it and I just said no. Two times that we ordered out the steaks were under done by a lot. I mean nearly raw and we ordered medium well. I've been here a few times. This is our go to restaurant while in the area. They were on the busy side especially with to go orders, glad to see that!!! We waited a little bit before being seated. The hostess stated she wanted to make sure our server was able to give her undivided attention to our group and she was on top of everything. Excellent service!!! Our group ordered burgers, pork chops, the mesquite-grilled chicken dinner and salad and of course several rounds of rolls. Those rolls (hot, delicious, and buttery) got us into trouble as we all only ate half our our meals. We did enjoy what we had! My salad was huge and I was able to eat the rest for breakfast, wasn't going to let it go to waste. Didn't mind the leftovers at all. We came for a quick meal before heading home. No high expectations. Either here or Morrisons. We were quickly seated. Server promptly took our drink orders. We settled in on chopped steak and 6oz sirlon. Both prepared to perfection and served hot. Our sides...sweet potato, grilled veg, grilled mushrooms, and broccoli and cooked to our satisfaction. The guy that's a manager was there and he had no care in the world that the food was not right. Stopping for an overnight stay in Mobile, and we chose Logan's for dinner because we've had a good experience at a previous location. To start off we ordered a Jack and Coke and a Tito's with soda. I specified club soda but got tonic instead. We also ordered the fried mushrooms for an appetizer, and they came out at the same time as our food. I will say they were a little soggy/greasy by the time we got them, but they were still tasty. For dinner I ordered the piled up pork plate with baked potato (inside was brown indicating it was past it's fresh time) with baked beans. My husband ordered the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes with a side of green beans. He cleaned his plate without a complaint. Overall it was a good experience. First going in the staff was friendly but the staff sat my family and I down at a booth that was leaking water so we asked to be seated at the next booth and he said well that table has mold on it would you like to go sit on the other side so we agree. It was so hot on that side several tables had not been cleaned the whole time we were the. They took forever to bring the margarita, it was the wrong one and you could tell simp by the color. We ordered the ribs, first they said they were sold out then they said sorry we do have them only to come back a say I'm so sorry we don't have the ribs, so we both ordered steak well done that was hard to cut. Got a call from management and she left a voicemail saying they would re make it. Walked into a nearly empty dining room and one of the host told me there would be an hour wait. I was taken back by that because I saw just one other party. We just stood there flabbergasted. Another host walked by and seated us immediately. The waitress and food was great but we watched as some people were seated and others were selectively turned away. My daughter and I went in to Logan's in Mobile Alabama on the service road today. The man at the bar was also the waiter in the section we were seated at. This gentlemen did not address us the whole 2 and a half hours we were there. This was very embarrassing, seeing him come to the table by us 3 different time. I went to the hostess and asked who was the waiter or waitress for my table. The hostess asked, he hasn't came to your table yet? A waitress overheard and asked would you like me to get your table. After I spoke with the manager in the pink shirt, she said she was going to speak with him but didn't, this is crazy. Take accountability for your staff. The manager in the pink shirt did apologize. The service was excellent, the food was great, and the rolls kept coming out, piping hot! Our server, Nas, answered our kids' questions about food, made sure salads didn't have tomatoes, and was friendly and patient the whole visit. She didn't hover, but kept drinks filled and kids happy. We had ribs, the fried cheese burger, fried shrimp, and chicken tenders. The salads were fresh and green with cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, and purple onions. Everything was tasty and hot. Dined at Logan's after my grandparents persuaded me that this steakhouse advertised on TV was the best deal in town for an early dinner. While the American Roadhouse Meals at $9.49 are reasonably price, this restaurant is inefficient. The restaurant markets menu items they don't have in stock. No wines, no onion peels, no to go cups, waited 20 minutes for rolls (mind you it was only 3 tables at 4:45p) and two of the four steaks were returned...just an inconvenienced experience honestly. To be candid though the teriyaki steak that I personally ordered was delicious. Too bad 75% of my family had to have their food recooked. Side note: when you have your steak recooked, management brings it to the table and "requests" for you to cut and taste the steak to make sure it's to your "liking". Be warned though, Management may just bring you a "recooked" steak topped with burnt mushrooms. read more

This place was amazing! All businesses are suffering the affects of the employee shortages since COVID and some are not handling it well while others, like this place, are doing an extraordinary job! Yes you may have to wait a little because there are not enough servers to wait all the tables, but it's well worth the wait. Workers, from the greeter to the kitchen workers, wait staff, expeditor staff, bus help and management are all working together to make this a great experience! This is my rating for my experience today. We arrived with a party of 14 and was told we had a 30 minute wait. I watched a group of 4 and 5 come in and was seated. ( they were never served and left) We were then told after we waited 30 minutes that we had to come back at 6pm because they have a party of 20. We weren't told this upon arrival!!! We were told this AFTER WE WAITED PATIENTLY FOR OVER 30 minutes. So they can turn us away and tell us we have to come back 2 hrs later??? And on top of that, the reserved party he mentioned wasn't there!! Why couldn't we be seated!! This is very unprofessional and not how customers should be treated!!! Is this a private restaurant where you turn people Away?? I've never been turned away from a restaurant due to a large party. I watched several people walk out.
