We were greatly relieved that she has great Jamaican recipes that will add to the otherwise seafood specialties. My wife has been GF for several years and has been unable to enjoy most fried foods including seafood due to wheat flour. We had firecracker wraps in the beginning and the food was delicious. Darian was our server and he did a fabulous job. Now the reason I gave three stars, I have been in the food industry for over 35 years and I have always believed that customer service is the most important aspect of any servers job. Sitting there for six minutes without one person saying a word was uncalled for. When a host seats you, she is to make sure that that server knows he has a table, that is how I trained my hostesses. When other servers pass a table that they can clearly see no one has approached, they too are responsible for making sure that these customers have been spoken to. We are all supposed to be team players. There was absolutely no team playing in that whole scenario. I don't blame Darian. I blame everybody else.
