Wings and burgers are great. Not so much a family friendly place. More like a dive bar. But really good food and good beer options.

My experience here was disappointing from start to finish, and it had everything to do with the server Elise assigned to our table. Her attitude was unnecessarily rude, dismissive, and full of attitude, as if basic courtesy was too much to ask. On top of that, she was extremely loud -- not in a fun, energetic way, but in a way that made the entire interaction uncomfortable and unprofessional. Instead of creating a welcoming environment, the server's behavior made the visit feel tense and rushed. Restaurants rely on good service just as much as good food, and this was a clear example of how one person's attitude can ruin the entire experience. I hope management addresses this, because guests deserve better than this level of disrespect. read more

Very friendly staff, reasonable prices, relaxed vibe. It's bar food, not a Michelin restaurant, but the chicken bacon ranch wrap and the corned beef and cabbage are exceptional. Nightly drink specials, casual dress code, billiards and darts if that's your thing. If you want to unwind after work, meet friends for drinks, or go solo and strike up a conversation with strangers, this is a solid option. Third visit and I decided to do food. I've heard from souls inside and out about the Wings, and in general, their food. I decided to tru the Wings, if a bar messes up wings then, the rest is a sheet show. We had the opportunity to be taken care of by Elise, she pays attention to all her guests all whilst having conversations and the best part is that she remembers her guests names and makes it a point to build some rapport. It's the small things that matter in a BIG way! The Wings were juicy and flavorful, all that talk turned out to be true!, awesome! The whole establishment quite unique, strewn with dollar bills stuck to the walls and...each one has a Note Written on it. If you pay attention, there are so many stories being told in this bar. The feel is divey and at the same time it's not, this is difficult to pull off! I will say this! These are the BEST WINGS MOBILE! They are fresh, not frozen, the sauces are delicious (it has depth and umami) and the size of the wings are value for your money. Next meal here will be a Burger . Stay tuned for the consensus! I have been looking for good wings and have yet to find them. I came In and was told 10 minutes on wings but it took 30 minutes: I ordered a 12 piece for $23, kinda pricey. I ordered garlic parm and honey Cajun, both sauces but the Cajun came out overcooked and a dry rub. Not worth price at all. Garlic Parmesan was and what got this review 2 stars. read more

This place is a solid spot and had plenty of folks on a Friday night. They're probably more like a 3.5 stars. Met up with some friends the other night. My son & I decided to eat dinner as well. He ordered the Seared Ahi Tuna but didn't realize that it was a starter so he left hungry. I had the Lucky Burger with fries. My food was also good but the portion of fries was a bit small and they were actually cute little scoop looking things. I was actually pleasantly surprised with my meal here. We decided to check this place out on a whim and when we walked in we were the only people there. The tables were pretty sticky and gross, but it is a bar. We ordered the scotch eggs as a starter and I got the shepherd's pie. The scotch eggs were decent, but the shepherd's pie was delicious. Really great place! We got scotch eggs and Reuben rolls as appetizers and they were sooo good. I've never been a big Reuben fan but these were perfectly prepared. We also split a shepherds pie which was pretty solid. Nothing will ever top McGuire's shepherds pie for me but this was probably my second favorite of all the variations I have tried. We also ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap and a chicken, bacon, ranch wrap. They were both pretty good but the fries and onion rings really stole the show as the sides. Went in for a bite to eat. Had the wings and the Rueben appetizers. Rueben apps were different and worth the experience. The wings were overcooked and too dry for me. Whiskey and coke was pretty good but a little pricey for a plastic cup. 6:50$. Overall the place was a good stop. Bartender on top of it. Mixed crowd was friendly and well mannered but all having a good time. I would go back but likely skip the wings. read more

Bangers and mash is a traditional Irish favorite. The sausage had some mild spice and flavored. Sausages(2) are served on a bed of mashed potatoes smothered in onions and brown gravy. They also serve the sausages in a sandwich roll with onions and peppers. Other Irish fair with an Alabama twist. The Alabama twist is hamburger in the shepherds pie instead of lamb and served with sawmill gravy. Fish and chips too. Most of the menu is traditional bar food. The bar is well stocked with high end liquors and beers of all types. They have bands on Thursday, Friday and Saturday night. The restaurant is clean. So, this is my 2nd time here but first time reviewing. It's like the neighborhood bar. Nothing to see here. Drinks are okay. Bar staff is cool. Crowd was a little lively, but that is the norm. Nice mixture of people. I have only eaten the wings here. Usually, they are pretty good but this time they were over seasoned and super small. I've heard their burgers are good, so I will try them next time. I'm not totally disappointed since it's just a bar. I will give them another shot. The atmosphere is real chill. When I'm craving a real burger, Lucky's is one of my go-to spots. The burgers are thick and made with quality ground beef and served on fresh buns. They have a great variety of burgers, and my preferred burger is usually topped with blue cheese and bacon, but I've also tried the burger with cheddar and I enjoyed it immensely. The fries are nice and thick and tasty. They have a great selection of beer and mixed drinks. The service is always good and the prices are average. read more

My husband and I drove 80 miles from Pass Christian, MS to Mobile, AL to enjoy a corned beef and cabbage dinner for St Patty's Day, it's our tradition. I had called the pub in advance and even asked them if they were serving corned beef and cabbage on St Patty's Day and was told they were. When we got there we were charged $10 a piece for a cover charge, wow! They had a singer for live music but my goodness, we have been to many Irish pubs that had great live IRISH music and no cover. Well, we paid the cover and told the waitress we both wanted corned beef and cabbage. Several minutes later we were served a small soup in a styrofoam cup. It had bits of corned beef and very mushy cabbage. I tasted it and it was terrible! We borrowed a menu from the table next to ours because we were never provided one. Turns out they only had corned beef and cabbage soup on their small menu. The soup didn't taste at all like corned beef and cabbage. It tasted old and the flavor was like watered down beef gravy! I asked the waitress to take both away. We were so disappointed having been told they were serving the traditional corned beef and cabbage. We left and ended up having dinner at The Outback. How dare you call yourselves an Irish Pub! You don't know the meaning of the word!! read more

We are regulars at the Saraland location and decided to try this location out with friends after our Krewe meeting. I was pleasantly surprised with how different this location was. It had more of a McGuires atmosphere, very clean, and NICE bathrooms. The band was great the night we went and loved their corn hole area. We will definitely return to this location. read more

I travel a lot to Mobile and I have taken to frequenting this place. They have Guinness on tap, and the bartender makes sure your cup doesn't run dry. There really isn't a selection of Irish dishes here, which is fine because American's wouldn't eat it. But their American pub food is good. The burgers are excellent, really worth the trip. Their fries are really good as well. Onion rings not so much; They seem like they are frozen and I'd expect something with beer batter given the quality of the burgers and fries. read more

We are not terribly familiar with Mobile, but we happened on this place on our way home from a party and gave it a try. I would definitely go there again. My partner had a shepherd's pie that he enjoyed immensely (and my few bites of it were delicious). I had chicken kebabs, on which the chicken chunks were done to a nicety--done through but still wonderfully moist and well marinated, with vegetables that were cooked to a nice crisp-tender stage. It was a just-right amount of food for me--many dinners are just too much, but this was perfect. I also had a pear cider to drink, which was a nice change from the usual beer or hard cider. Guinness on tap of course, and my companion had a Pear Cider, which was good and unusual. For dinner, I had the Shepherds pie, which was great. Potatoes were creamy, meat and vegetables were tasty. But what made it was the Gravy, it was a pepper gravy, the last time I had such wonderful sauce was many years ago, made by a lady from Texas from a family recipe. It was a large serving, cut from a pan like lasagna. My partner had chicken kebobs with veggies. The meat was moist but done through, the marinade was just right, filled with herbs that really permeated the meat. This restaurant is AWESOME. You can get you a burger. You can get you some crab cakes. You can get you some corned beef and cabbage. Don't nobody care. We had some crab cakes, some boiled eggs wrapped in sausage and breading and deep fried, a burger and a Reuben. It was ALL amazing. The girls working are adorable and pleasant.
